Cok güler yüzlü tatli insanlardılar kahvaltı çok güzeldi hizmet konusunda asla sıkıntı yaşamazsiniz fiyat olarak da çok uygundu açıkçası asansör olmaması en üst katta konaklama icin biraz problem olsa da öyle büyük bir sorun değildi. Oda biraz küçüktü iki kisilik icin de olsa ancak gayet rahat ve konforluyduk güzel kaliteli iki gece geçirdik mahalle açısından biraz problematik olabilir insanlar biraz ilgincler çok dik dik bakan insanlar olabiliyor ama bir problem yaşamadık gönül rahatlığıyla rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz özellikle mutfaktaki abi aşırı tatlı aşırı kibar bir insandı diger calisanlardan daha on plana cikiyordu kendisine ayri teşekkür ederiz:)

Araba çekilecek yerinin olması büyük ayrıcalık, fiyat performans oteli.

çevredeki boş parsellerdeki ücretli otoparkları kastederek sitedeki açıklamaya otopark mevcut hiç dığru değil. otoparkı bırakın otele giriş yapmak için otelin önünde durup valiz indirecek alan bile yok. resepsiyona sorduğunuzda ileride otopark var diye kestirip atıyor. zaten o yüzden giriş bile yapamadan geri döndük. otelin bulunduğu bölge çok kötü, hiç güvenli değil, aile ile kalınacak bir yer asla değil.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, there's no elevator, the rooms don't have blackout curtains, and the bathrooms need maintenance and smell of damp and plumbing. I didn't find it to be a good value.

The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful. WiFi really only works best in the lobby and it is on a tight busy street. Within walking distance of the ocean. For the price you can’t beat it.

The parking is far from the building. They gave us room number 202, the air condition was not working. They moved us to room 102. Also the air condition was not working. We woke up at 4 am all sweating and checked out and slept in the car. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good value. The place was clean. The linen and pillows however were ready to be thrown out. The room for 4 people is too small as we kept hurting our shins on the bed frames. There was a bad smell in the room we were in and were unlucky to be near another guest who had their tv blarring till 3am. It should state there is no elevator for the elderly.

We stayed for one night as we were road-tripping. We didn’t expect too much of the place. Service was great. Very friendly staff. The conditions of the room were poor, though. There was a smoke detector with a flashing light inside the room that was annoying. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable as when you shower, everything gets wet. The overall cleanliness was sloppy. I wish the quality of the rooms would match the service. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alles andere als zufriedenstellend, und die Darstellung auf der Hotel-Homepage und bei Expedia sind meiner Meinung nach deutlich positiver als in der Realität. Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, der den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigte. Das Bad war sehr schmutzig, mit Schimmel an den Wänden, und wer größer als 170 cm ist, konnte dort nirgendwo aufrecht stehen. Zudem befand sich eine undefinierbare Pfütze auf dem Boden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls enttäuschend: Die Teller waren teilweise dreckig, und wir erwischten ein verdorbenes Ei. Zusätzlich war das WLAN in den Zimmern fast unbrauchbar – die Verbindung war extrem schlecht und brach ständig ab. Ein Flughafentransfer, wie in der Hotelbeschreibung angedeutet, bestand darin ein Taxi zu rufen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche Personal und die Lage mitten im Einkaufsviertel, praktisch für Shopping. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, was die Erholung erheblich beeinträchtigt. Aufgrund dieser zahlreichen Mängel würde ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch wenn die Ausstattung etwas alt ist, sind das Zimmer und die Möbel so sauber, dass es keine Rolle spielt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind blitzsauber. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fotoğraflarla alakası yok, tek kişi birgün konaklayacağım için ekonomi tercih etmiştim.çok araştırmadim sadece konum olarak Basmane gar a yakın. Oda pis nutubetli eski fotoğraflarla alakası yok.

Yatak örtüsünde sigara yanığı vardı, tuvalet peçetesi yenilenmemişti, yatak çok ses çıkarıyordu onlar dışında gayet iyi bir konaklamaydı çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldiler. Teşekkürler.

The room was very dirty and in disrepair. On arrival I reported stagnant dirty water in the gaps of the bathroom sliding door, and complained about the smell of smoke. Air freshener was sprayed but they never dried up the water. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower head was damaged, water going everywhere. We had aircon issues but they did come to fix that. The noise from outside all night long was also unpleasant. I had stayed at this hotel before but it was not as bad as it was this time. I would not stay again.

oda çok eskiydi, yatak malesef çok rahatsızdı, etraf temizdi. banyo ve tuvalet için beklentinizin düşük olması lazım, oda iyi ısındı klima ile. pencereden sürekli ses geldi çok da rahat uyuyamadık, odada sehpa olabilirdi.

100% RECOMMEND!! It was a wonderful experience at Olimpiyat Hotel. The cheapest accommodation in town. It was really affordable, the staff was quite friendly and overall cleaning was decent. Obviously do not expect a 5-star hotel comfort, there are no spa or pool options or anything... We just needed a place to sleep at night because during the day we were travelling around the city. Did not spend so much time inside but when we did, it was more than alright. My only complain is the wifi was bad. If you need a good internet connection, this is not your hotel. But otherwise, I'd say just go for it.

Turkish/greek style of breakfast with olives, feta, little beads, coffee and tea and cheese.. very close to some anxiety syrian donar huts. Market super close. It was inexpensive and safe. Front desk family totally great. Very sweet nice people who care.. quiet building. If stay again.

Es war ein unkomplizierters Einchecken, Personal Deutschsprachig und freundlich.

The stay was really comfortable. The receptionist were very friendly and helped me to leave my luggage for some time. I reccommend the hotel

This is a great budget hotel. The quad room is really small but it will fit your family in 4 beds. The breakfast is great! It was allright, cheap and affordable, clean and the staff was very service minded and friendly. All in alla good experience

The place is not in a good location. We were not comfortable. The area around the place felt dangerous and unsafe. The place was too old. The shower was not in a good shape

I recently stayed at OLIMPIYAT OTEL IZMIR and had mixed feelings about the experience. We arrived around midnight, and the area seemed quite deserted, which felt a bit unsafe. The streets were poorly lit, and we noticed some questionable activity nearby. It’s definitely a neighborhood that seems more suited to daytime activity than late-night arrivals. That said, once inside, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend arriving during the day for a smoother experience and a better first impression of the surroundings.

Gut und günstig. Liegt im historischen Zentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und Metro. Die Angestellten und Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

This hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and polite. I enjoyed breakfast there.

Odamız gayet güzel ve temizdi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz yadımcı oldu ve güler yüzlülerdi. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Oldukça memnun kaldık.
