It was 89 degrees in our room when we got there. There was trash on the bathroom floor. The TV did not work. The ottoman was torn and ripped all over. The ice machine did not work on the second floor. The door to the stairs slammed shut every time it was opened, waking everyone on the floor up. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady that helped with breakfast was very pleasant.

What a great experience, the room was clean , the sweet lady from the evening is phenomenal, breakfast had a great variety , just wished they would of changed it a bit on different days ( maybe do bacon one day verses sausage every day) and put some grated cheese to put on eggs 😇 loved the hot tub and pool . Will definitely be coming back

My first night there I was bitten 11 times by bed bugs. I told the receptionist at the front desk and she gave me another room. I had to pack everything up and move to another room in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep cause the bites itched so bad. I was told by the manager I would be reimbursed 2 nights and have not received anything. I will never stay there again.

Staff were very nice and hotel was nice and clean. My only issue was that the lemon infused water was empty and even after I asked about a cup, it wasn't filled; next morning it was still empty.
