There are three bedrooms and a large living room with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you have step-free access to a large south-facing terrace with awning and panoramic views. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. The garden features a sunbathing lawn and a barbecue area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, 4-ring electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, egg boiler, pressure cooker, and ample cookware and tableware. Within walking distance you will find a butcher, supermarket, ATM, car repair shop, two Kneipp pools, playgrounds, tennis court, and indoor pool. The location is ideal for exploring attractions such as Diemelsee, Rothaarsteig, Willingen, Bruchhauser Steine, Fort Fun, and one of NRW's largest forest outdoor pools (about 5 minutes by car). Good hiking trails are nearby. Separate WC. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets on request. Contractors, cyclists, and motorcyclists are welcome. A garage for bikes, motorcycles, strollers, and skis is available free of charge. Two parking spaces at the house are also free. Arrival times can be arranged individually.
