Apartment | Good for workation

Upon arrival, you can park your car in the designated parking space. A simple, open wooden staircase leads you to your private entrance on the first floor. The apartment offers around 48 sqm across 3 rooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Relax in the cozy living room with dining area and direct access to the spacious south-facing balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the separate children's room features two single beds and a wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a round shower and toilet complete the apartment. For our youngest guests, a high chair, travel cot, sand toys, games, and books are available free of charge. At the back of the house, there is a separate, lockable storage room for your bicycles. You are welcome to use our two bicycles and a handcart at no extra charge. A child seat can be easily attached to one of the bikes. Please note: The local guest tax is not included in the offer and will be charged separately. Our Urlaubsschmiede is a non-smoking property. It is also allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed.
