L’accueil excellent, le personnel adorable, le bar lounge super, mais les travaux en cours nous ont vraiment agacés à notre arrivée où nous aurions aimé nous reposer, enfin une odeur d’égout dans la chambre très désagréable

The hotel was in a great position with the possibility of purchasing parking. There was a good inside outdoor courtyard for breakfast/drinks etc BUT The parking was a chore! You find out about parking on arrival ( a slightly incorrect picture with instructions) by this time you will already have had to park in another car park in this busy town. you need to drive in off a busy road, hang about half (or fully ) blocking the road until you phone the hotel , they pick up and they then let you in. If the reception is busy - you wait. This also happens to get out again. The instructions show you putting a code in a keypad yourself which would be much easier! If it’s broken - get it fixed. We were in a cosy room ( and it was!) and although superficially clean ( bathroom/toilet etc) if when sat on the loo you looked at the door (2 inches in front of your knees) it was fairly nasty- looked like the paintwork hadn’t been cleaned after an accident of some sort…….. there was a fold up case holder which unfortunately didn’t really fit anywhere in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t able to be controlled. Also things like light fittings hanging off the wall just gave this the air of not being cared about. Our family were staying in a similar ‘level’ of room but was much better laid out / had more space. Finally breakfast- plastic cheese, horrible juices ( unrecognisable) no condiments. (Lovely croissants) The staff were nice but someone needs to care for this hotel and us using it!

Le parking tres bien, mais pour joindre l'hôtel, il faut descendre des escaliers, et les remonter, pas très pratique avec une grosse valise. Manque dans la chambre des prises USB murales. Salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre, bruit de la VMC un peu gênante.

Bel hôtel très bien rénové et entretenu. Un patio où prendre son petit déjeuner (ou son apéro !). Prévoir de demander une place de parking à la réservation (15€) car il est extrêmement difficile de se garer à Sète, même en période creuse. Et vous faire expliquer comment y arriver !

Quand on rentre dans l hôtel on trouve un décor et Patio tres beau mais en rentrant dans ma chambre supérieure j ai ete tres déçue. Chambre triste avec plein de choses qui n allaient pas.... Douche avec moisissures, lit pas confortable, lampe et prise qui ne tiennent pas.....

Sympathique hôtel en centre ville de Sète avec un joli patio pour un verre ou le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, un peu trop sombre, mais agréables. La propreté est impeccable et l'accueil est particulièrement soigné.

État de la chambre à l'arrivée très moyen, les toilettes sales et le dessous de lavabo non nettoyé. Le mini bar non en fonctionnement et démonté dans le placard , le coffre fort inaccessible , un trou dans le mur a la place d'un porte manteau, et une toile d'araignée au plafond. Le lendemain impossible de faire faire la chambre dans les temps car nous n'avions pas de panonceau a apposer sur la porte. Toutefois le personnel était très agréable et a l'écoute , les petits déjeuners copieux et varies.

We booked a superior double room. After two weeks travelling around other towns in the area this was meant to be the highlight of our stay. The cost of the room was almost double what we had paid in other hotels and the quality of the room was way below all of them. The lighting in the room was so poor I couldn’t even see to write a postcard and the only bedside light was broken. The toilet was in a separate cubicle and you couldn’t close the door if sitting on the toilet. There was no wash basin in the room so you had to go into the bathroom to wash hands. The shower smelt awful and there was not enough light to wash yourself. The next day the receptionist offered us another room but we had to repack all our belongings and put them into storage until 3 in the afternoon. The new room was bigger but was a strange arrangement with a couch and wardrobe downstairs but everything else upstairs. This room was very quiet and I guess they tried to help us but we no longer had a separate shower. The bath was very big but we had to step into it to shower and there was no handle to hold onto getting in and out. We paid for breakfast on the first morning but there was no orange juice in the machine and the selection was poor so we ate the following breakfasts in a nearby cafe. The location of the hotel was perfect but we were disappointed with what was meant to be the highlight of our holiday.

Très bien accueilli, mais la chambre que j’ai réservé, à peine 10m2, avec lit en 120 les wc dans la chambre non séparé par une porte ni le lavabo ainsi que la douche. Le tarif de cette chambre est vraiment trop élevé. 70€ grand maximum. L’hôtesse d’accueil m’a surclassée d’elle même, geste que j’ai particulièrement apprécier. La chambre du jour 2, excellente. Le personnel est sympathique, ainsi que le service de restauration, le serveur et le chef de cuisine super accueillants et professionnel. Je conseille le restaurant.

Accueil agréable, de très bons conseils sur les sorties locales et restaurants ! Chambre spatieuse, bien équipée, salle de bains très confortable comme la literie ! Emplacement super calme, un vrai régal. Petit bémol sur l’absence de verre en chambre et dans salle de bains.

The place was ok.. it wasn't the nicest of hotels but in a good location. We paid for a junior suite, but it was just a bedroom with a large bathroom and a strange weird entrance. No lounge or anything. Was a very strange layout. Had a good sleep which i guess is what counts. Good parking and great location

Typical European boutique hotel, but a little run down. Desk staff was nice enough. Bartender was rude and turned us away from wanting to eat or drink there. Rooms are frightfully small and strange layout. The price was high for what you get.

The hotel was niceand clean with a great location. However, the staff didn’t seem to enjoy having guests as the never greeted you when passing by the reception and the staff at breakfast often stood behind the bar looking at his phone. Could not have asked for a better location. Right in the center of all of the amazing restaurants and shops. Make sure to take a cruise around the Peninsula and eat fresh fish. The town is truly a step back in history

C’est vraiment une belle place et proche de tout, la chambre était vraiment propre. La seule chose que j’aurais à proposer c’est un meilleur service pour le déjeuner, pas de choix pour d’un vrai plat chaud à par l’œuf à coq que l’on fait soit même

Très bien accueilli, mais la chambre que j’ai réservé, à peine 10m2, avec lit en 120 les wc dans la chambre non séparé par une porte ni le lavabo ainsi que la douche. Le tarif de cette chambre est vraiment trop élevé. 70€ grand maximum. L’hôtesse d’accueil m’a surclassée d’elle même, geste que j’ai particulièrement apprécier. La chambre du jour 2, excellente. Le personnel est sympathique, ainsi que le service de restauration, le serveur et le chef de cuisine super accueillants et professionnel. Je conseille le restaurant.

L'hôtel est bien situé le parking bien pratique car le stationnement a Sète est difficile et quand meme cher la chambre bien sans plus problèmes de lavabo bouche et une lampe de chevet hors service le petit déjeuner très bien copieux et diversifier

The hotel was in a great position with the possibility of purchasing parking. There was a good inside outdoor courtyard for breakfast/drinks etc BUT The parking was a chore! You find out about parking on arrival ( a slightly incorrect picture with instructions) by this time you will already have had to park in another car park in this busy town. you need to drive in off a busy road, hang about half (or fully ) blocking the road until you phone the hotel , they pick up and they then let you in. If the reception is busy - you wait. This also happens to get out again. The instructions show you putting a code in a keypad yourself which would be much easier! If it’s broken - get it fixed. We were in a cosy room ( and it was!) and although superficially clean ( bathroom/toilet etc) if when sat on the loo you looked at the door (2 inches in front of your knees) it was fairly nasty- looked like the paintwork hadn’t been cleaned after an accident of some sort…….. there was a fold up case holder which unfortunately didn’t really fit anywhere in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t able to be controlled. Also things like light fittings hanging off the wall just gave this the air of not being cared about. Our family were staying in a similar ‘level’ of room but was much better laid out / had more space. Finally breakfast- plastic cheese, horrible juices ( unrecognisable) no condiments. (Lovely croissants) The staff were nice but someone needs to care for this hotel and us using it!

Fint hotell mitt i stan vilket i och för sig gjorde det omöjligt att parkera för att checka in. P garage i närheten rekommenderas. Hotellet tog 12 euro per person för frukost vilket var för dyrt med tanke på utbudet.

Hôtel 3 étoiles …. accueil très sympathique par les hôtesses présentes. Chambre spacieuse, un tantinet austère, literie excellente, Salle bain avec vue sur la chambre…. Moyen ! Locaux superbes et bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner ….. vraiment moyen vu le prix servi par un garçon vraiment professionnel ! Enfin, une soufflerie persistante dans la chambre vraiment incommodante. En résumé un bel établissement avec une architecture superbe, un personnel au top, mais quelques efforts à faire sur les détails énoncés !! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !!

Communal areas were really nice, enjoyed the courtyard in the evening and for breakfast. The staff were really fantastic and so helpful. The rooms basic and a but shabby compared to the appearance elsewhere but perfectly adequate for the reasonable price I paid at short notice.

The hotel is perfectly located. The ferry terminal for Corsica is only a 10-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, with buses providing easy access to the beautiful beaches of Sète. Our room was very spacious and bright. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around the hotel, and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again.
