The day we stayed at the hotel it was very busy and they didn't provide towels at the pool. There were only a few and it was difficult to get them to give more.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with multiple options. Fitness room was good. Pool could be warmer. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Elevator was broken for 2 days. There were no rooms available on 1st because they were renovating them. Construction debris all over the floors/stair ways. Stuff pilled up in front of ice machine. The person checking me out took 20 minutes and had to call for someone to come and help.

Needed a hotel half way btw OBX and NY…. It had great reviews and was inexpensive. Comfy and clean and had breakfast included- LOTS of places to eat nearby for dinner. Easy to navigate smart TV and we were given bag with waters and snacks at arrival. We were too tired to use, but nice indoor pool as well.

We were coming in from the beach and needed tje bathroom right away. The shower was dirty. There was hair all over from previous tenants, soot and particles on the tub. The staff said there was no maintenance available and no other rooms so we had to clean it ourselves. The shower curtain was too short for the tub so all of our water soaked the bathroom floor causing us to need further staff help.

This hotel was just ok but the staff was awesome. Very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room itself was dusty and could use a deep cleaning. The shower doors havent been wiped down for quite some time. This was a handicapped accessable room but it really didnt accomodate a wheelchair user. Sink was too high. Coffee/Tea Amenities couldnt be reached from a wheelchair. The toilet was very low and made the transfer into the chair nearly impossible. Plus the lack of grab bars in the toilet area needs attention right away. Very very nice breakfast choices. All and all it was a fine stay I just wouldnt place a wheelchair bound patron in that particular room. Can't say enough kind words about the staff. They always had a smile on their faces. Loved that positive energy !!!

My room was not cleaned how you’d expect an hotel to be cleaned. I have pictures of the hair left in the shower , sink & a clean towel. A ‘clean’ washcloth that has stains on it & someone’s contacts & trash left right by the phone. there was black hairs on the bed/pillows as well.

As I just came from Rutherford, New Jersey staying at a motel in their town boy do I really appreciate you and Milford Delaware thank you for cleanliness and good stuff. My experience there overnight was scary. I could be over $200 richer had I slept as a homeless person on the street somewhere Thank you Hampton Inn for your cleanliness in your rooms and your trained staff to be friendly to your public clients.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast included a wide variety of tasty options. The most outstanding thing about this property was that it was immaculate. I checked in on a Sunday and when I stepped out of the elevator to my room I could smell a fresh lemon fragrance as the housekeeping staff was preparing rooms. The bathroom was spotless. And I like the new full-size amenities mounted in the bathroom. (Shower gel, shampoo,conditioner, and lotion). This hotel was conveniently located to the church I visited. Will definitely stay here again when in Milford.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Service was great and the staff were in contact via text making sure our stay was comfortable. Big variety at breakfast including tow types of waffles that the kids loved. The only thing I think the hotel could use to update is the mattresses, it felt saggy and overly bouncy.

The guests in four rooms next to me AND THEIR CHILDREN propped their doors open and spoke loudly and let their kids run around the hall creating a part room and part hall party until midnight.. we could not sleep!! The desk person came up and told them to keep their doors closed but two minutes after she left they started up again for another 30-45 minutes. Just as I was ready to call management again we could clearly (loudly) hear them all saying goodbye to each other.

Hotel is nice and in a nice location. Hotel and room was very clean! Pool was also nice and clean. My only complaint is the beds. We had a room with two beds, and both beds were very uncomfortable. It was so hard. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. Even my kids were uncomfortable. For the room to be new, you would think they have better mattresses.

Rooms are very attractive. I especially liked the high ceilings which make the room seem spacious. I also liked the shower with the bottles of soap and shampoo etc. as well as the copious plugs/outlets.

We arrived around 8 pm and were pleasantly greeted by the front desk who quickly processed our reservation. "Slim" (I recall from his name tag) was very nice and was very attentive to our our questions and requests. We stayed with our 10 year old 65# lab and felt welcomed with him (he even received his own "gift bag"!) which was a deciding factor in our choice of hotels and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The indoor pool and gym room looked clean and welcoming although we didn't find time for either. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We slept well on the firm king bed. There were ample choices for a tasty breakfast to start us off the next morning.

Showed up and the staff was very loud making jokes with each other , I could hardly hold a conversation with the check in lady , who was also engaging in the jokes , long story short I was given the wrong type of room. I walked Into a room with two queen beds instead of the King room I paid for , I had to haul all my bags and coolers back down to to front desk , of course I showed them my booking confirmation and was told I’m sorry , Hotel itself was 4star all day - staff 2 star

Upon arriving it was storming , I came in Drenched with bags in tow. 2 female workers were engaged in conversation with a guest they were finished with. No one acknowledged me nor stated they would be with me shortly. Apparently I was a ghost. I was pissed to say the least. The beds were not comfortable for me to firm. Food was horrible next morning for breakfast poor quality. Guess that’s why it’s optional. Great Location just had customer service

Well my stay was great until the toilet overflow over and when I call for assistance for more towels and help he stated he would try to find a plugger and he told me he didn’t have towels . I felt like it was not my fault so why customer service was really concerned about my issue at their hotel

Signs need to be added at the entrances to indicate driveways. In addition lighting at entrances. We went out & came back at dusk & even though we had GPS it wasn’t easy to find entrances. Can’t imagine what it would be in the dark.

Room was clean, spacious. And the staff listened. i needed a handicap room & they gave me one. I wanted to stay one more night, but had an 18 hour drive back. The only thing that wasnt good was the breakfast. Lots of lite stuff, sausage tasted gross, even the juice. Upgrade that & this wouldve been 5 ⭐️
