We stay here every year for a weekend and it is always amazing! It is so close to everything and the rooms are so quiet we never hear any noise! The pool area and sitting area with a grill and fireplace outside are great. The lobby has cookies and tea and water, the breakfast was good and the bar area is also nice. We did notice things getting a little worn and the elevators seemed dirty this time but otherwise it's always a great experience! Parking is easy and free!

My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Flatirons Mall is about 5 minutes away, Boulder is right down the road, and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. We appreciated the billiards table, the hotel bar that was open until 10:30pm to grab a nightcap, the clean room and comfy bed, the quiet location, and the complimentary continental breakfast. Highly recommended!

This was an isolated location so there wasn’t anything around in terms of restaurants, but it was quiet. I came down for a CU game, so for the price, it was great location for staying outside of Denver and Boulder. The room was ok, a little tight. The bathroom could use some updating, part of the glass in the shower was loose despite their efforts to caulk it to the floor. The quality of the towels were definitely cheap, but the kicker was they ran out and replaced them with yellow towels which I have NEVER seen in a hotel. The purpose of using white towels is so they can be bleached! The establishment was operated by a young friendly staff my entire stay. My trip was only for a weekend, can’t say I would return, regardless of the deal.

Stayed at Hyatt House Broomfield for a week for softball tournament. Hotel was close to highway for easy access, great pool with outside large lounge area, bar, pool table too! Rooms were small but full kitchen and clean. Room service every few days (without ask) was nice. Lots of parking and free.

This was a very nice place to stay for a night to acclimate before going into the mountains. I'm sure it would be good for a longer stay as well. Plenty to do with a pol table, gym, and outdoor pool. Breakfast was amazing. Check out time is more than reasonable. Some equipment was not working and a few things outdated but overall very nice.

In addition to the warm and welcoming staff, the facilities were clean, breakfast was among the better I’ve had while traveling and the pool was very well maintained. The fitness facilities were also great and I used them every day of my stay. AND, all f the fitness equipment was working, clean and in good repair.

The property and the staff were great. My only negative is in regards to the exercise room where there were two ellipticals and one had a sign that said it was not working and the second one was not working properly due to the touchscreen issues on the machine. staff was friendly and they had a nice breakfast.

It was fine. Nice breakfast and very quiet. Staff was kind. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. Lots of hair. Bathroom had lots of splotches on walls of things that I don’t want to assume, but they could definitely be wiped off. I understand it won’t always be perfect and I am a bit of a germaphobe, but i haven’t been to a hotel this unclean.

I took one of the towels (it turned out to be the bath mat) to use it and it had a disgusting stain about 1.5 inches wide 2 inches long on it! Yuck! Also, there were not very many towels of the various sizes, just the barest minimum of each kind. Also, the shower itself was really bizarre and should have been replaced by now with something better.

Hyatt House was fabulous! Very clean, nice amenities, including free breakfast. every staff member was so incredibly nice. The assistant manager or assistant general manager, checked us in absolutely the nicest lady I’ve ever met. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name! The bartender Makayla absolutely a joy! Super great service! the pool was so clean so enjoyable! breakfast was good. I can’t say enough good things! This place it’s is a 10 out of 10. Oh, the room was fantastic, again super clean and beautiful. Again, every employee there was so friendly! Recommend 100 percent!!

The area is great and the hotel staff was super friendly. Only downside,the sheets were a bit dirty with yellow stains on the pillow cases and some blood stains. The sheets were clean but once i unmade the bed to make it easier for them, i noticed tons of hair underneath the sheets and the silverware still had food pieces on them but we enjoyed the experience overall!

Very happy with this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, both the late night front desk and the morning desk. Large, clean, comfortable room. Complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. Mango with the yogurt was a nice surprise item at breakfast. Cookies in the afternoon a nice treat. We’ll definitely stay here again. Only negative is the WiFi isn’t good in the lobby or breakfast area. WiFi was great in our room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. It is a great alternate to the high prices of Boulder besides you get a much larger room with a kitchen and a fold out sofa too. Close to shopping and restaurants. This is our second stay here. We are booked for our third in August.

It's tucked away far enough off the highway to be very quiet. The Flatirons shopping mall is just down the road. As well as more shopping options in the area. The room was really clean. The kitchenette was well stocked with supplies.

Being in the hotel construction business and actually constructing two Hyatt hotels at this time I will make sure to tell the owners of the hotels I am building NOT to hire a non personable front desk staff like the one that greeted us on 7/11/25. To pitch their over $300 a night hotel suits price tag I would assume the staff could at least acknowledge your presence . . The bubbly non food oriented front desk staff that checked us out on 7/13/25 after dropping $800 on our two day stay is more what I anticipated upon our arrival.

The General Manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you could need or want to relax and enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. It is close to restaurants, hiking trails and shopping.

We stayed over four nights. Perfectly fine not having daily housekeeping but by Day 3, trash was overflowing, out of coffee, out of toilet paper, etc. Even minimal housekeeping would have been welcome. Had to go to the front desk for everything.

This hotel was good for an extended stay that I required. Full size refrigerator and kitchen in room and area to work. Centrally located between Denver and Boulder. Outdoor pool was a big plus.

The staff in this hotel are incredibly nice. The location is convenient to Boulder and the northwest Denver suburbs. It’s also right next to the Faltirons bus station. Although it might not seem like there’s much around, there are actually all the amenities you could want within a short drive. I would recommend staying here.

Friendly staff, good hot breakfast, and the freshly baked cookies and tea was a delicious treat each day. Much better mattress than most hotels. Right next to a RTD bus stop, so very easy to get to and from Denver International Airport and to and from Boulder. Only negative is the TV sound quality.

Great place for an extended stay! Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the full-sized kitchen and friendly staff. The price was surprisingly affordable for the high quality of the hotel, probably because the area is still growing and there isn’t much within walking distance. However, there are plenty of food options within 5 miles or so and there’s a Starbucks across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is great - the lobby is very welcoming and modern. The rooms could use a little updating - especially for a newer development: usb and electric outlets on the nightstands are now standard as we all use our cell phones as alarms (there were no outlets available on one side of the bed and only behind the night stand on the other side of the bed. The dishes had a wierd film on them (maybe from the dishwasher soap or hard water, etc.) and food crumbs were in the bar chair but otherwise clean and comfortable. The space is great. There was no where to eat or get a drink around the hotel beyond two fast food options, and the bar was closed the entire time we wee there, which will deter us from staying there next time. If shopping is your goal, it is very convenient to the Flat Irons Mall. Breakfast was good.

Dissappointing. Their bar/restaurant were closed, didn’t notify us by phone, email or text, and their website said it was open. We picked this location because of the ease of onsite food and drink after a long drive. Then the staff had NO information about where to eat or drink, even though there was a great pizza place, with beer, right across the street from them... They need to better inform their incoguests of changes, and train their staff to be more helpful for visitors with basic questions.

Nice clean hotel. Not much in walking distance but lots short drive away. Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. Bananas alway brown. Our room had strange room divider which took up space . The bifold bathroom door was ok but a pain. Food was that processed eggs stuff. I think they we’re supposed to be eggs😏

The breakfast was outstanding. Every day they had different options, always just as great as the day before. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property itself was clean, homely, and the area surrounding it felt nice and safe. The rooms were also clean, spacious, and modern. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
