The hotel was lovely and the service was outstanding. In the middle of record snowfall, the staff were very willing to help with getting my very heavy suitcase to and from the hotel from the street. Especially of note was the standout service (and English skills) of Hele, who made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I had everything that I needed. She even helped me arrange a taxi driver to take me to Mardin after 2 different buses that I had booked were cancelled. The driver, Omar, was a wonderful driver who got me to my destination safely and efficiently, despite lots of snow and ice. The hotel location is ideal for exploring, and my room was beautiful, cozy, and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel!

Please alert guest that if they are driving GPS may not work and the "streets" around the hotel are extremely narrow. You need to contact the hotel in advance and arrange to meet a staff member so they can guide you to the parking lot for the hotel. The staff was great!

This is a beautiful hotel!!! The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and unique designs based on the fact that the building was originally a monastery. The staff was extremely attentive. The food was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would absolutely stay there again!!

The property is an old church around 600 years old and stunning, the staff are excellent and full of information about the hotel and area of Urfa, located close to all sights in the area. Fatih was excellent and a great help, would recommend anyone to stay.

Very good location and very helpful staff. Language could have been an issue but the friendliness and effort of the staff took care of any issues.
