It wasn't spotless by any means, but not what I would consider dirty. We go in the lobby when we checked in at night or when we left at 7am. The check in staff was fairly rude.. they have a window with a slot at the bottom and you have to stay leaned over to talk to him and hear him because he sure won't and he spoke very quietly. Bed was comfortable. If there was breakfast it sure wasn't open at 7am. Pool was covered and not open.

You could smell mildew. The bathroom door would not close and door knob was nearly off. Carpet needed cleaning. You could feel the wire through the mattress which was extremely hard. Pool looked good but towels were limited to two towels per day for three people.

Omg I want a refund this place was so nasty! The ceiling had a hole in it, the bed was dirty had human hair and something else all over it. Hand towels and towels was dirty and yellow. Electrical sockets were exposed hanging out of the wall. I’ve never felt so unsafe to stay at a hotel just from fear of the ceiling falling in or being electrocuted.

During my stay the front office was never open. No access to speak to someone to help with my questions/concerns. I can’t rate the staff because I only dealt with one person the entire time, and that was through a tiny window during check-in.

Room was very nice and clean, looked great! I use to work construction out on the road and have stayed in many many motels, and most of them was rat holes! Haven't stayed in a motel in 20 years and this was a surprise! If only we had rooms this nice and clean back then!!! The only 2 things I can complain about is the bed comforter, pretty thin and wasnt keeping you very warm if your spouse likes the a/c on high all night lol. The other pillows, only had 2 small pillows, not enough if both yall wanna watch tv in the bed. Not big things, but now Im domesticated lol, I like the big comforter and.... *hangs head down in shame* the 49 pillows on the bed. Who would have ever thought Id complain about that lol. But highly recommend it, very nice and clean people, seems pretty quiet too.

Our room was very clean. Free HBO was a great bonus. Wi-Fi worked well. We stayed here in December and chose this hotel again. Last time we had separate beds. Recent stay was a king bed, which was quite high. Good thing we are relatively tall. Would stay here again.

Room was decent. Shower drain backed up terribly then left you standing in nasty water. No continental breakfast as advertised. Office was closed. Had to ring bell when we arrived at 3 in the afternoon and stand outside the night check in window in the freezing wind to get checked in. Evidently the office is always closed and you have to use after hours window at all times. Family members had also booked a room and after freezing to get checked in, they found their room very unclean, dirty stained sheets and dusty everywhere. They actually chose to get a refund and drove to next town for a cleaner and nicer room

A little run down. The bed itself wasn’t bad but there was only a sheet and a very thin comforter. Couldn’t turn the AC up or it would get very stuffy in the room. Shower has great pressure and hot water.

I got there at approximately 7:15-30. The front door was locked I had to go to the side door to check . I understand for safety reason for your employees but when someone is checking in at least unlock the front desk door so we can be warm. It was cold outside. The next morning I left I had to use the rear door again to check out and standing on the cold again The bed was harder than a rock I couldn’t sleep well only two pillows that were flat. I won’t be staying here again ,

Very nice place. Clean rooms and grounds. Very quiet. The staff were very nice. We had driven all night, and had a 2 month old, they let us check in early to one of the rooms. This was very helpful.

It was what I needed, my stay was able to relieve and relax me and I felt the best I had in months. I will definitely stay again as the staff was so kind and friendly and bent over backwards to see that I had everything I needed. They even allowed me to book a longer stay.

Arrived at property.rang night bell.waited.rang again.finally fithy unkempt man comes out with negative unprofessional attitude from word go.checked in got coins from him for machine whitch was ordeal in itself trying to undetstad him.neither machine works encountered three people strung out on drugs just loitering around.saw a sighn he had water.go to window guy was on phone.takes attitude what do you want.neither machine works could i get a couple waters.attitude again with im on the phone.had enough with attitude told him thats fine i will just leave you a five star review if its that big of a deal to get water.starts currsing f you.comes out of his office steps in front of me more f you.give me my key or i will lock you out.in my face aggressive to the point i told him to back up.was so aggressive my next move was to protect myself.police came.he told them i was drunk hadn't even had a beer.most unprofessional business person i have ever encounteted.fithy unkempt man with a fithy unkempt hotel.shady.fithy place.Do NOT STAY HERE.i have traveled extensively and to dozens of countries.never encounteted anthing like this ever.told police he would re fund.never did.

The motel was pretty secluded and in a very rural area. The office was not open for check in. To check in you had to use the after hours window (even at 5pm). I have a feeling this motel is used more for living quarters than for travelers. Our room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and in the tub. When we turned the beds down there were long black coarse hairs and what appeared to be cracker crumbs on the sheets. My daughter called the front desk and complained. An older man and the young woman working the desk came to our room to bring us clean sheets. The older man was very upset and talked rudely to the young woman then stormed out of our room. After this my daughter and I decided to leave. We paid for two nights but we couldn't stay there. I never asked for a refund, we just told the young woman we were leaving. We drove 25 minutes north and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bowling Green. There's just not something right about this place. It's very sketchy and definitely not a place for women traveling alone or for families. You get what you pay for.

Had to check in at a night window which was ok, kinda sketch. Rooms are basic. The free breakfast consists of cold cereal, oatmilk, and packaged honey buns. The milk was in a gallon for the whole place to share. In order to get more dingy towels you have to first turn your dirties in. Stayed one night and it was good enough for that. Not somewhere I’d want to stay again.

When we booked on Expedia, we put that it was for 2 adults and 4 kids and a smoking room. But when we got there and he pulled it up he said there was nothing on there for the kids so he wasnt going to let us stay at first but then made us pay an extra $10 per kid so we could stay and put us in a non smoking room which was okay. The room we were in, the air conditioning unit wasn't working very well at all and it didn't start working good until later that night it was blowing hot air for a while until it got dark. Later during the night we needed two more pillows and we went down to ask for some and he said he would call the room when they were ready. About 45 minutes went by and we called down to the lobby and asked about the pillows and he said they were ready then. Also, on the website it says they serve breakfast but when we called down about the pillows we asked them and they said they do not serve breakfast. But overall the stay was fine, it was just minor inconveniences.
