Great hotel and very friendly staff! Would stay again.

Sehr mangelhaft. Fahrstuhl Anzeigen defekt. Schirme am Pool zerrissen. Poolumrandung unsauber und kaputt ( Verletzungsgefahr) Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht modernisiert.

Our overall experience at the hotel was far from positive. The lobby consistently had long queues, and there were noticeable complaints and dissatisfaction from various guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, as the advertised facilities, gym and Sauna were a significant reason for choosing Aqualuz Editory Mar and Rio and everything was out of order. The additional costs incurred to use another hotel's facilities were both unexpected and frustrating.

Para quem vai passar uma noite num hotel e espera 1h30m para fazer check in, sem possibilidade de alargar o check out ou qualquer outro tipo de "recompensa" ou um simples desculpe pelo transtorno causado...não recomendo
