What a fabulous place this hotel is. Attentive and friendly staff, spacious, clean and well maintained rooms. Excellent bar downstairs with a varied lunch and dinner menu and the breakfast included in the price of your room was simply the icing on the cake. I’d have no hesitation booking this hotel again.

Great room, we were upgraded from a superior double to king, but they are all very good. Great facilities and bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. Location is good for middle of Penrith. Breakfast excellent, staff very helpful. Only advisory is it gets busy Friday evening in the restaurant and they have a DJ.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, showing us where to park. The cooler breakfast was really nice. The room was absolutely boiling and even with the windows open all evening it was a poor nights sleep. No aircon and only a little fan. Very firm mattress but it realise this is preference. My husband loved it but I didn’t sleep at all. Close to amenities and nice and quiet. Overall would stay again.

Positives: Centrally located, parking and breakfast included, good range of options on both the breakfast and evening menu Negatives: I stayed during a period of warm weather and found the room incredibly hot. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room so had to make do with a fan. It was slightly disappointing that at breakfast it was squash rather than juice being served, and there was no option to have a Latte or Capuccino-just regular filter coffee.
