Room was nice and comfortable. It was a little warm-September. A floor fan would be a nice addition. Hotel is in a busy area and above a nightclub, it was very loud one night of our stay.

The rooms are large - I was there during Ryder cup so it was busy and very expensive - can’t beat the location and size of rooms - I had a great balcony and lager shower - room was great! Only thing is breakfast was only okay - but you can go out your door and find a zillion choices. Note that taxis find it hard to get to so have your exact address and get dropped at the door or the corner!

The property is well situated, near Piazza Navona, and an easy walk to the Roman Forum/Colosseum or the Vatican. The street outside the hotel can get noisy on weekends if you are facing the street. The bed was very comfortable, however some of the furniture was a bit tired. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent location to explore the sights & surrounded by lots of restaurants - room was great for what we needed and bonus of a patio to sit & lounge on. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

We checked in on Friday, April 12th in the evening. We were escorted to our room on the first floor and the noise level was ridiculous as it was directed above the hotel bar with extremely loud music. They were able to move our room to a much quieter part of the 1st floor. We enquired about the air conditioning and were told that it would take time for the room to cool off. It ends up that we were deceived because in actuality there was no air conditioning available on the first floor (according to the manager, they don't have AC on the first floor until May 1st). So for the second night, they moved our room to the 2nd floor...but again right over the bar. We were told that that was our only option, unless we would allow them to move us to an affiliated hotel about 10 minutes away. We said okay, and they said they could do it but it would cost us an additional 200 euro. We of course did not accept this ridiculous option. Steer clear of this place!!!

Tourist tax was required to be paid by cash only, and it was charged when arriving to the hotel, and there was no receipt of the tax given to us. Also, the amount of the tax was bigger than what was told beforehand. Hotel was clean, despite some minor things. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were friendly as well. Most of the reception staff were friendy too. Air conditioning in the rooms were a positive.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there was no hot water and were taxi’d with 2 others to a different hotel near Trevi fountain. This was not communicated before arrival and the whole point of us actually booking this was because of the location. The hotel we were sent to was in the noisiest, busiest part of Rome. The room was dirty on arrival, a dirty sheet had been left in the room and a bunch of black hair found in the bathroom. There was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom which was very dimly lit. Disappointing hotel and won’t stay there again as we’ve stayed in better hotels here

We always stay around Piazza Navona in Rome because we know our way around the streets from there, but our usual hotel was fully booked. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The rooms were not clean, and we had to keep our shoes on in the room because it was dirty. Every time we showered the bathroom would flood into the bedroom, so we had to use most of our towels for that instead of for our bodies. Everything had a thick layer of dust on it, and we had to dust everything, including the vents, when we arrived because we were sneezing so much. One of the families we travelled with had to complain about the broken air conditioner multiple times and were eventually moved to a different room. The other party had mold in the corners of their room. The beds were hard like slabs of rock, so we didn’t sleep well at all. Most of the staff were lovely, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. One day we asked for a taxi to the train and the lady said it would be there at 3:30 so we could catch a 4:00 train. When we came down at 3:15 no taxi was ordered and we missed the 4:00 train and had to wait 1 hour for the next train making us late for our plans. Also - the city tax is not €3.50/adult per night as advertised, it was €6/adult per night… the hotel chooses how much they charge based on the star rating of the hotel and we paid the cost of 4star hotel, which I would gladly pay if the hotel was worth it. We just felt very ripped off at the end of the vacation.

We came to Navona twice. The first time we were upgraded. The 2nd time it was in a small room. But in both times, we were placed near the very noisy street which we could not appreciate. The rooms though are beautiful and clean. If you pay breakfast it is truly great!

2nd time we’ve stayed 1st time very nice suite we loved it this time we were upgraded to superior suite & disappointing overall bed was like concrete we slept on the sofa bed because it was softer although it squeaked when you moved.Noise from the air conditioning throughout the night Bathroom was poor dirty,mouldy in places and the ceiling the paint was all coming off in one area in big flakes.there was a few stains on ceilings and dust and fluff round the floors other than that it was ok certainly wasn’t 5 Star tho and it was definitely not a Superior Suite . No we didn’t complain coz we never do we just the wel never go back sort of people also the price we paid at the hotel was slightly more than our hotels.com booking price

Incrível O hotel é super bem localizado. Ao lado há muitas cafeterias, restaurantes, farmácias e comércio. Do hotel é possível fazer tudo a pé. Na rua do hotel não entra táxi/carro. O táxi/uber deixa o passageiro pertinho, menos de 50 metros. É importante ter essa noção caso precise de algum tipo de ajuda na locomoção. Os quartos são espaçosos, banheiro funciona super bem, roupa de cama e banho novinhas e trocadas todos os dias. Voltaria novamente!

Air conditioning is a big issue. They have control in the front desk and all of a sudden in midnight they increase temperature. You have to get up in the midnight and call the front desk. It happened in day time as well as midnight. Otherwise this is convenient location to go around the city. DON’T EAT BREAKFAST in the hotel.

Great property, we had more of a suite than a room. We had a big bedroom & separate large lounge. Situated in a quiet area but with lots of dining options nearby, very helpful front desk staff helped book football tickets for us & print them out, recommended restaurants. Hotel is walkable to everything.

Great location. However we did not get the room that we booked. Instead we got an attic with no windows. When I told the receptionist that it’s not the room I booked, he told me I got an upgrade…. Right. Changed the room the next day only. At checkout I was asked to pay the city tax in cash. Cash only. Which is strange.

Tourist tax was required to be paid by cash only, and it was charged when arriving to the hotel, and there was no receipt of the tax given to us. Also, the amount of the tax was bigger than what was told beforehand. Hotel was clean, despite some minor things. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were friendly as well. Great location to explore Rome historic centre. The staff was very helpful, alway at hand for information. Great communication before arrival and special thank you to Flavia Toretta for sorting our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Secret tip: try the restaurant just opposite the hotel entrance. Their food is the best we tried in Rome, specially their focaccia bread (never eaten better bread in my life).

Do not stay here is you want to sleep. 1st of all this is not luxury by any means and not worth the price. Front office ais rude and deceitful. They had notice on elevator about taxi strike which was not true. They of course were offering their services at a much more expensive rate. There is so much noise until 3AM and the beds are awful!!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there was no hot water and were taxi’d with 2 others to a different hotel near Trevi fountain. This was not communicated before arrival and the whole point of us actually booking this was because of the location. The hotel we were sent to was in the noisiest, busiest part of Rome. The room was dirty on arrival, a dirty sheet had been left in the room and a bunch of black hair found in the bathroom. There was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom which was very dimly lit. Disappointing hotel and won’t stay there again as we’ve stayed in better hotels here

We checked in on Friday, April 12th in the evening. We were escorted to our room on the first floor and the noise level was ridiculous as it was directed above the hotel bar with extremely loud music. They were able to move our room to a much quieter part of the 1st floor. We enquired about the air conditioning and were told that it would take time for the room to cool off. It ends up that we were deceived because in actuality there was no air conditioning available on the first floor (according to the manager, they don't have AC on the first floor until May 1st). So for the second night, they moved our room to the 2nd floor...but again right over the bar. We were told that that was our only option, unless we would allow them to move us to an affiliated hotel about 10 minutes away. We said okay, and they said they could do it but it would cost us an additional 200 euro. We of course did not accept this ridiculous option. Steer clear of this place!!!

Great property, we had more of a suite than a room. We had a big bedroom & separate large lounge. Situated in a quiet area but with lots of dining options nearby, very helpful front desk staff helped book football tickets for us & print them out, recommended restaurants. Hotel is walkable to everything.

The rooms are large - I was there during Ryder cup so it was busy and very expensive - can’t beat the location and size of rooms - I had a great balcony and lager shower - room was great! Only thing is breakfast was only okay - but you can go out your door and find a zillion choices. Note that taxis find it hard to get to so have your exact address and get dropped at the door or the corner!

The property is well situated, near Piazza Navona, and an easy walk to the Roman Forum/Colosseum or the Vatican. The street outside the hotel can get noisy on weekends if you are facing the street. The bed was very comfortable, however some of the furniture was a bit tired. Overall a very good experience.

Incrível O hotel é super bem localizado. Ao lado há muitas cafeterias, restaurantes, farmácias e comércio. Do hotel é possível fazer tudo a pé. Na rua do hotel não entra táxi/carro. O táxi/uber deixa o passageiro pertinho, menos de 50 metros. É importante ter essa noção caso precise de algum tipo de ajuda na locomoção. Os quartos são espaçosos, banheiro funciona super bem, roupa de cama e banho novinhas e trocadas todos os dias. Voltaria novamente!

Air conditioning is a big issue. They have control in the front desk and all of a sudden in midnight they increase temperature. You have to get up in the midnight and call the front desk. It happened in day time as well as midnight. Otherwise this is convenient location to go around the city. DON’T EAT BREAKFAST in the hotel.

We came to Navona twice. The first time we were upgraded. The 2nd time it was in a small room. But in both times, we were placed near the very noisy street which we could not appreciate. The rooms though are beautiful and clean. If you pay breakfast it is truly great!

The location is great and the room was very stylish. There were a few items in the room that made it challenging. The mattress was extremely hard. We told the staff and they said they would bring a topper and it basically just a thin mattress pad. The overhead shower head was not working, along with the bidet. There were 3 large steep stone steps to go to the bathroom. Which is a challenge in the middle of the night with no handrail. Also the room was not well lite. I would not stay again if coming back to Rome.

We had Leonardo room in the 4th floor, it was clean, nice and spacious. The mattress was a bit stiff and it was two beds combined into one. The room had two AC which was extremely comfortable as it was 95 degrees during our stay. The staff was helpful with booking for us a morning taxi to get to the airport. The location of the hotel was great as it everything was within walking distance. Something to note, the hotel is near a plaza so there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. At night it can be quite loud and the walls are very thin so you can hear noises from other rooms and outside. Therefore if you are traveling with small children or are sensitive to noise I would not recommend it. Every night we were so tired from all the walking and exploring we fell asleep easily.
