This place has so much potential! Overall, cleanliness was decent. Im a former housekeeper though so I pay attention and notice the small details and it could definitely have been better. Also would have been nice if the deck was sweeped off. There were large spider webs everywhere so we didnt even want to sit on it. Also probably wouldn't have booked if I knew there wasnt AC. Each night it was 79 degrees in our room and we slept so bad, and to make it worse you can't open the windows because there are no screens. The pool/hot tub/sauna was a great area though! Id consider revisiting. Check in was super easy, and the key pad on the door was very convenient.

The property itself is just fine but at least room C4 is a disheveled mess. The caulking around the tub was nicotine tar yellow and the corner at the floor had a large chunk of steel wool stuffed into an apparent mouse hole, no joke! Even with all of the lights on in the apartment, it is just a gloomy dingy sad excuse for what is called a resort. The couch has seen better days and the cabinetry was extremely beat up. Repairs had been done on the first wall you see coming into the room, but it had not been repainted and so it was dark brown with a bunch of spackling that could still be wiped off. This room reminded me of the dorms my friend lived in when he worked at Heavenly in CA, if you’re just here to get wasted and ski than this room fits your bill but if you are wanting a cozy retreat with your wife, I would say find somewhere else. Great location. Warm pool. Excellent sauna/steam hut. Cold hot tub. Girl at the front desk was great.

I had a good stay here. The hot tub was a plus after hiking all day. The bathroom and all the floors in the unit had been upgraded, however the kitchen, walls throughout, and the blinds in the bedroom are in dire need of some love. Bed and pillows comfortable. I stayed in C4 which is a bottom unit. Luckily I had quiet people above me otherwise it could get quite loud. The kitchen is tiny, but does have all you need to prep/cook meals. I could not see doing this for more than 2 people though, it is so tiny. The unit was spacious and overall clean. No AC, but it was not hot when I was there in July and it's a downstairs unit, so AC was not needed. They did provide a couple fans. The store has a very small selection of items, so shop before arriving. There really is no good options to eat out nearby.

If I you're quibbling, there's no restaurant and very little in the way of food for sale, but really, it's a nice place, nestled in the lovely woods so *very* convenient to Mt Rainier, which was, of course, the point of my visit. And there's a very good restaurant about eight (?) miles away at Crystal Mountain, if that's important. Staff friendly and helpful. Wi-fi fine, cable TV, if you want it. Very nice, clean room. I guess they have a pool, but I never tried it out. Good place that I would gladly return to.

Needs a deep clean! The sofa was so dirty we could not sit on it without covering it with a sheet. The pots were so old and beat up that cooking was inefficient and with there being almost zero restaurants around you need a good kitchen with good pots pans cutlery not the case here. The pool and hot tub had so much debris from disintegrating pool bubble cover also black dog hair in big clumps yuck. This place has so much potential the size and layout of the room was fantastic but it was all just too dirty to really enjoy. The staff was great ! Only redeeming factor
