We had a wonderful stay here, the staff is awesome, rented kayaks right on the property. Nice fire pit at night, very quiet ,relaxing, would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view of the lake, rooms on the end have best view, will try to book next time!

We chose the center harbor in for its location right on the lake and amenities mentioned. Fitness center, free breakfast. Our biggest disappointment was the Canadian Geese that pooped all over the property but especially the beach! It was disgusting. I did see a crew of people on the property raking the beach and grass areas. The beach chairs are functional but not that many. The water was spectacular but wear water shoes or follow the sand in the water. Otherwise the bottom is slimy! The raft was a nice feature. The “fitness center” is a joke. Please be honest and show 2 treadmills, an elliptical and two exercise balls. (We paid to go to a gym). There is a sauna and hot tub which we did not use. Finally the breakfast doesn’t even open until 8 am! Coffee at 7:30 would’ve been lovely. No great shakes for breakfast. The very basics. However the fresh bagels and muffins were delicious. Its proximity to Meredith is a great plus. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is the nicest thing in Center Harbor. The grounds are well kept and the breakfast was nice. Having assorted water craft (kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats) available was a nice treat, and we enjoyed playing cornhole on the lawn. An unexpected benefit of the location on July 4th were the fireworks directly off the dock! We checked in that day and were surprised by a band in the adjacent town gazebo and many local residents setting up chairs and blankets across the street from the Inn. As dusk approached many local residents began setting up their chairs on the hotel property too :/ . We thought they were all trying to catch a view of fireworks from Weir's Beach around the cove, but fifteen minutes before that show was supposed to start a much closer barge in Center Harbor began its show. That was great! The badly behaved local kids screaming that the fireworks were too loud, I could have lived without, but the Inn could not control that.

We loved being able to see the water view from our room. The room was nice and clean. I rarely sit in jacuzzies, but this outdoor one was perfect to relax in after two days of hiking. We also sat in the sauna and like the "small town" feel of this hotel.

Great location- right on the water. This is a great way to get some time on Lake Winnipesaukee. You can walk to breakfast across the street or a coffee shop. The hotel beach is right out the front door and the lovely little town beach is 50 yards out the front door. There are Kayaks and a hot tub. Everything is quite convenient….

It was a great property. All the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The grounds were well maintained and it felt very secure. The lack of elevator(s) was tough with all your luggage unless you were on the ground floor. The amenities were great too.

This was one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, great view of the lake, and the breakfast options were good. Staff was very kind and helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again.

SUPERBLY clean property. You can tell their cleaning staff is meticulous and thorough with their cleaning. The property is like a escape (which is what we were looking for). Has its own private beach, as well as its own paddle boat, jet ski, dock, fire pit, kayaks and paddle boards. Ample parking and quiet. Conveniently located close to the center of town but not directly in the hustle and bustle of the town. We cannot wait to return to this hotel!

The room was modern, very clean, and in the most gorgeous setting! The view of the lake from our balcony was breathtaking! It was especially beautiful with the fall colors and perfect weather! Couldn’t have found a better place to celebrate my wife’s birthday!

However, noisy upstairs neighbors with stopping feet slamming deck/ balcony door made ceiling rattle alot. Seemed odd for what appears as a newer constructed building. Dud use beach or water activities as temp was in high 50 degrees.

Room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the lake. The little beach was very clean and safe for kids. The hotel feels new and well kept. Nice breakfast offered in the morning. The reason it's not a 5 star review is that we learned no one would be on site after 10 pm. It's a very safe area but I'd still like to know that someone was onsite overnight.

Absolutely beautiful! We adored our view overlooking the lake, everyone in the office was wicked sweet and helpful. I checked in late and they made the process smooth for me. I also adored the condition of the room.

A very simple place with basic services in a beautiful area. Rooms are modern and clean with minimalist but enough features. One service desk member who was friendly was the only staff we encountered (off season). Basic continental breakfast was pleasing with bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, cereal, and variety of hot and cold drinks. Outdoor hot tub is a nice feature. Winter season is pretty quiet around the area and many things closed. In summer lake activities would be great. Overall a good value stay for someone who just wants a clean and comfortable place without a bunch of add ons.

This hotel is the nicest thing in Center Harbor. The grounds are well kept and the breakfast was nice. Having assorted water craft (kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats) available was a nice treat, and we enjoyed playing cornhole on the lawn. An unexpected benefit of the location on July 4th were the fireworks directly off the dock! We checked in that day and were surprised by a band in the adjacent town gazebo and many local residents setting up chairs and blankets across the street from the Inn. As dusk approached many local residents began setting up their chairs on the hotel property too :/ . We thought they were all trying to catch a view of fireworks from Weir's Beach around the cove, but fifteen minutes before that show was supposed to start a much closer barge in Center Harbor began its show. That was great! The badly behaved local kids screaming that the fireworks were too loud, I could have lived without, but the Inn could not control that.

Great location- right on the water. This is a great way to get some time on Lake Winnipesaukee. You can walk to breakfast across the street or a coffee shop. The hotel beach is right out the front door and the lovely little town beach is 50 yards out the front door. There are Kayaks and a hot tub. Everything is quite convenient….

We upgraded for a brilliant view of the lake. Spacious room and very comfortable. My partner used the sauna a couple of times, much needed after our extremely long hike! The breakfast was also great.

A very simple place with basic services in a beautiful area. Rooms are modern and clean with minimalist but enough features. One service desk member who was friendly was the only staff we encountered (off season). Basic continental breakfast was pleasing with bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, cereal, and variety of hot and cold drinks. Outdoor hot tub is a nice feature. Winter season is pretty quiet around the area and many things closed. In summer lake activities would be great. Overall a good value stay for someone who just wants a clean and comfortable place without a bunch of add ons.

This was one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, great view of the lake, and the breakfast options were good. Staff was very kind and helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again.

We chose the center harbor in for its location right on the lake and amenities mentioned. Fitness center, free breakfast. Our biggest disappointment was the Canadian Geese that pooped all over the property but especially the beach! It was disgusting. I did see a crew of people on the property raking the beach and grass areas. The beach chairs are functional but not that many. The water was spectacular but wear water shoes or follow the sand in the water. Otherwise the bottom is slimy! The raft was a nice feature. The “fitness center” is a joke. Please be honest and show 2 treadmills, an elliptical and two exercise balls. (We paid to go to a gym). There is a sauna and hot tub which we did not use. Great space, beautiful view. Breakfast was self-service typical eggs-muffin-coffee. Breakfast space was clean and inviting. Enough space to not feel rushed. However, noisy upstairs neighbors with stopping feet slamming deck/ balcony door made ceiling rattle alot. Seemed odd for what appears as a newer constructed building. Dud use beach or water activities as temp was in high 50 degrees.

It was a great property. All the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The grounds were well maintained and it felt very secure. The lack of elevator(s) was tough with all your luggage unless you were on the ground floor. The amenities were great too.

Well worth the money and the stay. It was great. Food and drink within walking distance. No Ubers available though, but they do have door dash. It was a nice base camp location to explore the area and the town of Meredith.
