This is a clean and relatively new hotel. It is nicely decorated and furnished. However, there is not much to do in North Pole other than to see the Santa statue and shop. We did eat at a DD&D restaurant which was excellent.

Undergoing some updating which is needed. Breakfast was subpar, but mainly because there were so few guest due to renovations happening. Had there been more guest staying there They would’ve had better service, attendance and quality of food. But that all being said, I would stay there again with no problem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The room was very nice and clean.Very nice breakfast also. The only thing I would like to see improved on is most people associate the North Pole with Christmas so we thought the lobby area would be decorated and overwhelm us, but it was decorated in Halloween.

We stayed several nights, and enjoyed the breakfast offered very much. Someone was diligent to keep the options refilled as needed. There was an ice machine on our floor.

The staff is very rude and for a hotel that is pet friendly it is very inconvenient that I was told if I leave the building I cant leave my pet in a kennel. I cannot take my peta to conference meetings so staying at this place was pointless

Not a bad place. Price is horrendous for what you get, but for the Fairbanks area it’s not excessive, not when average chain hotels cost more than a five star somewhere else. Room comfort a little lacking but not terrible. Breakfast is decent.

Location was a big draw . I would stay again for cleanses and a superior staff. Michael from 2nd shift thoughtful and kind went way above to make sure we were able to accomplish a lifetime goal of seeing the northern lights.

Hotel was too costly for the value. The “continental breakfast” was the worst we have ever expeienced, so much that we left to eat elsewhere. Poor choices, waffle makers did not seem to function, all items were very small
