Un accueil très froid. Le diner très médiocre: je voulais une noisette de beurre sur les pâtes, il fallait payer un supplément. Le four était en panne, il aurait mieux fallu fermer le restau ce soir-là. La chambre:très bien. Au départ, une personne chaleureuse.

The hotel was okay. The room was a decent size, although the bathroom was tiny (in contrast to the hotel photos). The hotel had a small bar and restaurant. It is situated quite close to the city centre but has limited parking. What significantly lets down the hotel are its reception staff who were rude and unhelpful both at check-in and during the few other occasions we sought their help. We were allocated a room which had not been cleaned and we were subsequently told we’d have to wait for the cleaning, and they wouldn’t be able to say when that would be. We complained and only then did the receptionist reluctantly check, to find that there were in fact 2 rooms ready. We were also told that on street parking was paid for, when it was actually free, though very limited in the area around the hotel.

Nice clean hotel in a great location. Nice and clean throughout, very comfortable beds, nice friendly staff, plenty of onsite parking and a superb onsite Restaurant offering great food at very reasonable prices. Only negatives, there is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and smoke from people smoking outside came in through the window. But still a very good budget hotel and will definitely visit again sometime.

The hotel is in a good position for the town and railway station. 5€ a night for secure parking was worth it for peace of mind. Staff were friendly and English spoken. The decor could do with a refresh, comfortable and good value

Deux personnes à l'accueil, une seule dit bonjour. Parking payant à 5 euros, ils me disent qu'ils ne prennent plus les paiements en espèces vu l'heure d'arrivée ( 22h). La chambre était sale ( des murs au sol). La son de la élé ne faisait que sauter ( visiblement problème de réglage d'antenne). Mauvaise isolation au bruit ( on entendait l'eau des sanitaires voisins couler dans notre chambre). Mauvaise isolation thermique. La fenêtre ne fermait plus sur le haut et laissez donc passer le froid. Impossible de prendre la douche sans se transformer en glaçon. Bref, très déçue.

De passage la literie bonne mais salle de bain très petite et moyennement propre (joints de la douche à refaire). Petit déjeuner pas top et la personne qui nous accueillait au petit déjeuner vraiment pas gracieuse. Par contre petit restaurant qui fait aussi bar un petit peu plus bas sur la gauche est tenu par un portugais et c est simple et excellent !

Nous avons passé de nuit dans cet hôtel en famille trois se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée 2 au 3e étage. Après discussion nous avons préféré le troisième étage que le rez-de-chaussée moins bruyant possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres et climatisation qui ne fuit pas contrairement à la chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Sinon très bonne accueil avec des chambres et des salles de bain propres ce qui est agréable.

Lady on reception when arrived was lovely, the lady on saturday and sunday morning was not even friendly, like she didn't want to be there and when we asked for more bread as this had run out at breakfast, its like it was too much trouble for her and she was miserable. Location was good 5 mins to train/bus station and about 10 mins to the centre. Bathroom was dirty, room was basic but ok and window opened wide, which was good. The door do slam shut so this was noisy at night sometimes. Overall for the price we paid this was great value.

Literie bcp trop ferme voire dure. Et pourtant j’ai l’habitude de dormir sans sommier mais sur un lit en bois avec un matelas ferme ! Mais là, difficile de dormir confortablement !

The hotel is very conveniently situated close to Limoges Benedictins main railway station. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. The lack of kettle or hot drinks machine was a minor disappointment. The price was excellent value.

Nice clean hotel in a great location. Nice and clean throughout, very comfortable beds, nice friendly staff, plenty of onsite parking and a superb onsite Restaurant offering great food at very reasonable prices. Only negatives, there is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and smoke from people smoking outside came in through the window. But still a very good budget hotel and will definitely visit again sometime.

The hotel is in a good position for the town and railway station. 5€ a night for secure parking was worth it for peace of mind. Staff were friendly and English spoken. The decor could do with a refresh, comfortable and good value

The place was convenient for what we needed for one night. The hotel is obviously in an area that is getting a makeover as the surrounding area was rundown and space in front of the hotel in need of some TLC. Staff were great and very helpful and the breakfast offered was good. Our room was comfortable and pleasant and the overall facilities very good.

Un accueil très froid. Le diner très médiocre: je voulais une noisette de beurre sur les pâtes, il fallait payer un supplément. Le four était en panne, il aurait mieux fallu fermer le restau ce soir-là. La chambre:très bien. Au départ, une personne chaleureuse.

The hotel was okay. The room was a decent size, although the bathroom was tiny (in contrast to the hotel photos). The hotel had a small bar and restaurant. It is situated quite close to the city centre but has limited parking. What significantly lets down the hotel are its reception staff who were rude and unhelpful both at check-in and during the few other occasions we sought their help. We were allocated a room which had not been cleaned and we were subsequently told we’d have to wait for the cleaning, and they wouldn’t be able to say when that would be. We complained and only then did the receptionist reluctantly check, to find that there were in fact 2 rooms ready. We were also told that on street parking was paid for, when it was actually free, though very limited in the area around the hotel.

Je décide ensuite d'appeler l’hôtel pour avoir deux chambres l’une à côté de l’autre et je demande confirmation que les petits déjeuner pour 5 sont bien inclus et possibilité de garer la voiture dans un parking. On me confirme que tout est bon, deux chambres à côté et 5 petits déjeuner inclus, parking ok. À l’arrivée: parking complet, chambres à deus étages différents et supplément petit dej à payer sur place. On nous annonce que le petit dej est servi entre 7h et 10h30. Douche pas très propre. Nous descendons au petit dej à 9h15, l’étalage est vide, plus de croissants, plus de pain. Très peu de choix. Le buffet n’est pas achalandé. Les premiers ont du choix les autres non. Honteux. Pas de geste commercial. Les lits étaient confortables, la nuit était agréable. Nous n’y retournerons pas.
