Our reception was curt and unwelcoming. Asking for help on how to lower the window shutter was met with a very surly response, almost derision. The room was basically functional and clean enough. We had to find pillows. The shower was weak. What was nice was having a small balcony to eat breakfast (we didn't want to risk breakfast) - but bear in mind this backs on to quite a busy train line.

Since our last stay here the hotel has been refurbished and the rooms which were comfortable are now excellent. There is nothing to dislike.
