Just around 200 metres from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, this cosy holiday home awaits you in a peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. With around 76 m² of living space and a spacious plot of approximately 510 m², the house comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The nearby Baltic Sea beach is easily accessible on foot and invites you to enjoy long walks, relaxing days by the water and plenty of sunshine. The gently sloping shoreline is particularly pleasant for families. After a wonderful day at the beach, you can unwind in your own garden, enjoy the fresh sea air on the terrace or relax on the sun lounger. The large lawn offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. Garden furniture and an awning provide additional comfort. Two private parking spaces are also available directly at the holiday home. Inside, a cosy living area with a large sofa and generous windows awaits you, allowing plenty of natural light into the room. A dining table with four chairs provides the perfect setting for shared meals or a relaxed evening of games. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. Satellite TV and a radio are also available. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition to a ceramic hob and oven, there is a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A second dining table with seating for four is located in the kitchen area. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m with two mattresses. Wardrobes as well as curtains and slatted blinds provide convenient storage and blackout options for a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom has a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, an open wardrobe, a curtain and a roller blind. The upstairs bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor with a toilet and washbasin. The holiday home is also well equipped for longer stays. A washing machine, tumble dryer and clothesline are available. "Dünenzauber" is a non-smoking holiday home.
