Manchester Front was spectacular! It was our home for nearly 3 weeks. The space was clean, well appointed with hi-end appliances, and the bed was super comfy! Everything you could think of was provided. The outdoor area was gorgeous and well maintained. Our dogs felt at home and were able to use the yard area because it is entirely fenced in. The proximity to restaurants, shops, Seaside Market, and the beach was amazing. The Coastal Rail Trail was an easy walk from the bungalow. We loved everything about our stay and are sad to leave! This little hideaway was very well located, just a short walk to grocery, cafes, etc. and also convenient to the beach. A big plus is the tropical oasis that is the outdoor space. Very private for reading, having a meal or just hanging out. Keith was a very good and responsive host. He and his wife really helped us feel at home. Check-in was personal and informative and everything was very clean and well organized.

We loved the location and the bungalow. It was very well appointed and comfortable.

We have stayed at many vacation properties in the Encinitas area and this was one of the very best! Nice quiet location within walking distance to the beach and several great places to eat, and central to many great attractions. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds and bedding WITHOUT the use of those decorative pillows that probably never get washed, thrown on the floor, used by other guests, then propped against your pillowcase. Anyway the unit is so thoughtfully stocked with items you might need for sunny days at the beach or rainy days out or in. At night we slept better here than any of the previous places we stayed in the area and during the day we enjoyed the outdoor seating areas as well.

We wanted a place for our young family to enjoy spring break in the San Diego area. Having two bedrooms and laundry was important as we have two young kids who have incredible skills at getting stains on their clothes. I'm so glad I stayed outside of the city in a house, rather than in a hotel. The fenced yard was amazing, the gates all latch and so they were able to hang out in the front yard and play while we could keep an eye on them. Everything was set up to be child friendly, and it was so wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants and the beach. There is also a playground nearby at the local school, with a view of the ocean as a bonus. Keith and Stacey were extremely easy to communicate with, and the guidebook covered every question we had. Hope to return and book both units so we can share a vacation with the grandparents or friends.
