This is a good hotel that is close to museums and other sites in Berlin. There are some good food options nearby as well. Spacious room that was comfortable. Two main issues was that the bar was closed the whole time and the sauna and gym area had a bad smell. The gym smelled like cooking oil and the sauna area smelled like rotten eggs. I was also disappointed in the gym facilities, but I am a heavy gym user when I travel so I'm more particular about having a good facility.

This is a really nice place to stay, it was nice and the surrounding area had everything to offer. The 4-star rating is because the hot tubes were not working, which is why we liked this hotel. But overall a great place.

Hotel isn't as good as it was when we last visited: - Sofa was done in and the cushions really needed replaced. - Airconditioning/heating in the livingroom didn't work properly; to start with it didn't function at all, after reporting it it still did crazy scrolling through settings on its own but at least seemed to cool the room. - its pretty random when they open the bar; meant to be all but Sunday i think but they didn't open Saturday. Not that you'd use it as it's lost all personality and was dead. - Housekeeping is meant to be every 3 days but they didn't for 5 until we chased them up. then they came early and left us with about twice as many towels as we should have had; every surface stacked with them. The area itself is still a great base and the restaurants/bars/transport plentiful plus a good couple of supermarkets nearby.

booked this hotel around the marathon weekend as it had whirlpool hot tubs to relax before and after marathon. whirlpools have been out of action for months, no sign of being fixed. when asked checkin desk about compensation they said all they could do was offer us to use the whirlpools in their sister appartments the other side of town, not a suitable compromise in my opinion

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and clean. Location was excellent-very walkable, close to public transportation, groceries, laundry, several restaurants, and tourist sites. Bikes rentals, umbrellas, and the hot tub/sauna were nice as well.

Perfekt läge och välutrustat rum med pentry och tvättpelare. Plus för badkar. Trevlig personal i lobby. Bäddsoffa ej duglig som säng, lutade nedåt både i huvud- och fotände. Hotellet uppgav städning var tredje dag om man inte sade till om extra städ. Vi bodde fem nätter och fick inte städ en enda gång. Var dessutom dammigt på rummet t.ex sänggavel, när vi checkade in. Men kanske bor här igen då läget är perfekt och vi gärna har ett litet eget kök.

Clean and spacious hotel room with modern, well-equipped kitchenette. Large tiled bathroom with rain shower head & heated towel rack . Courtyard view. Blackout drapes. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Excellent staff; very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location; near train station on the central route. Immediate area has a wide range of dining options and a great vibe. Hotel has breakfast options though we didn’t use it or the onsite bar. Would highly recommend this “apartment-style” hotel room for short or long term stays. Hope to be back again.

Great with a family room with a seperate bedroom close to a nice area if you’re traveling with children. However the cleanliness was so so poor. There was old food scraps in the refrigerator, dust, dirt everywhere. And the room smelled of the worst perfume ever. Took us 2 days before we couldn’t smell it anymore with windows being open all the time. There was even blood stains under the sheet. To times we told reception we needed it to be cleaned and new trash bags nothing happened. Could really need some new cleaning staff! Really nice they had a balcony but we couldn’t use it, it was filled with pigeons day and night and not to mention the bird poop on railings and furniture. But if you’re in to all that, great areas with restaurants, shopping and playgrounds.

Fin beliggenhet, kort vei til offentlig transport og knutepunkt Alexanderplatz. Rolig beliggenhet, godt isolerte vinduer. God frokost, hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi måtte be om renhold og søppelposer underveis siden det ikke ble gjort hver 3. dag som vi fikk beskjed om. Derav opphopning av søppel for 2 voksne og 1 barn som brukte bleier. Dårlig renhold på balkongene, avføring fra fugler o.l. ble liggende, noe som er uheldig spesielt mtp små barn. Alt i alt vil vi dog komme tilbake.

Location is excellent. The room is OK. The carpet is quite gross. I don’t think it was ever vacuumed. The toilet flush was covered right behind the toilet seat cover. So, I had to teach the toilet seat cover for each flush. Bad design, isn’t it? Housekeeping is every 3rd day, and a subpar work at that. Tissues were not refilled. I had to buy my own at a local grocery store. Half-ass effort of making the beds. No washer/dryer in the facility which was advertised as available at the time I made a reservation. For the price paid, I expected better.

Hotel is generally good and in a great location. Right next to S-Bahn and very close to Mitte - endless dining options, bars and shopping. Rooms were tired though - scuffs and marks from previous guests not attended to, bathroom shower recess was full of mould. Disappointing that the property is let down by such easy fixes.

I stayed in room 311 and it was a great experience. My spouse and I lodged in a cramped Parisian room for the week prior, so Adina was a breath of fresh air. I truly appreciate having a dining table and couch/lounge area seperate from the bedroom. Plus the WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER! Felt like home. I wish I had booked an extra evening or two here.

The hotel locates near a train station, if on the lower floor it can be disturbing by the noise of the traffic and the train. Otherwise, the location is great to access to shopping, dining , museum island and Berlin Dom. Not sure ( decide not to ask) if the hotel offers room cleaning every day. Our room was not cleaned after first night since we scattered all our stuffs in the room, so we didn’t ask during the stay.

We were with you last week. 3 people for 4 nights. There was a fault with the air conditioner. They said it would be fixed by tonight and it didn't happen. We moved for 4 days to 6 different rooms because of this malfunction. This doesn't make sense at all.

Hotel was nice and clean. However, the air conditioner would not cool. Great location close to the museums and attractions great Vietnamese restaurant right on the corner highly recommend it. Excellent breakfast and the staff was very welcoming.

It’s a nice hotel, but I’m giving it a poor rating because they ignored a maintenance request & they openly admitted their mistake when I checked out. Made no accommodation for their own mistake; should’ve offered to discount 1night from bill. Cannot recommend staying there.

Excellent location next to Hackeschermarkt. Lots of transportation, options, easy walk to Museum, Island, Unter den Linden, Alexanderplatz apartment was comfortable and quiet, perfect for preparing breakfast. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. A great location for seeing Berlin.

After reading the reviews, I had lofty expectations for this hotel. After all, people noted its proximity to many sites, restaurants, and the metro. And while those are all true, the hotel itself was just meh. Front desk staff was courteous and welcoming, however, despite telling them that I had paid through Orbitz, they still charged me. Only after I pulled up the receipt did they do some more “digging” and found that I had already paid. Also, breakfast was lackluster. Eggs were powdered (from a mix rather than made fresh) and bacon was wilted and flavorless. Coffee machine spat out lukewarm lattes and the orange juice dispenser disappeared about 10 minutes after I arrived (just after they opened.) The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Rooms were very small (and dark) for a suite style hotel. The sofa bed folded nearly into the small tv, leaving little room to negotiate around it to the balcony or bedroom. The shower was a step-over tub with folding glass that still allowed ample amounts of water to leak all over the floor. The “gift shop” consisted of a space near the front desk with a few sodas and packages of candy.

Appartement bien situé juste à côté d'une station de métro et proche de l'Île aux Musées et de la Cathédrale. L'appartement est de bonne grandeur, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et nous avons eu un petit déjeuner pour emporter la journée de notre départ tôt pour l'aéroport.

Great centrally located hotel in a lively area of the city. Quiet, good sized rooms. Clean and modern hotel, breakfast overpriced so visited the bakery on the corner instead. Enjoyed happy hour, shame it doesn't extend to a Sunday evening. Our second visit, would return.

Mycket bra hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, mycket bra läge. Stort fint rum med litet pentry. Frukosten var ganska dyr och inte jätte-bra så det kan vara bättre att handla i butik och fixa sin egen frukost på rummet.
