The A/C in the room was damaged and caught on fire while we were sleeping. The alarm went off, and you had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The room that they moved us into was hotter than a sauna. The thermostat was not working; we had only two choices: full heat blast or no heat at all. We turned the heat off, but by the morning was already cold. Simply put, we had a sleepless night and even no apology from the resort

This is one of our favorite family vacations. Everything you need is in one place - great slopes to ski at, wonderful accommodations and friendly staff.

We were staying here for the three nights before Christmas this year and we had an amazing time so convenient for having a lodging with skiing. Also, the restaurant very good. The room was very spacious and very clean. Service good as well. Definitely we will come back and we highly recommend it.
