Staff was very nice in the front. It was a very quick check-on. The room did have an AC/heating unit but you only have three thin sheets as blankets. I’m not sure if they change this during the winter months. The room also smelled like bleach, but not necessarily felt or smelt clean. I only stayed for a night so it was fine for a quick stay. The room had a microwave and fridge which is a plus! Overall, it was okay and wouldn’t mind staying again if the rate is reasonably priced.

The check in process was easy! The staff was very friendly! The room was updated and clean! We loved the breakfast! It was nice to see Jimmy Dean sausage breakfast sandwiches. The only thing was there wasn’t water available to drink during breakfast. Recommend water in a pitchure! It was close to the shops/restaurants on one side and then the lake on the other side. Overall a great stay! I would recommend and stay again!

Rooms were decent comfortable clean. It was Quiet. Had a good night. Rest for the two days that we were there.. stairway and handrails made out of wood. Got a splinter on my hand. Going up the First day on the second day. Coming down. I got a splitter my other hand but other and dad. I’ll go back there. I liked it.. wish they had an elevator to something about those handrails and the stairs

Think up to 3 times if you’re going to stay here. The rooms were FILTHY! We had to move from one room because it smelled like smoke. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures posted on the website. We were placed in rooms detached from the main site, there was a worn down, crummy parking lot in between us. I imagine those were the first rooms before they remodeled the main site. Despite having a parking lot in between sites, the parking space provided for the entrance to the rooms was no more than 8-10 spaces. Otherwise you’d have to park in the in between lot and there were no cámaras that we noticed watching that lot in case needed. Back to the rooms- they reuse the plastic keycards because ours were dirty with residue from previous guests. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves, dust everywhere and mysterious splatters on the sink etc. When we say they were poorly maintained, it’s no exaggeration. The worst stay in all our years of traveling
