Waited in small boxy room, rang silver bell to the right. Waited a couple minutes and voice said coming downstairs soon. Waited about 5 mins. Checked in, got key. No parking near our room. In room, tv did not work. Tried to dial 0 on room phone but that was dead. Called their # on my phone, got someone who booked us, but was not at that location. They called someone at our location and someone did come in and fix tv. They said breakfast 6-9 am. We got down there during that time, no breakfast. Found a room w chairs on top of tables, no one there, just some bagels available. Just use this place to come in, got to bed, get up and go. No kleenex in bathroom, but clean and there was a tub. Beds were comforable.

No info given at checkin person barely spoke. Had to buzz and pickup phone on wall to get someone to come down each time, but at least they came down. No idea when breakfast was. No password for advertised WiFi in room given at check in, no info sheet anywhere about hotel or amenities. No coffee packets (so no coffe for us) for the coffe maker supplied and advertised. Microwave dirty with crumbs. Bed sheets had gravel and tons of little black hairs almost like someone had a cat/litter box in room and had the pet in the bed, but whatever it was those sheets were not changed or washed from the last stay. Toilet seat had a greasy sheen of cleaning fluid and lint on it that we had to wipe off before using. Light over bed only came on halfway (dim fluorescent). No bedside clock or lamps. Freezer in dorm sized fridge was completely iced up. Had that “hotel odor”, left after one night with our throats irritated. Booked the honeymoon suite with jetted tub and standup shower for 2 guests but only enough towels given for one or the other, might want one extra towel for using the tub since it’s in a separate room from the shower and not everyone showers after a bath. Community cream cheese tub for breakfast use with other people’s crumbs in it. Only powered creamer for breakfast coffee (just a pet peeve) since there was milk and a fridge.

The building was under construction so the room selection was limited. The bathroom towels in my unit had stains and hair on them. When the air conditioner was used a funky smell came blew in to the room. I used a flashlight to look into the front of it and realized the filter has never been changed and the inside coils had A LOT of crud on them. The refrigerator mad a dripping noise all night.

Bugs crawling out from under bed, and no breakfast as advertised pet fee very pricey 35.00 a night, otherwise it was ok

This property is dirty and smells horrible. Would not recommend at all!! Stay at the hotel across the street!!

My room smelled like bug killer my parents had bugs my socks were black by the time we left a spring was stabbing me while I was sleeping the shower had a lovely screech to it the front desk person just seemed like the most miserable human and didn’t want to be there the main office wreaked of cigarettes over all horrible experience where we switched hotels

The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t sleep, but they did have availability where everyone else was full.

Very clean and room s bed was comfortable. Definitely not 5 star or grand, but an economy room at a clean hotel.

The room had empty beer cans in the corner, and hair all over the bathroom

Staff wasn’t friendly, my room wasn’t in good condition. Found bugs and the walls were marked up. Light cover above the table was dirty and the chairs were wore down. Cheap and poor quality

Really reasonably priced motel. It needs new beds for sure, but for the price I would stay there again.

The outside looked great. Inside not so. The room was extremely dimly lit with very few electrical outlets. The shower didn’t work, the A/C leaked into the room and during the night it popped loudly several times. The “Breakfast” was a small number of packed goods. No drinks.

The bed was the worst I ever had. The pic of the room on the web site is not what you get

Tub was clogged and wouldnt drain. TV remote didn't work. Rooms were small and smelled. Barely any outlets. Deadbolt needed repair. Do not recommend for even half the pric we paid!

It was like it hadn't been touched since 1974 and the whole place smelled like grandma's dirt-floor basement. Whoever took the photos of the place deserves an award for making it look a hundred times better than real life. I paid for a king suite and got what looked like a prison cell.

Half the lights didn’t turn on ac was on and way too cold, the odor from the plug in was nauseating. The only staff interaction was at check in and she indifferent

Close to food shopping and main highways Bed firm but comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again

It was very nice and the staff here was very nice and professional and helpful and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little vacation to stay here

This is the closest option we had to the city we needed to work at! It is clean but outdated. This is a good place to stay overnight. Not extended stays

Rooms are nicely cleaned but needs ventelation. Breakfast was very limited to only three types of cereal and some yogurt.
