Stayed 2 nights

We booked this room as we had stayed many years ago and it was super lfun and full of life. It is advertised as there being a resturaunt, there is not, a bar, there is not. We payed $170 per night to enjoy those amenties thinking everything we needed was in one place. The place was a ghostown, the common area was very dingy and old looking with a moldy smell. Ceiling tiles missing, carpets mismatched etc. The room was by the pool and was quite discusting. Beds were hard, no top sheet on one of them. Bathroom had hair on floor and toilet, refrigerator smelt awful and had orange melted stuff in the upper tray (not cleaned. The shower was hot then went ice cold (-11 outside) called the owner who stated he was in CA but assured me they had plenty of hot water..umm ok i guess i was imagining the whole thing. Never sais "im sorry that happed was just dismissive. The bathroom in the gym area was dirty with a broken soap containe sitting on the sink with soap poured out, both days no toilet paper. The change machine kept $$$ twice in 2 days, first morning had to ask for milk to be filled for breakfast, second am the help didnt show so breakfast opened at 8:45. There is coffee and tea out but no creamer or milk to go with it...i could go on but ill stop there. I have never paid that much for a room in that condition...maybe $79. What bothered us the most was that with all of this there was 1 staff member handling almost the entire hotel on his own. Shame on the owner for leaving him.

Stayed 1 night

Booked an executive suite with a king bed and separate seating area. Pictures looked alright online. But different story when we arrived. Walked in to the lobby and immediately it smelled like sewage. Which is quite impressive considering there was an indoor pool 10 feet from the lobby desk. When getting into our room, the lock just rattled against the door, not secure in any way. The room smelled of mold. There was such a strong mold smell, that my husband ended up having an asthma attack. There were mysterious "stains" on the chairs and floor. The kitchen sink would spray your hand from a foot away from the faucet. Not to mention the pee all over the back the toilet, and the hair clogs coming out of the tub. If there wasnt a blizzard happening that night, we would have left as soon as we saw the room. When I told the front desk, they pointed to a sign that said contact higher management for complaints. The front desk also said "we have someone that comes in once a month to help with the mold but we have had that complaint many times before and the building should have been torn down". Contacted higher management Corey who said "I dont like people who book through expedia and you booked a non refundable rate and because of that you are expedias guest BYEEE". When I contacted expedia, they called the hotel and were told they sent two house cleaners to the room and "nothing was wrong with it" pictures speak louder than their lies. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
