Det var misforståelse med parkering siden jeg så ikke videre en «tilgjengelig parkering» og hadde ikke reservert plass. Resepsjonisten var ikke veldig hjelpsom og svarte med mye «jeg vet ikke», men hun som var dagen etter var veldig hjelpsom. Det rommet var veldig fin og stor, sengene behagelige, men det var synd med liten tv på soverommet da stuen hadde svær en. Det var en del maur på kjøkkenkroken, men bare rundt vasken.

The rooms we had were magnificent. Room is an understatement, they were suites complete with bedroom, bath, kitchenette, dining and living room areas. Add to this a rooftop balcony in Building B. All clean and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The only down side was the elevator in building A was unserviceable and there is no AC in the rooms, but a fan made it comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else. For the price we paid it couldn’t have been better, a definite value.

The building is very new and the rooms are modern. I loved the shower from the roof top which was easy to adjust to the right temperature. Check-in was done using self-service systems with information from Zeitwohnhaus. Also they had a computer in the entrance for browsing or printing out documents. Very practical. There were several vending machines. Unfortunately the first one did not work but the one in the basement did. In the basement there is a gym where you can workout. There is also a washing corner but I did not use that. The TV in the room has regular german TV but Netlifix and YouTube available.

La struttura effettivamente è molto pulita, e ottimamente tenuta. Non basta però a fare la perfezione, soprattutto per chi viaggia molto, e ha in mente ben altri standard. Il check in è stato un delirio: arrivano 3 (tre!) mail che hanno 3 allegati con QR codes diversi; già sarebbe stato complicato così, ma tutto è rigorosamente in tedesco, e questo rende la cosa ridicola (la prenotazione dice chiaro che i viaggiatori sono italiani: non si pretende la lingua degli ospiti, ma un bell'inglese, lingua internazionale di chi viaggia, sì!!!). Quindi, in barba all'efficienza tecnologica teutonica (!), tocca telefonare e parlare con la receptionist - scortesissima - che dice che invierà una mail... che non arriva!. Richiamiamo, per scoprire che la ragazza è sì scortese (e chissà poi perché) ma è pure poco precisa, così non ha letto correttamente il nome della prenotazione automatica e ha spedito la comunicazione chissà dove (help!)... non si scusa, naturalmente, ma riesce finalmente a inviare una mail con il codice di accesso (mail che poteva perfettamente essere inviata sin dal principio). In tutte queste simpatiche conversazioni, omette di specificare che il parcheggio va prenotato e che parcheggiare in strada è a dir poco proibitivo... Ora, decido di allontanare il sospetto che se non fossimo arrivati dal Bel Paese avremmo avuto un'esperienza migliore, ma questa brevissima sosta è stata decisamente insoddisfacente, per contenuto e forma. NON RACCOMANDO

Superb apartment! Was happily surprised how big it was and the roof balcony was great. Well equipped - comfy bed - loads of cupboard space- 2x tv - nice touch with the Bluetooth speaker. There were dirt on the floor. We walk barefoot in the summer. Between pillows in sofa there were tons of dirt. Cearly needs a major cleaning and not just the quick change of guests cleaning.

The hotel is a very good value. We rented the Family Deluxe apartment which has plenty of space. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see various smudges/marks on the wall of the toilet room. I cleaned them off with some soap and water. The drainer in the sink in the bathroom had some brown looking grime or mold around it (maybe it simply is too old and should be replaced.) There should be a little more communication regarding when the cleaners come. I didn’t see a “do not disturb” sign we could use. It’d be nice to have an option to leave your trash out at a certain time of day for collection. Except for these criticisms, I was very happy with Zeitwohnhaus and would stay there again.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit nettem Personal und tollem Frühstück. Gute Lage, da Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Sollte man jedoch nachts schlafen wollen und den Anspruch haben, am Morgen ausgeruht zu sein, kann man nur von einem Aufenthalt abraten. Das umfunktionierte Mehrfamilienhaus (Plattenbau aus den ca 60ern o. Ä.) ist derart hellhörig, dass man jeden Schritt, sämtliche Bewegungen von Gegenständen und die Stimmen von Menschen und den Fernseher von den Nachbarn hört. Bisher waren die Nachbarzimmer stets von Gästen belegt, die die Nacht zum Tag machten und offensichtlich tagsüber keine Verpflichtungen hatten. Mehrfach getestet und jedes Mal kaum geschlafen. Schade für das hübsche Ambiente, aber nie wieder!

Vi boede i en dejlig stor lejlighed, hvor vi havde rigtig god plads. Sengene var rigtig gode og værelserne rolige. Vi sov rigtig godt og var meget tilfredse med lejligheden. Vi kan kun anbefale hotellet og Erlangen.

Moderně zařízený pokoj, který vám nabídne skvěle řešené osvětlení, předokenní žaluzie, topný stropní panel v koupelně, TV s neobvykle velkou uhlopříčkou a dokonce (v poměrně malém prostoru jednolůžka) i lavici na kufr. Velkým plusem byla též klidná ulice. Co však neočekávejte je jakýkoliv, byť malý chladicí box (místo pod stolem by na něj bylo) a pohodlné posezení na plastové židli. Lůžko bylo nezvykle měkké, stejně jako podhlavníky; ve velkém sprchovém prostoru neočekávejte podlážku ani záchytné madlo. Lžíci na boty si přivezte svoji. Počítejte také s tím, že budete obklopeni velkými zrcadly. Služby jako parkování a snídaně nebyly využity, recepce velmi vstřícná. Internet bez problémů. Takže pobyt v pohodě.

Velkým plusem byla též klidná ulice. Co však neočekávejte je jakýkoliv, byť malý chladicí box (místo pod stolem by na něj bylo) a pohodlné posezení na plastové židli. Lůžko bylo nezvykle měkké, stejně jako podhlavníky; ve velkém sprchovém prostoru neočekávejte podlážku ani záchytné madlo. Lžíci na boty si přivezte svoji. Počítejte také s tím, že budete obklopeni velkými zrcadly. Služby jako parkování a snídaně nebyly využity, recepce velmi vstřícná. Internet bez problémů. Takže pobyt v pohodě.

For Checkin details (code) I have to go through a complicate application or website from the hotel organisation.. WHY??? Det var misforståelse med parkering siden jeg så ikke videre en «tilgjengelig parkering» og hadde ikke reservert plass. Resepsjonisten var ikke veldig hjelpsom og svarte med mye «jeg vet ikke», men hun som var dagen etter var veldig hjelpsom. Det rommet var veldig fin og stor, sengene behagelige, men det var synd med liten tv på soverommet da stuen hadde svær en. Det var en del maur på kjøkkenkroken, men bare rundt vasken.

La struttura effettivamente è molto pulita, e ottimamente tenuta. Non basta però a fare la perfezione, soprattutto per chi viaggia molto, e ha in mente ben altri standard. Il check in è stato un delirio: arrivano 3 (tre!) mail che hanno 3 allegati con QR codes diversi; già sarebbe stato complicato così, ma tutto è rigorosamente in tedesco, e questo rende la cosa ridicola (la prenotazione dice chiaro che i viaggiatori sono italiani: non si pretende la lingua degli ospiti, ma un bell'inglese, lingua internazionale di chi viaggia, sì!!!). Quindi, in barba all'efficienza tecnologica teutonica (!), tocca telefonare e parlare con la receptionist - scortesissima - che dice che invierà una mail... che non arriva!. Richiamiamo, per scoprire che la ragazza è sì scortese (e chissà poi perché) ma è pure poco precisa, così non ha letto correttamente il nome della prenotazione automatica e ha spedito la comunicazione chissà dove (help!)... non si scusa, naturalmente, ma riesce finalmente a inviare una mail con il codice di accesso (mail che poteva perfettamente essere inviata sin dal principio). In tutte queste simpatiche conversazioni, omette di specificare che il parcheggio va prenotato e che parcheggiare in strada è a dir poco proibitivo... Ora, decido di allontanare il sospetto che se non fossimo arrivati dal Bel Paese avremmo avuto un'esperienza migliore, ma questa brevissima sosta è stata decisamente insoddisfacente, per contenuto e forma. Es war alles perfekt und die Möglichkeit, den geliebten Vierbeiner mitzunehmen idt grandios. Lediglich das Frühstück ließ ein paar Wünsche offen. Es gibt leider nur einen Kaffeevollautomaten für alle Gäste, eine relativ kleine Käseauswahl und keinerlei Fisch. Das ist aber Jammerei auf sehr hohem Niveau;)

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights at a reasonable distance from Bamberg which we intended to visit. Our criteria included a possibility to park a car and the presence of AC (since the weahther was really hot). This hotel matched our demands perfectly. We stayed in a family room (place for 4 people), The room is quite good, though a bit smaller than expected. A small kitchenette with a fridge was a nice detail. We can recommend this place.
