Great accomodation after a long day in Cinque Terre. Very convenient access to the train station but it was still quiet in our room. Our room was clean and AC was good that we overslept and almost missed our train😂 Baggage drop off is also available at the location. Would definitely recommend!

Viola was great. Very friendly. Gave us good info. Our room was very clean, helped to reserve a private parking spot for us. Beds were very comfortable. It’s above the train station but we didn’t really hear the trains. It’s so convenient that we could take a train to and back from Cinque Terre right next door. Breakfast was included but had to go claim our breakfasts from the nearby cafe. It was good, too. Will stay there again next time if we visit Cinque Terre.

Fantastic location above the station for cinque terre. Spacious clean family room. Breakfast included at a local cafe. Check in arrangements communicated well. Parking was off site at extra cost but safe and directions given. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Tudo excelente. Hotel na Estação Central de Spezia. Facil acesso a tudo. Café da manhã é realizafo em bares parceiros próximos. Eles tem lockers para guardar bagagens. Martina foi muito atenciosa conosco. Unico ponto de atenção são as escadas, que pode limitar acesso de idosos e pessoas com grandes malas.

First, the good. It’s close to the central train station. The plumbing worked and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The breakfast was a mini version of a continental, coffee, juice and a pastry ( across the street in a tiny cafe The apartment building is located close to the walking district so food options are very good. The bad: It's in an old building where apartments have been carved out and upgraded( slightly). Since it WAS near the train station there was a LOT of foot traffic in front of our building. Our room was on the first floor and in order to keep cool we had to keep open the windows. The noise from people hanging out near the building and the vehicle noise in surrounding area didn’t subside until after midnight. By 6-7am the noise started back up. One other negative note is the building does not have an elevator so if you have large pieces of luggage you’d better be strong and in shape. If, I were to come back I might consider stay here, again but, I’m not sure the wife would want to. I’d give it a strong 3.5 stars out of 5.

Convenient location for train travelers, as the apartment is in the same building as the train station. Our window faced the train tracks, so we had to keep it closed. Surprisingly, the window provided excellent soundproofing and kept the room quiet. We were not bothered by any noise at night. The staff is friendly. Parking is a challenge in the area, so I suggest reserving a private parking space with the office in advance. Free breakfast is provided off-site at a nearby café, which included a cup of coffee, a glass of juice, and a pastry. The room is spacious enough for two people, and the bathroom is a good size as well. However, we noticed a terrible smell coming from the bathroom sewer (in the shower area) one night after it rained. It made the whole room stink. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to report the issue to the office, as we checked out early the next morning. I hope the property addresses this problem.

Lovely hotel, extremely nice and clean, didn't know they had daily house keeping so was pleasantly surprsied when coming back from a long day that the room and been cleaned. Would book again if I had to. Only drawback was lack of parking though the station nearby had €1/€1.50 hourly rate but adds up for long periods of time.

Excellent place to stay. Handy to everything including train station, shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. Air conditioner was excellent and room had a fridge. Loved that it was right by the train station and the staff was very friendly and helpful! On the flop side, the beds were pretty hard and we could feel the springs (even my daughter who weighs under 100 lbs). We didn't hear trains but the sound of other customers carries very well.

Advantageous: The transportation is convenient and very close to the station. It is also very convenient and quick to go to Cinque Terre Breakfast is delicious The room was tidy and some biscuits and tea bags were provided. Disadvantages: The room is dark There is no elevator. My room is on the 3rd floor and I need to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Decided to stay here vs Cinque Terre and was happy with the decision. Located right by train station. Room was pretty cramped with family of 4 and could easily hear neighboring rooms. Room was clean, AC was a little weak though so was a bit warm at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would probably give a 9 if I could given the value compared to neighboring towns. Despite some people reporting that La Spezia didn't seem safe I never got that impression and was travelling with 2 kids. Close to a lot of restaurants and conveniences. Breakfast was a voucher to a cafe across the street that was simple but delicious (choice of excellent pastry, juice and tasty espresso).

Location excellent for access to train & cinque terra & still walk the town no problem. Small basic room but finally a kettle & tea 👏 Room a bit noisy with trains & a knock on wall at night needed ! Was clean linen etc & and all we needed. In comparison we had to pay €300 at Santa Margherita (it was 4*) This was value at €137 with Brekky included at cafe next door & straight onto the train.

Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend. Nervig war die Klimaanlage welche sich in der Nacht automatisch einschaltete. Auch war es sehr laut in dem Hotel, man konnte die Leute aus dem Nebenzimmer reden hören und alles was auf dem Gang passierte war sehr laut.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. As this apartment is right at the train station there was noise during the day, which dropped off at night. When closed, the windows deafened the noise. The staff were very helpful. We were close to restaurants, which were ok, but catered to tourists so weren’t great. As a caution, if you use the local transit, make sure you get a tickets at a tobaccoist and validate it when you get on the bus. If you don’t it’s a 35€ fine.

Great property! It is literally right at the train station (but surprisingly quiet), so it was super easy to hop on the train to Cinque Terre without the big prices of staying in one of the towns. It felt very modern and clean and was one of my bed night’s sleep on our two week trip! They were easy to communicate with and stored our luggage when we got there early. This was a great find!

Realmente la persona que nos recibió solo nos dio un mapa y no fue muy agradable. El refrigerador no funcionaba bien y se llenó de agua el piso. El baño no tira suficiente agua y no ecuación bien. En ningún lado avisan que hay escaleras y que era el último piso. Caro en función del servicio que brindan. Jamás volvería!

Very (very) close to the train station. Trains can get a little noisy but we made it part of the charm! Walking distance to all the restaurants and waterfront public spaces which is great for people travelling by train. Pamphlets and guides of Cinque-Terre are all there in multiple languages. Service was great abd the host was very helpful getting ourselves ready for Cinque-Terre.

Hotel muy recomendable. Situado justo en la estación de La Spezia por lo que tiene muy buena ubicación para visitar Cinque Terre. El desayuno es en una cafetería cercana y la verdad es que nos sorprendió mucho. Incluía zumo, bebida caliente y una pieza de bollería, todo muy rico. Se puede hacer el check in tarde pero tiene un suplemento en función de la hora de llegada.

Hébergement bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres car à proximité de la gare et proche également du centre ville de La spezia. Chambre simple. L’option parking est un plus. Personnel sympathique. Par contre grosse déception concernant le petit déjeuner. Il s’agit d’un bon pour vous rendre dans le café d’en face et prendre 1 café et une viennoiserie. Si vous êtes adepte des petits déjeuner complets alors passez votre route.

Quarto novo e limpo. É difícil achar pelo endereço fornecido e não há recepção, tive que ligar para abrirem a porta. Não há café da manhã, é fornecido um voucher que dá direito a 1 café e 1 croissant numa padaria próxima que tem um péssimo atendimento e não é boa. Deveria ser vendido sem o café. Localização ótima para quem quer usar o trem.
