Overall clean room and property. Walls are thin so can hear all the neighbors but the A/C had a perfect volume which drowned out all the other sounds. Easy to get to off the highway and lots of parking. It was within walking distance to the activities we wanted to do. We didn't find the sound of the train to be an issue, in fact we never even heard it but our bathroom window was always closed and we had the A/C on.

My flight was 3 hours late and I needed to book a room. Both the bolt lock and door lock were broken. It looked like someone tried to break into the room. The vending machine with soda and water did not work. No water to drink and I wasn’t going to the store at 1. Expected more for $150 night. Santa Barbara motel charges the same and is much nicer!

Had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to room, not fun with your luggage. No ammenities including not even having an ice machine. I stayed in the kitchenette suitte and not even a single dish. Bed was a 4 inch mattress on a plank base. Floors and walls dirty, cigarette butts everywhere, and visitors allowedtosmoke on balcony. I didn't expect the Hilton but definitely expected better than this. Every staff member i spoke to said "I dont know im new."

Stayed here to use the laundromat, but the washers were broken. The toilet was leaking on to the bathroom floor. There was not even a cup or bar of soap in. the room. Vinyl floor needed to be mopped.

Filthy room, floor made our feet black and had obvious dirt and garbage (peanuts, plastic rings from a bottle, an old room card envelope, hair, pubic hair, etc…) everywhere. Hand towel and bath mat towel we’re both already soiled. Sink hadn’t been cleaned. I could go on and on about the dirtiness. Mind boggling. I hope they get their poop in a group and figure it out. They were nice enough people. We were awoken to what sounded like the building coming down at 5;30 am, but it was just the garbage bins being emptied right outside our room. Happy to be heading home, I have never seen a dirtier motel room in all my travels.

The front staff was rude upon arrival. Our room was dirty. We cleaned it ourselves and the swiffer wipes were black and dusty. No towels in the bathroom. Tub was unclean and the drain was broken.

This had to be one of the worst places I have stayed. Staff was friends at check in but upon entering the room there were so many issues. No fridge or microwave as indicated in reservation and had to have them brought to the room- and they were filthy! Fridge has stains and food and dirt in it as did the microwave. The bathtub was so filthy I didn’t dare get in without sandals. The floor had dirt all over it, the sheets and towels were so dingy that there’s no way bleach was used. I didn’t even pull the bedding down. The floor was sticky and there was a smudge under the table that appeared to be feces. There were dirty mattresses and old equipment out back by the pet area. We didn’t even stay the second night even though we had pre paid. Absolutely deplorable

The bathtub was so dirty and discolored we didn't shower there. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain so we had to use the kitchen sink. Walls between rooms are very thin. We were kept up all night by our neighbors who were going out to their truck (with an open back full of garbage) every hour. They got into an argument about drugs at about 1am. Right outside our door. We felt a little uncomfortable and almost left.

The room was dirty after they said it was cleaned. There was cracks in the ceiling and moldy ceiling tiles as well. Our door also wouldn't open with room key reprogramed multiple times. Desk clerk had to pry door open so we could get our stuff! This was supposed to be one of their suites! Property and room was in poor condition! Desk clerk did his best to get us intonour room. After our first night, we checked out and got a room somewhere else. Do not recommend this place!!

Fair value I suppose. But if you are sensitive to noise when trying to sleep, this probably isn't the place for you. At the very least, don't stay downstairs. Older building design, I could hear and feel the footsteps of people walking down the balcony to their rooms upstairs, and I could certainly hear every footstep of the people in the room above me.

The room lock was not sturdy and the bolts were only half screwed in, the door itself was not stable and let a cold draft in. One of the queen beds had bedding that looked like they were balled up ie wrinkly. The shower blasted scalding hot then freezing cold then scalding hot then freezing cold. The ac/heater sounded like a airplane taking off all night. Street racers distrupted any sort of sleep. Then when the neighbor showered at 430 it sounded like he was in our room.

Old decor, very outdated overpriced Motel 6. The new one style is ok. This is old out of style motel. Quite clean but questionable.. Very poor internet. Small tv with even smsler screen - kind of poststemp size. Old bathroom. Old ac/heater... Terrible plastic industrial dim lighting!!! Just old, out of style motel.

I was here because my mother was life flighted from 5 hours away. Stayed first night fine went to check in 2nd night and they had given my room away. Slept in a car all night due to no hotel rooms available. Terrible way to treat a family in distress over tbeir mother in the hospital.

It says that it is open 24/7 but the night window which says 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. ring bell for service was a lie there was nobody on shipped when I locked myself out of my room without a coat and shoes in 20° weather out 1:00 in the morning I had to wait outside with my pregnant friend until 6:00 when staff finally arrived, I didn't even get an apology I had mentioned compensation for free night and she ignored me until after check out the next day I asked her to talk to a manager about it so they compd me one free night. I believe we should have got a free night for every hour we were stuck outside getting frostbite.

The check-in process was horrendous! I was 8th in line and we stood and watched multiple people get assigned rooms already assigned to guests. Those guests showed back up in the office indicating there was already stuff in the rooms!!!! This is a HUGE SECURITY ISSUE for me!!! When we finally got to our room, we had no towels!! The ONLY reason we ever stay here is convenient parking and access to Griz games, otherwise…DON’T DO IT!

The staff was amazing and very professional. Enjoyed the excellent customer service I received from Roxanne and Robert they both work the front desk. I highly recommend this Motel 6 for anyone who is visiting Missoula Montana. The people who work at this location are extremely friendly, helpful, clean and professional. I want to say thank you to Roxanne, Robert and the rest of the staff for an amazing experience.

I had originally booked through Expedia and when I arrived they said they were full and had no room for me- I did have the confirmation number and correct date just there had been an error saying there was availability when in fact there wasn’t. The staff there were not from that property but were there to try to make some changes and improve the property. They were more than accommodating and managed to find a room that was not going to be used that night. I appreciated all of the effort however the room was not clean - fake eye lash and glue on the floor, bottle caps and garbage - obviously not cleaned - the bedding looked clean and was made up however the room did not get finished by housekeeping. The bathroom door had holes on both sides (like it had been kicked in) one towel and no toiletries. It was already a pricey stay and most hotels were full so we stayed but would not recommend until the property gets an overhaul.

No communication with staff, terrible service, room could be in better condition. No phone in room, and the morning of departure i called to ask for a late checkout. Lady said it was ok and i could stay until 12 but housekeeper came to room at 11 and told me to leave she was very rude when i tried explaining i already called for late check out, she brought the lady i spoke to earlier and she told me i had to leave right away.

I made my reservation through Expedia. While on the ride I got a notice that my card was charged by the hotel when I wasn’t even there. When I got to the Hotel they didn’t have my reservation, even though they charged my Credit Card. I spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to get it straightened out. It wasn’t resolved. The hotel just charged me again but gave me a discount. They said I would be refunded the other charge. I spent more time on the phone trying to get the refund. Two days later still no refund. I called Motel 6 again and they said they would refund me the discounted charge in 48hrs. So not only did they make me waste hours of my time, Motel 6 took back the discount they gave me for their error. Terrible customer service and accountability. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again

I didn’t stay here. I booked this and paid for it for my brother to attend my son‘s graduation. The Location was wonderful for that. He got to avoid parking and rode his skateboard to the college. There was food and walkable stores. It was easy checking in.

Probably the biggest motel 6 room I’ve ever gotten! And I have stayed in more than I can count all over the country. Close to downtown Missoula and the university, easy short walk to the river. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, nicely put together. Everything we could need was provided. The only thing was the broken mirror but i was assured that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a replacement. There was a cute little restaurant in the same parking lot so that was convenient.

There were no hand cloths in the bathroom, though there were bath and hand towels. Other motel chains provide shampoo and conditioner, but not so with this property. Literally walked across the street and up 1/2 a block to a great little Pub and breakfast (although waitress was over whelmed) was good! Enjoyed being able to stay in on place for a couple of nights and not have to pack up the bikes for our day trips.
