The Gymnasium is in poor condition

Initially I was disappointed when I first arrived at the hotel, it looked to be in poor condition. I had booked for a week and gradually got to like the place a bit more. It is dated, the room had one plastic chair for use inside and balcony. Staff in general were good, parking valets were wonderful. Free undercover parking for motorcycles. Well positioned to access LK and Tree Town, which is it's main selling point.

I was reasonably happy staying here but must point out the the gym is outdated and run down.

Room was good, big and bright. Bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Tried changing them but they were all the same. Breakfast dishes were always cold, eggs cold etc. also limited choices and repetitive. Internet was good at times but then intermittent. Maintenance jobs meant noise around pool. Pool could have been cleaned more often. Staff were lovely😁

The room was a good size and the cleaning staff were excellent. Room serviced every day and 2 bottles of water were complimentary. The 3 pools were also excellent and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

An excellent stay here. Large very clean room. 2 pools. There is a 3rd pool, but its been closed a long time for maintenance. The staff make the hotel. So friendly. Superb training. Always a welcome smile. So helpful. Would definately stay again. Quiet rooms, very little noise. Hotel sits back from the main street, so very quiet. 1 minute walk are you have all the bars etc.

Hotellet trenger en betydelig renovering. Mye slitasje. Harde madrasser, og lite komfort. Flere fliser i basseng er spruket og med skarpe kanter. Treningsrom en vits. Personalet lite tiltak når det påpekes feil. Eneste som er bra er beliggenhet dersom man ønsker nærhet til natteliv etc.

It was a bit old, and the deepest swimming pool and the gym were unavailable when I was visiting. Otherwise, everything was great especially the people at the reception were very friendly.

Second time here. TV still bad, but WI-FI is up to date. A plus this time was the outdated breakfast. Renovation of the hotel was going on when I was there so the standard will be even better.

Bra hotell med flera pooler. Det finns få solstolar och tyvärr så kan två av poolerna behöva lite upprustning (ena av de två är under renovering vilket är bra) trevlig personal och rent och snyggt. Dåligt vattentryck på rummet, får ej att tvätta håret. Frukosten kostade 150 baht per person men va begränsad i utbud så ingen hit, omeletten som gjordes på beställning va däremot väldigt god! Generellt nöjd men vissa förbättringar kan göras för en bättre upplevelse

The cleaner keep asking for tip then never done my room properly i had to ask for stuff ...

Great Hotel, friendly staff, and the rooms are cleaned everyday.

Dårlig renhold på rommet. Og ingen stoler eller noe å sitte på i rommet kun en stor seng.

The room was nice and clean and very well made up each day of my stay. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning and there was sufficient variety although not extensive. Only one minor issue was it was difficult to adjust the shower to the required temperature

Our room was dirty.And room’s window was broken.The swimmingpool was dirty. The beds were uncomfertable. The staffs are smiling and sympathetic.

The location was really good not too far from soi bukeo and plenty of bars and nightlife but you don’t hear any noise because of the hotel location and the staff where really helpful and friendly and polite but on the downside on arrival in the room and unpacking my suitcase the only storage for clothes where shelves and when I ran my hands over the shelves they were caked in dust and the rooms are old and outdated but I still can’t accept dust it’s as if they only clean the floors plenty of hot water for showers it’s a shame because apart from the maid service it’s a good hotel

Room is clean, services ok, wifi internet connection is a joke

Es war alles bestens, bis auf den Verkehrslärm. Hätte mein Zimmer Schallschutzfenster gehabt,würde ich sogar 5Sterne geben. Bei dem ständigen Lärm konnte ich nicht schlafen.

rooms in building #1 is noisy, arrived early trying to check in before 2pm but front desk staff refused to check me in until 2pm I asked front desk doing the paper work first and assign room after 2pm they refused and told me to line up after 2pm.

The staff at reception, particularly Kuhn Juun, could not have been more professional or helpful. A restful stay at a good hotel near the centre of town.

Unreliable staff , looks like manager, she is the only one wearing different uniform and not flexible too Very stubborn

We stay at vogue hotel regular , when in pataya , friendly staff , cleaners work very good and to however you like them too , overall an excellent place to stay , most likely see you in December.

20日から27日まで滞在したのですが、受付にいてる男性の態度に大いに不満を感じると同時に不快感があり、このホテルには二度と宿泊しないし知人にも勧めません。 ある件でクレームを伝えるとこちらの話を途中で遮り 『こちらの話を聞け！』と上からの喋り方でこちらが黙ると自分自身の的を外れたコメントをしましました。 まず、こちらのコメントちゃんと聞き、理解した上で、 ホテルとしてのコメントをすべきであり、その対応の仕方におおいに不満を感じます。 この男性受付は夕方に白人宿泊客とももめていました。 マネージャの指導もしっかりお願いしたいです。 他の男性を含め従業員ハホテルの従業員として、普通です。 一人の為にホテルのイメージが下がってしまうのは残念なことと思います。

I went for one night with family. Hotel is ok for a short stay. Unfortunately we experienced very bad service from the staff. They charge us 1000,- bht in deposit which is fine. When we want to check out they go through our room for 10 mins to see if anything broken or missing. Fair enough no problem. They the come back with a remote control who is slightly gaping in one side and accused us of breaking it. Wanted to charge us 500,- bht for the damage. I used the tv only shortly before go to sleep. Never dropped it or otherwise did anything that could damage it. I suspect this of being a scam. I wonder how many guests has to pay for 'broken' remote controls and other small 'broken' things you got no chance of noticing upon arrival. If you choose to stay in this hotel I suggest you check everything is in perfect working condition upon entering your room. Take pictures as well. In the end we got our full deposit refunded but only because my Wife (Thai) was being very insisting. I suspect foreigners won't be as fortunate. The staff should follow the example of the Parking valet. I give this guy 5 stars for his excellent service

Second holiday at the Vouge. First time I stayed in King room, it was fabulous. This time I tried the mini suite, even better. Great location, close to dining, shopping and Entertainment. Breakfast has both western and eastern options. The staff here are probably the most friendly team in Pattaya. Bellman, front desk staff, housekeepers, common space cleaners, cafe severs and bartenders, breakfast buffet attendants, egg station lady, security guard in parking lot are true business professionals. Thank you Vouge for a great stay. See ya’ll again.

This is my second time staying in Vogue this year. As always, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient/busy area, but yet the room is very quiet. I hardly hearing any noise from the street. Definitely recommend this hotel. Will for sure stay in this hotel next time I come to Pattaya

Nice clean room , well serviced . Good location for LK Metro . Only downsize was the smell of sewage drains around the pool area .

Stayed in Vogues for a week, it is a very nice and quiet hotel, but yet, every entertainment is within walking distance. Highly recommend. Will stay there again on my next trip.

2nd time I stay here. Great location, walkable to the beach and many stores. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Can’t beat it for the price.

Great location. Rooms are in pretty good condition although a refresh wouldn't hurt. Staff are fantastic. Great choice for a base in the Soi Bukhao/Treetown/Soi Chaiyapoon ares. Great dining options in Soi Lengkee. Very happy and will return

The Vogue is close to all the nightlife of Central Pattaya and it only takes a few minutes of walking to reach Soi Buakhao, Treetown and 2nd or 3rd roads and yet is mostly unaffected by the late night noise from the same areas Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, with most speaking English well. My room was an excellent size with a large double bed (which is very firm - in the Thai style of things). It was clean and serviced daily. Bathroom was excellent in appointment but there was a noticeable smell initially on checking in. Its common in Pattaya and a symptom of the wastewater/sewerage system. I think it related to the grey water sump which had dried out after not being used for a few days. After a day of showers and use there was no smell noticeable. It wasnt unpleasant....just noticeable. The venue has two pools and a small gym area which were well patronised. There is an onsite breakfast facility which I did not use as there are many local alternatives close nearby. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my 5 day stay there, and I will indeed stay there again in the future. My thanks again to the Reception staff who were terrific and the Block 1 Level 6 Room Service Attendant who was excellent in his attention to small details for making my stay very enjoyable. No hesitation in recommending

Nyrenoverat och fräsch hotell. Mycket hjälpsamma och duktiga i receptionen. Restaurangen var dåligt, frukost utan bacon, ost mm... inte värt att boka. Kolla dina räkningar från Restaurangen, det brukar vara fel. Städningen funkade men inte mer. Bra 3 stjärnigt hotell i ett sämre område i pattaya

Basic breakfast but good enough . WiFi was a little patchy at times but they reset the router and all OK . I stayed for 1 week and have stayed 4 times before . Would recommend .

Everything was so good.the food there was amazing. The dinners so yumny..4 chang beeers 300 baht .plus i had 499 4 courses..and choc sundae wow

Great hotel staff great food in restaurant sublime. Very cheap for what you get
