Poor check in which link took ages. A storm in the village resulted in no power, water or WiFi for several days & swimming pool out of bounds for 5 days. We understand the hotel had no control over the storm but they did not keep us informed over developments.

Had reasonable expectations for this place knowing it wasn’t going to be a high tier stay. We did appreciate the location and view. Parking is scarce on the island and the lot for the hotel was about. 5-7 min walk uphill. The shower in our room did not drain properly and although we told them 3 times they did not resolve it. They came to plunge it once and said it was ready but was not improved in the slightest. Another front desk worker explained it was hair plugging the drain and they would take care of it but did not. We were only there two nights but it was frustrating that they didn’t offer any compensation or to move us to another room. The restaurant attached to the hotel was subpar service. We had a reservation for 1800 and sat at the table for 30 minutes before anyone came over. They were very slow and we had to flag them down many times to order etc. The breakfast was simple but good. One day there was no staff service for breakfast so if we needed anything no one was to be found. The town was not overrun or crowded during our June trip. I would not stay here again but it worked for our short stay.

This was one of the coolest places my wife and I have ever stayed. First and foremost, the view - It was nothing less than spectacular. Up high on the mountainside looking west over the Balearic Sea, it was mesmerizing especially at sunset. The on-site restaurant and bar serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All three meals were excellent, and they make fresh cakes every day! The rooms were simple with no AC or TV but the cool breeze at night and the much-needed quiet were a blessing. The pool area is straight out of a movie set with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, shade or sun, and delicious grapes growing right above us on the vines. I would highly recommend this spot.
