Great location, loved the chairs to be used to get into and out of the pool and hot tub. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Be sure to eat at Dollies pub. Great food at a great price.

The pool was out of service for a couples of days for maintenance. When I arrived they told me about it. I just think it would have been better to tell the guest through email ahead of time to make necessary change. Also if no air conditioner than have more stand fans because fans on ceiling didn’t work well even if put on high just spun on slow…

Wow the property exceeds my expectations! Excellent location, 5 min walk to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony and main room, nice kitchen. The pool is awesome and super clean. We have a great time!

There is no air conditioning. We were on the top floor. Did not like the check in process, seeing how most people arrive to Hawaii on later afternoon flights and so the office was closed. The area its located in is busy and noisy. No beach access and pool is tiny.

Nice facility. Pool was clean. Hot tub was hot. Great view from our balcony. Everything needed was provided.

Great place only problem is no AC and that is hard when u just took a shower and you feel like u need another one as soon as you get out they also should hav bug spray lots of ants and bugs other thing the pool was down for three days they had us go to a sister place twenty min walk away also the fridge and dishwasher are getting rusty the main issue was the no ac but great view and great price won’t be coming back to Maui but glad I did come and visit at least once

We LOVED Hono Koa! So much so we didn’t want to leave. We are a family of five and two bedroom and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. We loved having a kitchen and bbqs and we cooked at the condo most nights making the trip much more affordable. We loved the pool and the grass area where we watched the sunset every night! We loved our neighbors and had an AMAZING TRIP!

The location was an hour away from the airport. However the drive was scenic and quiet. Some traffic depending on time and day of the week. The location was clean. The pool was small and had enough seating and resting benches. The view to the ocean was beautiful. No beach. We used the Gas bbq twice. It was clean and easy to use.

This was a great condo for our family of four. Very nice kitchen and dinning room and two bathrooms for the four of us. The pool and hot tub were nice and the lounge chairs has shade. We would stay here again. Location is excellent. Close to some beautiful swim and snorkel beaches.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Every morning we saw them cleaning the pool, hot tub and grills. They cleaned rooms after checkout and offer a complimentary stay at their nearby sister location for late flights like ours. If given the opportunity I would stay here again!

We came in prior 4pm (already at 1pm), and had to wait because the room wasn't ready. At 3pm I was asking again about approximately the time we could get it. She checked and soon after said we could go in. The room was so dirty, the kitchen sinks full of dirty standing undrained water, so I told her. She said" you wanted to get in earlier", and I replied" But not to such a room", and wanted to show her the picture about the water in the sinks, and she only replied "Don't need to see that. I know about the issue". We left, came back later, and they fixed the sink but that was a disgusting start, and ruined the whole mood. Dealing with ants the entire stay wasn't great either. 4th of July, we rushed to the room because my 14 year old daughter wanted to change to make some pictures of the sunset to share with her friends (they all had a group chat and wanted to share a picture of the sunset of 4th of July). We couldn't get into the room!! They had a system error, and no one was at the front desk anymore. Had to call someone in, but at the time he came, the sun was down. So we missed it (and dealt with some tears of a broken heart teenage girl). No apologies, or any attempts to understand that was an inconvenience. There is also no room service. Coffee, towels, soaps, trash bags, dishwasher pacs,....only one time; so if you stay longer like we did (7 days), you have to buy those things, and wash your beach/pool and bathroom towels yourself. The view was great though!

The worse experience ever! Don’t stay here! The rooms are infested with cockroaches! And Expedia didn’t do anything to help!

Wonderful and way beyond expectations. We read some negative reviews about this property and don't know what to expect. But we were blown away when we checked. in. The unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full size kitchen with oven, cooktop and dishwasher and everything works as it should be.. The unit is squeaky clean and all appliances and furniture look new. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. And the host provides a large tub of eco friendly laundry detergent. The inner bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean and the island in the backdrop. You can hear the wave crashing on shore and walk out of the unit onto the public patio to enjoy the amazing view. We sat on the patio watching whales from morning to sunset. The outside of the property is well maintained and we saw pool guy every morning and gardening crew trimming and cleaning. We pass by neighboring units and every one looks nice and clean. We seriously wonder where the negative reviews come from. We walked to the small park and beach down the road, the farmer's market, and the food trucks and grocery stores. We totally enjoyed our 3 nights stay and would highly recommend.

This is not a resort or personally owned condos. Great for a stay on a budget, or quick business trip. Condo is large, clean, 2 large bathrooms, washer/dryer, cups, plates, bowls, silverware and coffee pot.bare essentials. No extras like games, spices, dice, pens beach chairs. 2 fans-there is no AC. The pool is almost always vacant and it's clean. There are no pretty flowers or grass in the pathways, just dirt areas with some palm trees. Personally, I missed being on a property with flowers and maintained garden areas. The furniture and pool chairs are very well used and some need to be replaced but they work. There is no beach. You can't walk down the walkway to the beach, because you would have to trespass and hope some rocks/ walls. It about a 15 minute walk to a beach. (By Dukes) The pool furniture was very worn down and makes the resort look run down. This would be such a quick update that would really help. I saw a huge cockroach and one little one. The big one was larger than a silver dollar with long antennas. I stayed there 8 days so not too bad. We stayed with 4 adults. We had a car so it was fine. Second bedroom only has 2 twin beds.

Very clean apartment which was well stocked with towels, plates, utensils etc… They even supplied washing powder for the washing machine. It is an ocean front property with a nice pool. Only downside was no ac but if you open the screen door and windows, there is a nice ocean breeze. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

The property was great, but the elevator smelled like dead rat, I literally held my breath each time we rode in elevator. Also the client in my unit that held the trash also smelled like a dead animal

Fantastic! We had an ocean view roo. And slept with the sliders open every night tonkisten to the ocean all night. Very relqxing place to stay. We sat out every morning and night and watxhed the waves or sunset. Rooms are nice. Show some wear and tear as you would expect. We cooked breakfast every morning and used the pans provided. It was nice the property provided such things though you can tell they have been used for some time. Will stay again.

We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again.

Gorgeous view, right on the ocean (no beach access)! Large lanai to relax and enjoy the waves, view of Molokai., overlooking pool/hot tub. Master with en suite just off lanai, very nice size. 2nd bedroom opposite side of unit, with 2 beds, en suite. This had only window on walkway in front of unit. Galley style kitchen well equiped. Dining area comfortable size. Walkable to grocery store.

We went during spring break in April, maybe summer time would be more uncomfortable without the AC. We could see turtles in the water right from the condo’s windows and balcony. Over all, it was spacious and lovely.

Convenient and nice location.Back room needs better fans. Microwave didn’t work. Loved sitting on the lanai looking at another island

The receptionist Donna was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with our own gate access to the pool. The room was newly renovated and furnished with everything!! It was the best choice for my family of six!!

It’s was a very plaiseant stay. Except for the sofa bed, not really comfortable.

The unit was newly remodeled. Everything was new and clean. It would be perfect if it has ac. Not much breeze on the ground floor unit, it was a little uncomfortable without ac even in late October.

The room was a good size for the 6 of us. It was really nice to have a kitchen and a beautiful view. The room has plenty of windows, balcony doors, and fans but I’m an ac kinda person. Not having AC was a bummer for me!

The kind staff made you feel at home. We asked for suggestions and they kindly gave you “local” spots that were amazing!! Will definitely be staying there on our next trip.

This property was amazing. Most beautiful views right from the balcony. Positioned perfectly to receive tradewinds through the building keeping it wonderfully breezy. We cone from colder ckimate than Hawaii and thought we needed air conditioning. The winds kept the place cool to sleep at night. Never experienced a check in process like this one. It was so efficient I think all places should incorporate the process. We picked up a phone someone answered on the other end and gave us instructions for receiving our keys from a lockbox. You can tell this property has put time and effort into its upgrades. It is beautiful. Thank you for having us.

Property was very spacious and a great location with lots of walkable places to shop at and dine. Office staff was very appreciative to have us and knowledgeable about area and things to do. Very welcoming.

Property was good comfortable and close to Kapalua and Ka’anapali.It’s right on the ocean and short walk to the pool and ocean views.The only negative was the pool was cold in January.

A Perfect Family Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent amenities that made our stay truly memorable. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled right between the beautiful Kaanapali and Napali Bay. This made it easy for us to explore the stunning beaches and local attractions without any hassle. There is a food truck park with several vendors very close to the hotel making dining options very convenient. Amenities: The hotel is exceptionally kid-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. We appreciated the full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms had a delightful cool breeze, making the atmosphere very pleasant and relaxing. Facilities: Parking was a breeze with convenient spots available, and the elevator made it easy to move our luggage. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the picnic tables right by the ocean, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway with great amenities and a prime location. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time here. As a family of six, we fit very comfortably. Our room had a beautiful ocean view. This condo had everything we needed: a great kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for a Hawaiian-style condo/hotel, this is it.
