Husband and I stayed one night everything was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy check in and check out, nice pool and exercise area. I would definitely stay again!

The property is basically a construction zone. Sheetrock in the hallwsys, people working on the rooms all night. The hot tub not in service first night Bathroom in pool area out of order. The staff was super nice, but the facility itself was not great .

Everything was great at Comfort Suites except if you need ADA stuff to work. The pool area had none of the chair lifts at the pool working, the shower area at the pool was capped off and the spa had the chemical or something not right made my wife and I both itched for hours after getting out. Anf that was after a shower.

The room was not clean and smelled funny. The fridge had a funkie odor as well. The a/c unit had mold on vents. The carpet was stained and not vacuumed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and had dips in them. It was very noisy and did not get very good sleep. The breakfast was not very good. Don’t plan on ever staying at this location again.

I got to my room kinda late from work and was ready to shower and relax. I get in the room the room was dirty still , hasn’t been vacuumed , someone else’s remains were in the toilet, someone’s fruit cup was still left in the fridge , the sheets looked like they were just made from the previous stay without changing them. Not very happy about this stay.

We stayed in the Double Queen Suite room 125. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was hot and the shower head was high up on the wall so tall people have no problem standing underneath. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the eggs was definitely over cooked. I like the convenience of all the food and shops close by. For the most part the room was very quiet up until people decided to utilize the pool. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls as if they were in the same room as us. Pool hours are from 9am-9pm daily so unfortunately we had to endure extremely loud music and kids screaming non-stop the last night and last morning we were there. Aside from this annoyance of not being able to get a decent nights sleep before we had to drive back 6 hours home, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning didn’t work had to switch rooms at 11:30 and that room wasn’t cool took a while for it to cool down. The rooms were okay but could have been cleaner. Looked like they rushed through and not cleaned thouroughly

The rooms are huge and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast choices were very good. There was plenty of parking close by and it was in a great neighborhood. We felt very safe there. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in room 308 and it was clean and very nicely decorated. We climbed into bed that night and the king size bed sunk in and was very noisy. We tried to lay very still as to not wake each other up it was so loud and very uncomfortable. Other than bed the stay was pleasant.

1. The key card failed to work, requiring me to make several trips to the front desk. 2. Then, I had to return to the front desk for toilet paper. There wasn’t even a partial or empty roll available. 3. The same group of young boys were wondering up and down the hallways, even after midnight. 4. There was one room that emanated a pot smell from the room as I walked to the exit at one end of the building.

Most of the staff was awesome. The woman who checked us in though would not give us information about family members. We had 5 rooms of family members attending a funeral and she refused to tell us weather or not they'd checked in. She also had a hard time with the computer to check us in.

The property and staff were fine. The area was run down and appeared unsafe with Homeless people walking around. Also I usually stay at Hilton and Hampton Inn, both of them give complementary water at check-in and in your room but at comfort suites they charge you $2.70 for a bottle of water. This is a bit offputting and seems to be a nickel and dime policy.

We always stay or have family or friends who come from out of town stay here. We love it and they love it. No complaints from us ! Its a nice area of Greenville so everyone is safe and lots of places to eat near by!! Staff are great amd the hotel has always been clean !!

The beds were absolutely terrible, hard as a rock, dipped on one side in the first room then they moved us. No better. Creaked so loud I thought 1984 was calling to get their beds back. I wish I could say I was joking. Breakfast waskt good and coffee was terrible. The staff were really nice but there wasn't anything they could do for us
