Logement aurait besoin d être rénové…lors de la remise des clés on nous a indiqué que la taxe chien était à 59€ et non 39€, erreur de Hotel.com qui n aurait pas modifié depuis 3 ans ! Pour la taxe locale, la résidence retient un pourcentage proportionnel au coût de la location et pas un forfait journalier ! Donc double mauvaise surprise ! Le gros point positif est l accueil, la personne étant charmante !
