Kalisperis Hotel

Hotel was very clean! They were always cleaning the inside and the outside premises. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. Great big pool with plenty of lounge chairs.

Little Cute shop for bits 1min down Rd On Right, Fresh Milk too Bonus. GR8 Greek Basic Eatery 2 mins down Rd on Left. Found my Hacen when travelling to & from the Islands.. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kalisperis hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a fridge and kettle provided. The bathroom was large with a double sink, shampoo and body wash were supplied along with a hairdryer. The king sized bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. The hotel is located on a busy street but the blackout curtains kept it quiet in the room. Breakfast was served buffet style by a sitting area off the hotel lobby and was delicious. It was listed as a continental breakfast but hot breakfast items were also included in the buffet. The hotel was clean, excellent value for the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t get an opportunity to use the pool but it was new, clean and had plenty of seating. It was a short (15 minute) walk down the hill to get the bus to Fira, but the area was very safe to walk in and we were given detailed directions and a map at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutarti con qualsiasi richiesta oltre che fornirti tutte le informazioni sull’isola. Un’altra nota positiva è stata la pulizia,a dir poco eccellente! La colazione buona con del delizioso yogurt greco. La struttura si trova in un punto strategico per girare l’isola in quanto si trova a metà strada tra tutte le principali attrazioni. Bellissima piscina ben curata.

This hotel was a nice place to stay in Santorini. The hotel was a lot nicer than depicted in the pictures. The rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel offered breakfast for their guests, and has a lot of sitting space inside and out. The pool was not heated but the outdoor space was very clean and nice. Our only complaint was the communication with the staff and the location of the hotel. The hotel is not close to the main city of Fira. The closest bus stop is about a 15 min walk from the hotel and the bus stop is not labeled so the bus will leave you- we had to learn the hard way. The AC did not work for most of our stay. We continues to inquire about function of our AC and didn't experience the AC working properly until out last day there. The staff was very informed however we felt they misinformed visitors of what to see on the island. We spent a morning getting informed about how we should go to the Red beach and how to get there. Upon our arrival we were extremely disappointed with how mislead we were and ultimately lead to a predatory tourist spot. We were told the Red Beach is illegal to swim in, it was not even RED, and the boat taxi was a 15 euro ride to the white beach (which is only accessible by a boat taxi) took us to a desolate landing strip that again was NOT white and was not even a real beach. The "beach" had absolutely no sign of beach life, there was not even a BATHROOM. We came back to the hotel beyond exhausted and disappointed.

Fantastisk Super service. Mye støy og støv pga sterkt traffikert vei rett forbi hotellet. Basseng området også endel støy fra vei. En må ut på tur for å spise. Dyr taxi uansett hvor en drar…hotellet ligger ikke maks bra til for å kunne gå å spise…. Må nesten ha dn form for trsp - ATV eller Scooter for å komme seg imellom.

Balcony also had high walls which felt sitting in a tomb. Road was just outside with heavy noise night and day, and during our 14 days stay we therefore didnt have one single night of good sleep. Noise from other rooms above were also very disturbing. We booked a doubleroom but only got economy room, after we complained, and were first given a horrible room with moldy and worn out bathroom when we arrived. Description of doubleroom was «garden view» when we booked, but was later removed after we arrived and complained. There is no garden in this hotel either side, and most rooms are facing the heavy trafficated street directly outside the room. We were offered 3 other rooms, but none were according to the standard described in photos and text for what we booked, and ended up with a cheaper economy room facing directly the street. Included breakfast was so poor that we bought and prepared our own from the supermarket the entire stay. We have been spending our holidays at Santorini since 1989, and this was the worst hotel so far. Not recomended.

Je suis profondément déçu par mon récent séjour dans votre établissement. Les photos sur votre site internet sont trompeuses et ne reflètent en aucun cas la réalité. La chambre était mal entretenue , des trous dans les murs , les prises téléphoniques mal installer, des fissures dans la salle de bain , un miroir sale et cassé… Les photos le prouve …. La literie était toute de même confortable. Sofia été la seule accueillante, le reste et surtout le Directeur était d’une insolence , d’une arrogance , indifférent à nos besoins et peu réactif. Pour couronner le tout, le bruit incessant provenant des autres chambres « ébats s***** » (ce n’était plus un hôtel mais plutôt un Motel …) étaient insupportables. Je m'attendais à un séjour relaxant, mais ce fut tout le contraire. Je ne recommanderai certainement pas votre hôtel à quiconque et je vous conseille vivement de revoir vos standards de qualité et de service.

Chambre située le long de la route et très bruyant l hôtel est parfait chambre bien agréable très était déjeuner très bien mais la chambre a 3 mètres du bord de la route il faut être fatigué pour trouver le sommeil

Lovely overnight stay,before catching ferry next morning. Lovely modern standard room with very comfy beds, but lacks space at bedside for personal stuff and hanging space limited for clothes.This is okay for a night or two but not a longer stay. No where to hang trousers or long dresses. Breakfast buffet was really good choice, hot and cold food. Best breakfast of the holiday 😋

Kristina (Reception) and Micheal (the Boss) were fantastic and so accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay again as rooms were spacious and ours, room 311 had a big balcony. Nice local restaurants or if you feel adventurous hire a quad, car or go on a trip, they will sort all this for you. Family run hotel with great vibe and great breakfast. We highly recommend

Albergo con camera non grande ma di dimensioni normali dotata di bollitore elettrico, Tv, aria condizionata, frigo e cassaforte;carino il bagno dotato di bagno schiuma e shampoo incluso asciugacapelli. Il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile ha organizzato il transfer dall’aeroporto (circa10minuti) eur 20. Ti fornisce tutte le informazioni su Santorini e sui dintorni dell’hotel. Super Colazione continentale con “maggiorazione” disponibili formaggio, prosciutto e uova sode, ottimo yogurt e miele. Piscina pulita che offre un buon relax. A pochi minuti a piedi ristoranti e supermercato Che dire….. consigliatissimo e a prezzi accessibili. Grazieeeeee

O quarto é muito bom, confortável e limpo. Banheiro grande! Funcionários muito solícitos! O hotel fica em Mesaria, uma região central da ilha de Santorini, porém é necessário carro ou transporte público para visitar as áreas turísticas de Santorini. Fica a cerca de 10 minutos de carro de Fira, e 8 minutos de carro do aeroporto.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff arranged for us to be picked up at 03:30 am, and let us check in the next morning :) Great service. The staff had great knowledge of activities suited for us, and we rented quad-bikes wich was perfect for us to see the entire island. We where also surprised with complimentary wine one evening by the lovely staff :D On our last day we checked out at 11 am, and because our plane didnt leave until 4 am, they let us store our things and stay by the pool after check out until closing. All in all, we had a great time! PSA: If you happen to be a runner, Strava has great rutes from this area (7-10km)

Highly recommended, excellent hosts and owners. They gave us the best welcome, María and Barbara explained to us in detail what to do on the island and helped us by contacting a company to rent a scooter. During the stay they always gave us a smile and a kind gesture. We requested transportation to the airport and Michael will take us for free, very grateful.

Séjour de 5 jours fantastique. Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, avons directement été pris en charge par l’hôtesse qui s’est fait un plaisir de nous expliquer les recoins à visiter et activités à effectuer. Elle nous a même donné un plan de l’île avec plein d’indications utiles. Le petit-déjeuner est correct avec une plage horaire convenable. Nous sommes passé par l’hôtel pour réserver une excursion en bateau avec coucher de soleil. Rien à dire, ce fût simple et nous avons été pris en charge à l’hôtel avec une navette. Nous avons même été surpris d’avoir une bouteille de vin offerte lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre l’un des soirs.

Bien situé, le logement ainsi que les espaces communs comme la piscine sont tres jolis. Le petit dejeuner est correct et varié. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Le seule petit bemol est la situation, près d'une route avec pas mal de passage. Bon rapport qualite prix.

Location is unconvinient (you need to walk 10min, wait the bus and do 15 min ride to Fira). Hotel on a main road with some noise. People are very kind and helpfull, they give us a lot of usefull information. From the Ferry port you need to take a taxi (30euros).

Hotel localizado no centro da ilha, o que facilita chegar em todas as cidades se estiver de carro. Ótima piscina, quarto confortável e espaçoso. Voltaria sem dúvida

It was a short (15 minute) walk down the hill to get the bus to Fira, but the area was very safe to walk in and we were given detailed directions and a map at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely overnight stay,before catching ferry next morning. Lovely modern standard room with very comfy beds, but lacks space at bedside for personal stuff and hanging space limited for clothes.This is okay for a night or two but not a longer stay. No where to hang trousers or long dresses. Breakfast buffet was really good choice, hot and cold food. Best breakfast of the holiday 😋

Buen hotel, buena ubicación, el personal muy atento y amable. La habitación un encanto y con todo a tu disponibilidad. El desayuno que ofrecen con variedad y delicioso. Lo único que no me ha gustado del hotel es que en las habitaciones no hay persianas y nos entraba algo de luz. Y lo segundo que el hotel está justo en una curva en la carretera, no se oye nada de ruido, pero tienes que ir con cuidado al cruzar la carretera. En general nos ha encantado el hotel y sin duda lo recomiendo.

Deuxième séjour dans cette hôtel, et toujours aussi contente. Un personnel formidable! Des chambres propres et spacieuses. Petit déjeuner très agréable. Des rénovations ont été faites autour de la piscine (très jolie). Petit inconvénient nous nous sommes rendu compte que la fenêtre de la salle de bain donné sur le balcon d’une autre chambre. Sinon le séjours c’est très bien déroulée ! Encore merci de votre accueil et votre gentillesse !

This hotel is not what you see in the pictures. Pictures are old and does not represent the current standard. Rooms are old and worn out. Balcony and jacuzzi have old and dirty paint. Balcony also had high walls which felt sitting in a tomb. Road was just outside with heavy noise night and day, and during our 14 days stay we therefore didnt have one single night of good sleep. Noise from other rooms above were also very disturbing. We booked a doubleroom but only got economy room, after we complained, and were first given a horrible room with moldy and worn out bathroom when we arrived. Description of doubleroom was «garden view» when we booked, but was later removed after we arrived and complained. There is no garden in this hotel either side, and most rooms are facing the heavy trafficated street directly outside the room. We were offered 3 other rooms, but none were according to the standard described in photos and text for what we booked, and ended up with a cheaper economy room facing directly the street. Included breakfast was so poor that we bought and prepared our own from the supermarket the entire stay. We have been spending our holidays at Santorini since 1989, and this was the worst hotel so far. Not recomended.
