Room was comfortable but the pillows were overly floppy, and walls very thin (could hear our neighbours very clearly!). Breakfast was good, but dinner was average. Driest chicken I've ever eaten!

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay.
