Uns hat das Hotel gefallen. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Nähe vom KaDeWe und des Tiergartens. Bus und Bahn halten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Parkhaus. Leider funktioniert die Ladesäule für E-Autos nicht mit jeder Ladekarte (in unserem Fall DKV). Das Frühstück war gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Weekend stay to enjoy the Berlin Christmas markets with 2 almost grown children. Everything worked well - we got there early in the day, but hotel was flexible around letting us check into the rooms. Clean place, good breakfast, ok bar, easy access to public transport and nearby parking, ok gym, no minibar or safe in rooms - would absolutely stay again

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hotel. It offers great breakfast, attractive neighborhood, good parking garage (considering center city Berlin) and decent sized rooms. Unfortunately, the Internet connection was way too slow (seriously…), rooms don’t have fridges and the fitness center is just ok.

Fint hotel, med en overnatningspris på ca. 1.200 kr. for 2 Voksne og 1 Teenager. Lidt i den dyre ende. Voldsomt at betale 29 € pr. døgn for at parkere bilen i kælderen, og handicap-pladsen delte plads med cykelparkeringen, så fire cykler var ca. 20 cm. fra bilen. Ikke så fedt. Rimelig sløjt Wifi og streaming fra mobil til fjernsyn fungerende ikke. Til gengæld var det en fremragende morgenbuffet!

Den allerstørste skuffelse (ud af flere) ved dette hotel er, at de lover parkering og lader til elbil. En 11kWh lader, man kun må lade på i 3 timer kommer du ikke langt med, selvom ingen andre brugte den, de dage vi var på hotellet. Indtjekningen var utjekket, da der ingen parkeingsplads var til os, og vi blev i første omgang bedt om at parkere vores vil i et offentligt parkeringshus 300 meter væk og slæbe al vores bagage hele vejen. Så fik vi lov til at holde på siden af bygningen til næste morgen, men dette blev senere på dagen ændret, så vi igen måtte flytte bilen hen til et offentligt parkeringshus. Argumentet var hele tiden, at der kun er 14 parkeringspladser tilgængelige, hvilket er fair nok, men så lad være med at sælge dette hotel på blandt andet parkering - det er der reelt ikke. Det lykkedes dog at få en ledig plads næste morgen, men kun fordi vi spurgte efter det kl. 7 om morgenen. Sengene er uden topmadras, ikke særligt behageligt. Rengøringen mangelfuld, badeværelset var stadig beskidt efter såkaldt rengøring, brugt service blev ikke fjernet og/eller erstattet med rent. Personalet er ikke i nærheden af imødekommende, robotter, der ikke er til at trække et smil ud af. Værelset lå lige ud til togskinnerne, så der kom tog forbi omkring hvert 4. minut, hvilket var døgnet rundt. I forhold til Hampton by Hilton i Poznan i Polen var dette hotel en skuffende oplevelse.

As roupas de cama super limpas. As janelas possuem um sistema de bloqueio de ruídos. A arrumação do quarto excelente. O café da manhã muito bom. A academia é bem equipada e sempre muito limpa. Todos os que trabalham no hotel sempre foram educados e nos atenderam quando necessário.

Fijn hotel op een super locatie! Binnen een paar honderd meter zijn er verschillende voordelige ov mogelijkheden. Hotel is netjes. Kamers zijn stil. ook al liep er een spoorlijn langs de kamer daar hoorde je weinig van. Parkeren bij hotel noet goedkoop met 25 euro per dag maar de auto stond op een ruime beveiligde plek dus helemaal prima.

Frukosten ok, mycket att välja av. manlig front desk personal arrogant och inte vänlig och service minded som övriga kollegor. Städningen under all kritik, heltäckande mattan dammsögs inte als , lakanen byttes inte under mina 4 nätter? Det värsta var att dörren till mitt rum lämnades öppen. Ingen rolig överraskning , när alla inköpta Julklappsr mm fanns inne på rummet ! Kände mig ngt kluven ifall jag vill boka detta hotell nästa gång. Har bott här sedan 2018 och minst 2 x om året.

Das Zimmer war sauber gepflegt und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Frühstück war gut. Die Lage Nähe Ku'damm und zu S-Bahn ist auch super. Empfehlenswert.

Wir waren lediglich eine Nacht im Hotel aber es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen. Zimmer sauber, nettes Personal und wirklich gutes Frühstück. Das man bei geöffnetem Fenster die S-Bahn hört, weiß man vorher. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist nix zu hören.

Wir waren lediglich eine Nacht im Hotel aber es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen. Zimmer sauber, nettes Personal und wirklich gutes Frühstück. Das man bei geöffnetem Fenster die S-Bahn hört, weiß man vorher. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist nix zu hören.

Travelled as a family of four with two children 16 12. Great value hotel. The included breakfast was very good with lots of selection to cover all tastes- Lots of different juices, great coffee machine, cold meats, lots of different breads, cereal, hot food etc, and of course the waffle machines which we loved. If booking standard rooms as others have said they face directly onto the train, s-Baum line so you will hear trains. I asked for room higher in the building to minimise disruption and to be honest the train noise didn’t cause me to lose any sleep. Only couple of very minor negatives- no in room safe. Also one day our rooms weren’t cleaned, so I went to front desk and was told I agreed not to have our two rooms cleaned on that day as they don’t currently have enough staff to clean every room every day like many hotels in UK since Covid pandemic. I certainly hadn’t been told about lack of room service which was slightly disappointing and at no point had I agreed to not have rooms cleaned as no conversation ever took place around this. I was given what I needed for the room without issue and staff apologised which was fine. Just wish I had been told as they said the computer said I had upon check in. Overall great hotel close to all transport options to get around Berlin. Felt safe at night and given close to Zoo Garden lots of foods and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

Kaum Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung, lediglich ein Brett, darunter ist die Kleiderstange. Man muss bei zwei Personen aus dem Koffer leben, bei einem IBIS-Hotel für den halben Preis kein Problem, aber bei diesem Preisniveau nicht gerechtfertigt. Lärm von S- Bahnlinie trotz dreifach isolierter Fenster. Auch hat die nicht geschlossene Duschkabine gestört, IBIS-Niveau zum doppelten Preis Das Personal selbst ist freundlich.

Sehr gute Bleibe für die Erkundung vom Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig, lecker und gut versorgt. Kleine Minuspunkte: die S-Bahn fährt fast durch das Schlafzimmer und die WLan-Geschwindigkeit ist mit maximal 20 kB/s nicht mehr von dieser Zeit.

Sehr gute Bleibe für die Erkundung vom Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig, lecker und gut versorgt. Good option for a brief stay in Berlin. It is close enough to KuDam and c. 500m from the Zoo station. Comfortable, firm beds. Nice shower. No fridge in the room but receptionist was helpful to store some food for me in their little fridge. Good variety for breakfast but the coffee is from a machine dispensor. The only issue could be the train noise at night as the hotel is right next to the railway tracks. Although windows are fairly well insulated, still if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the side facing the road rather than looking towards the tracks as tge trains run all night.

Good option for a brief stay in Berlin. It is close enough to KuDam and c. 500m from the Zoo station. Comfortable, firm beds. Nice shower. No fridge in the room but receptionist was helpful to store some food for me in their little fridge. Good variety for breakfast but the coffee is from a machine dispensor. The only issue could be the train noise at night as the hotel is right next to the railway tracks. Although windows are fairly well insulated, still if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the side facing the road rather than looking towards the tracks as tge trains run all night.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in process, good water pressure in the room and a truly excellent breakfast. For us, the location wasn't the most interesting but it had good transport links and I would definitely stay here again.

Das Personal am Empfang war total unfreundlich und absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Es gab keinerlei Infos zu irgendwas und wenn wir danach gefragt haben, wurde uns genervt das Nötigste dazu erzählt. Die Lage des Hotels ist an sich perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Ku’damm bzw. an der nächsten U Bahn Station. Was zu bemerken ist, dass sich das Hotel direkt neben der U Bahn Strecke befindet und je nach dem in welchem Bereich des Hotels untergebracht ist, dies wirklich sehr unangenehm ist (sehr laut) wir hatten Glück hatten ein Zimmer abgewandt der Strecke.

Having stayed at other Hampton Hilton hotels I knew what to expect - a room with curtains that shut completely and a clean, modern, slight premium feel and a very good breakfast. With a comfortable sofa and a good range of TV channels, you can’t complain, it’s like a home away from home. The only improvement would be to put domes over the hot food in the breakfast hall so the scrambled eggs and such stay hot or warm.

Not very clean. Last guest in our room had put a dirty spoon under the towels. It fell out when we took the towels, so they were obviously not changed between guest. Shower was also quite dirty and with hair on the shower floor. Breakfast was ok, same everyday, not a good selection of bread, but fine. Hot food was very plain. The personell was very helpful though, and it was an okay stay all together.
