24-hr gym and swimming pool facility make it perfect for our family! The hotel is in city centre with easy access to different historical sites/ tourist spots in Chengdu. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, experience was really great!

I stayed for around ten nights and found it to be fabulous. Large and comfortable room, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant meals very good also. Nice gym facilities and relaxation room with massage chairs too. Pool looked beautiful but I didn't get round to using it! The hotel is linked to a large shopping complex and is about ten minutes walk to a subway station. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Pool is nice and clean, there is safety guard sit by whenever any guest come to swim. Washing machine and dryer are useful, especially for family travel. At center of the city, walking distance to many places. Taxi is easy to call using Didi. Staff is nice and helpful. So many street food, anywhere, and all of them are delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that they don't provide cool air con in winter and room can be very hot. Although the window can be open couple of inches and it does help to cool down a bit.

This property has the nicest beds for me. Just the right firmness and I was very well rested throughout my stay. The property has great facilities which is great for young families. Indoor heated pool, gym, table tennis, yoga room? pickleball court, 2 playgrounds (the indoor playground is completely childproof so you can be sure your little ones will be safe playing in there.) The property also has robots which can deliver goods straight to your doorstep. If you're not around, delivery riders can leave them at the reception or at lockers situated just outside the property. Room service is also impeccable. They provide bottled water daily upon request. And staff are friendly and generous with supplies. All in all, this place feels like home and I really enjoyed my stay here.

In general, the experience was excellent. Connects directly to a new shopping centre building, very close from 锦江宾馆 metro station, staffs were helpful, and facilities were nice. Only drawback was that the room had a noticeable sweaty odor, probably from previous guests. Also, a part of the wooden floor was quite squeaky, may need replacement.

Amazing value for money for a hotel with great facilities (indoor pool, gym, pickleball), awesome breakfast spread, good location and helpful staff. Female personnel at reception even helped us book SHUYANFU Dinner Show Ticket. When we had to leave at 5am on our check-out day, the hotel obliged and prepared packed breakfast including our request for coffee.

Avevamo già soggiornato in questo Hotel-residence. La prima volta c'era stata data una stanza molto grande e nuova. Questa volta la stanza era comoda ma c'era odore di umidità. Lo staff è super gentile e la colazione è abbondante e buona.

This hotel was rated as 5 stars but the it actually is not up to that standard. It allows people to cook that easily allows smells left in the room. The facilities are a bit outdated. Apart from this, the location is great and the staffs are friendly. It is still recommended as a 4 stars accommodation.

L’hotel est bien situé, le personnel est sympa. Le seul bémol est la température dans la chambre. Il fait vraiment très chaud même chaufage coupé et fenêtres ouvertes. Heureusement, le lit est excellent et l’hôtel silencieux

I am definitely staying here again if I'm in Chengu. This hotel is a hotel residence which means the room you get is similar to a condo unit. Our unit included a full kitchen with a fridge and enough kitchenware for you to cook a meal, a washer/ dryer for you to do your laundry which came in so handy because usually hotels charge you laundry fees per item; and had ample space. I loved the location of the hotel, it is within walking distance of the central shopping area. The staff were also so nice and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chengdu. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in this price range.

Overall happy with my stay - had fruits in the room which I appreciated. Convenient area with shopping and food options. Only negative thing for me personally is the washer/dryer in the room. Old machine that didn’t work well.

The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. This is our second time staying in the residence hotel, We were upgraded to Premium Deluxe Room. Room is nice and comfortable. The only drawback is the air-condition system is weak, air-con not cooling.

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with lots of storage areas for our clothes, luggage, etc. The bathroom was larger than most hotels, with a full bathtub/shower AND a separate shower stall and a large vanity. It had many amenities, like a fully functional kitchen with stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Having a washer/dryer in the room was very convenient for keeping up with our laundry. We were able to clean all our clothes before we checked out on the last day. The staff here were awesome! Every person we encountered was cheerful, respectful, and responded quickly to any requests we had. The hotel is located in the center of the city which makes it convenient for exploring the area restaurants and shopping centers on foot. It was super easy to get an Uber ride within minutes right at the front door of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable place to stay in Chengdu.

It is a residence style hotel and we got upgraded to the one bedroom suite which had a separate fully equipped kitchen (with a washer / dryer). Great location close to more than one subway station and walkable distance to Chunxi Road. It was the best hotel wifi we found (this was the 5th hotel we stayed in China). The breakfast had a lot of different options and everything tasted great. In short we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is incredible and very well located, but what makes it even better are the staff members - so helpful and friendly. The ladies and reception and Michael in Concierge were a stand out. Thanks for helping me buy tickets for the Opera Michael! It was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend it (just across the road from the hotel). Breakfast was also so very yummy.

The hotel is clean, safe and updated. The amenities are good for the family and for solo travelers as well. The breakfast catered to both Asian and Western food. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. Fabian, Aries, Tina and Mari who communicated in English were professional, friendly and always helpful.

Front desk staffs are very helpful, assisting in giving suggestions & arrangement on food, sight seeing, shopping etc. Rooms are huge & clean, attached with kitchen. Bed is comfortable & amenities provided. Had a nice stay! Thumbs up

Superzentrale Lage direkt am Yanlord Building, schöne moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Ich erhielt sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker (sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Speisen, frisches Obst,…). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein etwas späterer checkout (13 statt 12 Uhr) war ebenso möglich wie die Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zum Abend. Ich bin rundum begeistert und würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

This is a perfect location central to all of Chegdu, and easy waking to the people's park, Tianfu square and the pedestrian streets. Hotel staff excellent, room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel

It is a residence style hotel and we got upgraded to the one bedroom suite which had a separate fully equipped kitchen (with a washer / dryer). Great location close to more than one subway station and walkable distance to Chunxi Road. It was the best hotel wifi we found (this was the 5th hotel we stayed in China). The breakfast had a lot of different options and everything tasted great. In short we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Conditions of the amenities are really nice, and our room was very comfortable and spacious (very much like a very nice, sleek apartment). HUGE added bonus is the location, which is very close walking distance to a metro and bus stops, city center, restaurants, and the opera house! Absolutely would stay here again we're in Chengdu!

Das Hotel ist ein erstklassiges Hotel unmittelbar in der Innenstadt von Chengdu. Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Gleiches gilt auch für das Bad. Das Frühstück ist westlich und chinesisch und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Interessanterweise funktionierte in diesem Hotel unsere westlichen Apps, wie Whatsapp, Instagram und Youtube. Selbst googeln war möglich. Das war ein erfreulicher Nebeneffekt. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und zu unserer Überraschung auch nicht klein. Das Hotel würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen und erneut buchen

The hotel is incredible and very well located, but what makes it even better are the staff members - so helpful and friendly. The ladies and reception and Michael in Concierge were a stand out. Thanks for helping me buy tickets for the Opera Michael! It was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend it (just across the road from the hotel). Breakfast was also so very yummy.

Amazing property, amazing value. We paid $200 rmb for breakfast which was subpar but we enjoyed the property so much it didn’t matter that much to me. The location is amazing close to the metro and you can get almost anywhere by walking or transit. Service was great

Avevamo già soggiornato in questo Hotel-residence. La prima volta c'era stata data una stanza molto grande e nuova. Questa volta la stanza era comoda ma c'era odore di umidità. Lo staff è super gentile e la colazione è abbondante e buona.

The location is great. It’s central to most attractions. The hotel itself is good. The check in and out process was super quick and efficient. Unfortunately the hotel corridors smelt pretty rank. Perhaps down to being an older hotel. That’s the only downside. Breakfast range was decent. It was a pleasant stay. Chengdu is a great city. Great vibes and with lots of places to see. I would recommend the hotel.

Sua localização a uma curta distância da estação Jinjiang Hotel da linha 1 facilitou o uso do metrô para ir até a estação Chengdudong. Caminhar pela região é agradável, então não sentimos necessidade de transporte para ir até o Parque do Povo, à Praça Tianfu e também à área comercial central. O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, nos ajudaram com a compra dos ingressos para o Parque dos Pandas. Um agradecimento especial para a funcionária da recepção que nos ajudou. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, com todas as comodidades, inclusive uma máquina de lavar e secar roupas. O café da manhã é excelente. Adoramos a estadia.
