Very nice hotel built on top of shopping mall. Nice gym, pool. Shopping mall provides many food options and a giant blowup house for kids. We had three rooms for 3 days. It was a very nice stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and the bed and pillows very comfortable in addition to the general comfort. Swimming pool was a bonus. Well located to modern shopping centre with good access to restaurants. Chosen for its easy access in southern Chengdu. Thank you.

Great location although there is a lot of construction in the area. No noise from it but a bit inconvenient to move around it. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A very outdated hotel which is in need of an urgent refurbishment. Rooms and lobby are old and carpet seems dirty. Definitely not inline with the Ascott brand. My friend had a serviced apartment which windows leaked. The curtains seemed in dire need of a clean. Service is good with friendly attentive front desk staff.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay there as the location is superb which is next to Raffles City Mall. The room is big but quite old and has a kk d of smell. However, for the price and good location, we have nothing to ask for.

部屋は広く、床はカーペットがないので清潔な印象でした。お風呂も広くてよかったです。冷房が効きにくいので窓を開けていました。トイレにウォシュレットはありません。アメニティは必要最低限のものがあります。清掃をパスするとかわいいパンダのキーホルダーがもらえるのもよかったです。朝食はすばらしく、サラダやシリアルからお粥、蒸し立ての小籠包などさまざまなメニューがありました。特に卵料理の豊富さとオーダー出来る麺料理が最高でした。朝食会場が狭いので混む時間は席が開くのを待つ必要があります。

Very poor arrival experience. Due to flight delay, we arrived a day late. We did the right thing and called the hotel that we will be check in a day late, which they acknowledged. Upon arriving, we were told that our room (3 bedrooms) was no longer available and that we had to stay in two separate rooms and then move to a 3 bedroom suite a day later. Further, they told us that our room was considered cancelled! I have paid in full in advance therefore the hotel should have hold the room for us. At no point did we mention we want to cancel our room. It was 11pm and we travelled with two young children and exhausted. It took them almost half and hour to get someone senior to sort out a 3 bedroom for us. The front desk seems to be run by students who had no initiatives, no customer service skills and like robots. Highly disappointing and infuriating situation. In addition, the air conditioning in our room was almost non existence. The AC unit was just blowing the same air out of the vents, which were very noisy and we never had a decent night of sleep. An experience that I would rather forget. Never this hotel again.

Initially I was unaware that the hotel was connected to a mall, so I was wondering for some time in the mall looking for the hotel. Then one of staff recognized I was lost and assisted me and guided me to the hotel. The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel itself was also great. The fact that the hotel was connected to a mall allowed me to shop and acquire anything I needed when I needed it. On top of that, there were many great and fantastic restaurants within walking distant of one another. I plan on coming back in the future.

The hotel is attached to a shopping mall in which you can easily find good food and daily necessities. Located very close to the famous walking street, just 10 mins away by car. Hotel is very clean, service is excellence. Will stay again.

I had the mistaken impression that the location was central to tourist spots. There was a lot of construction work in the vicinity. The didi drivers faced difficulties finding their way in. Except for the adjoining shopping mall, did not find decent nearby shopping complex.

Very nice hotel built on top of shopping mall. Nice gym, pool. Shopping mall provides many food options and a giant blowup house for kids. We had three rooms for 3 days. It was a very nice stay.

Clean room, staffs are friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the metro station by exiting f2 and there is a raffles city right beneath for shopping and eateries.only complaint is the bed too soft & the pillow. Can do washing at level 7

Great location although there is a lot of construction in the area. No noise from it but a bit inconvenient to move around it. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Room was decent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was quite a spread. Hotel is near to shopping mall with supermarket and plenty of F&B options. Hotel staffs were mostly polite and courteous. Overall a good stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel built on top of shopping mall. Nice gym, pool. Shopping mall provides many food options and a giant blowup house for kids. We had three rooms for 3 days. It was a very nice stay.

Great property to stay at while in Chengdu. Close to great eating spots, within a mall, and across from the Metro. note that this building is massive. When facing the building from the metro, the entrance to this hotel is on the back side of the first building/building closest to you. If you get lost, don't worry. There are many helpful lobby attendants to help direct you to the correct area. If you enter through the mall, there will also be signs directing you to ascott raffles.

部屋は広く、床はカーペットがないので清潔な印象でした。お風呂も広くてよかったです。冷房が効きにくいので窓を開けていました。トイレにウォシュレットはありません。アメニティは必要最低限のものがあります。清掃をパスするとかわいいパンダのキーホルダーがもらえるのもよかったです。朝食はすばらしく、サラダやシリアルからお粥、蒸し立ての小籠包などさまざまなメニューがありました。特に卵料理の豊富さとオーダー出来る麺料理が最高でした。朝食会場が狭いので混む時間は席が開くのを待つ必要があります。

It definitely lived up to the high ratings. We stayed as a family and it was perfect, with two large rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and even a washing machine. Location wise it is right above and connected to Raffles mall and a short walk from the Yulin area where you can find a plethora of food options. Just the pool foot wash mini pool was really funky, seemingly the water hadn't been changed in a long time.

Room was huge, there's space to lounge, to eat, to cook and do your laundry. And they provide clothes rack and hanger if you request. Excellent choice for travellers staying for prolong period.

Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. I wasn’t comfortable with the room for the fist night so I asked for a change. I got an upgrade to a more comfortable room at a different tower. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent which is just adjacent to Raffles City Chengdu.
