The hotel is older even though it has been remodeled at some point. The room and hallway had a very unpleasant odor that smelled very similar to urine. The on duty staff were told but did not seem to be concerned about it. Normally I am very pleased with holiday inn express but was very disappointed in this particular hotel.

The room was nice and the bed was super cozy but the loud noises and stomping and yelling was very disruptive from two rooms over was uncalled for.
