The staff was top tier! Despite hotels.com botching my reservation the ladies that took care of me at the front desk had exceptional customer services! They went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated even though the issue was completely not on them. I couldn’t have asked for a better check in experience. The hotel was clean and welcoming and I will definitely stay with them again. But will book directly
