I was in India for a family wedding, and stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The hotel was incredible, and my stay was fantastic - everything from the wonderful staff, beautiful hotel and room, great amenities, cleanliness, location, and food. I will definitely stay here again!

Not very clean also a very bad small at the hallway coming to the room ( from the cleaning stuff) The last day had a diffuser I think. Maybe someone has complained which I didn’t do because I was always hurry !. I’ve contacted on the chat Hotels.com in order to sort something out had spoken with someone and supposed to get back to me I’ve checked out the hotel and till now no news from Hotels.com

Check in painful and laborious at 2am...made worse when staff dont know what theyre doing and your international card doesn't work! On checkout at 5am check out staff make life extra stressful with delaying processes and fail to tell you theres no Uber at 5am so youre left to find cash for the hotel taxi that is 9 yes NINE times the cost of an UBER XL to the airport and the driver gets didley squat of that money! Very poor start and finish to my stay... Not worth the premium

What an amazing hotel. Staff were simply lovely and couldn’t have been nicer. Food was excellent, we visited the top floor Indian restaurant which was perfect and the breakfast was superb.
