When we said no, he didn’t offer any further information other than where our room was located. Would have liked more information about the resort and the area. Enjoyed the RACv inverloch for a quick one night stay with the kids. However check in took forever, and staff tried to charge $120 for breakfast for 1 adult/2 kids (should have been $75) and the older lady at reception was quite rude when I pointed out the discrepancy. But otherwise really recommend this venue for. Quick getaway and plenty for the kids to do. Will stay longer next time.

Property was beautiful and were were very pleased with our cabin. It was an excellent stay with the exception that 2 hours after I used a credit card for the room deposit (had prepaid for hotel with a different card) it received 2 different fraudulent charges for $300 each at Crate & Barrel. This is a possible coincidence but this card is never used and hadn't been used for probably a year prior to this deposit.

I like most part of the hotel, I was surprised when I asked for bottle of water from house keepers, they said those waters are for premium rooms. I was surprised hotel with this great quality and expensive they don’t put at least two bottles of water in the room.

Booked on line to come Monday 4th. Given my keys , settled in and I unpacked. Went to Wonthaggi hosp to spend time with a gravely ill friend (which was the purpose of my visit ) I then received phone call from RACV say I had to immediately return and take all my things to another room . They had given me the wrong room. No apologies . I was very upset at having to leave the hospital. No apologies . No compensation . Won’t be recommending it because of this .
