Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport

Room had tall ceiling - clean room. Treadmill at gym was below avg.

This hotel is not in the safest part of town. After we checked in we were told there is no hot water and the elevator was broken. We were on the 4th floor with a person living with physical limitations. The pool is disgusting with debris and dirty towels and clothing on the deck. This hotel is a poor representation of the Four-Points brand. I highly suggest the regional team make a surprise visit.

Maintenance needs to be done

We did not have a key to our room the entire stay. We had to be let in the room upon every return. Clean enough but bland and dated. Staff was pretty respectable, though.

I will never be saying there ever again. The hallway smell like mildew they advertise the restaurant that’s accessible, but it’s never open. Let’s just say I know that I don’t ever wanna go there ever again.

I would never stay at that hotel again. We checked in at 11:00 p.m. on a Thursday night the room they gave us wasn't upgrade which we did not ask for then the room did not have any air conditioning so it was almost 80 in the room the next day we were leaving and we told him the air did not work they said that they would come and fix it while we were out when we came back it wasn't fixed they said we had to move rooms and it took them over an hour for them to find us a room got another room then that evening found out the room the desk was covered in bugs that I took pictures of so we had to move to another room and they were not willing to do any kind of compensation after speaking with them. There are also other things to mention the pool key didn't work so the man from the desk had to open it up if you wanted to use the pool there wasn't a blow dryer in the room asked for a blow dryer waited for over an hour and didn't receive it had to go track down housekeeping to get one there was many things that was wrong with the hotel.

ENTIRE HOTEL HOT WATER WAS OFF‼️

Our stay at this resort was atrocious. We booked through Expedia. When we arrived after a long day in the road just ready to relax we got to the room and were disgusted. There were black stains on the top sheet, toe nail clippings on the carpet by the bed, and what looked like pubes on the pillow. I have spoken to Nicki and Gustavo and was denied a refund. DO NOT BOOK at this property. Health and sanitation will also be called on this location as well.

I have traveled around the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels from 1 stars to 5 stars, and let me say by far this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in 40 years of my travel life. How is this hotel a sheraton or part of the marriot chain is beyond me..first we couldn't walk about in the evenings as the manager said its un safe dont go. We arrive at the hotel around 10 pm and upon checking in we wanted to shower only to find out, there was no soap, shampoo or body wash in the room. We postponed the shower till we woke up.We asked the cleaning crew for the bathroom supplies for the cleaning lady to tell us they were completely out. I tried to comphrend what she meant by out because she did not speak one word of English. We then proceeded the lobby room to speak with the manager to provide us with the same essentials to tell me that the whole hotel is completely out of stock. I then asked the manager how do i bathe and clean myself his response was " there is a gas station a mile down from us you can buy your supplies there ". I cannot fathom how a Sheraton or any hotel/motel runs out of soap, shampoo, body wash this is totally unheard of. At this point I felt all itchy and dirty and I attributed to the fact i haven't showered in a day, we went upstairs to gather out things to go buy what we needed. I decided to look at the bed and the sheets since I was itchy all night only to see so many bed bugs and creatures on my bed. I took photos and videos which I will now p

Very disappointed in the facilities cleanliness. I had higher expectations from a hotel in this chain.

The area surrounding is very bad, the lobby is very dirty I stay only 1 night and check out move to Double tree because I don’t feel safe at this hotel

Room was outdated and ran down. Bathroom was dirty and has so much hair in the tub

We checked in and we were not given keys. We had to wait for the front desk worker every time we wanted to go back inside our room. When we got to the third floor it smelled like bathroom plumbing. The restroom was not clean at all. Orange stains all over the bathroom and clumps of hair everywhere and on the shampoo bottles that were also empty. Last thing is that the pillows were of very poor quality like they were 10 years old.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced with the exception of the time I got bed bugs at another hotel. 1. Noisy with freeway and airplanes. 2. Shower made such a loud sound that it couldn't be used, had to resort to a bath. 3. Toilet kept running. 4. TV did not work, not sure if it was the remote or the TV itself but couldn't change channels. 5. Thermostat could not be adjusted. 6. Floor was dirty next to the bed. 7. Lamps were unplugged so I had to move the nightstands and reach down to plug them back in. 8. An ugly stain on the bottom sheet of one of the beds. Not sure if the sheets were even clean. 9.The bathroom was out of body wash and there was no Kleenix in the box. 10. The hall smelled like a wet dog 11. Breakfast was very poor and tasteless. 12. Staff in the morning was rude, and not at all professional when I reported the problems. 13. No staff available at the front desk when my daughter arrived at 10:00 pm to stay in the next room. 14. I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED WHEN I RETURNED FROM MY TRIP. ROOM WAS PREPAID ON EXPEDIA BUT THE CC I USED FOR INCIDENTALS WAS CHARGED FOR THE ROOM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PREPAID. I will never stay at another Sheraton Four Points again and will tell everyone I know how awful this was.

The hallway smelled like dog poop and urine.They had big piss spots in the carpet. The amount of money I paid it could have been better conditions.

The room was dull, dingy and lifeless. It was in what looked like the poor section of town! We had to change rooms because the toilet wouldn't flush properly. We would have been moved a second time if we had stayed because the portable air conditioner in the second room was very noisy and we couldn't adjust it. I would like to get my money back if at all possible.

The property was conveniently located. The property had a damp/musty odor that settled in packed clothing and other items of fabric nature. It was necessary to launder clean clothes upon returning home , even though it had not be worn/used.

Breakfast buffet is an absolute joke, don’t offer a breakfast buffet if you just wanna offer cereal hard biped eggs and juice. I have traveled all over the world and this is the worst hotel I have stayed at.

My 2nd time staying here and it is super clean, pillows are great and bed is Amazing!!

I have absolutely no idea what is located above our room, but it sounds like a herd of baby elephants have been roller skating all night. We knew being close to the airport would be noisy due to the landing taking off of the planes, but this issue is coming from inside the house. Our flight is very early in the morning and we are now up 2 hours earlier than expected wide awake and upset we didn’t get a very peaceful nights sleep.

It was clean, close to airport, able to leave vehicles parked and great suttle bus service. The walls are super thin heard every sound

First floor room right next to the laundry. Central AC unit apparently wasn't working, so a portable AC unit was there. Ran non-stop the entire night, but never really cooled the room. And it was loud and emitted light (not great for sleeping). Had to drive a bit to find something to eat as there's nothing nearby. Not a great experience and we left very early in the morning because of it.

Good stay overall. Location is super nice if you’re flying into Houston Hobby (literally a mile away and one of the closest hotels you can get). The hotel is nothing fancy but not bad at all and the beds were comfortable! For the price it’s definitely not bad at all! Nothing bad about my stay but it’s not the Marriot of quality. 3.9/5!

We stayed at Four Points on the first and last night of our trip. Our first nights room was awesome. Clean, everything worked and we were pleased. The next room wasn’t as clean, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all and the room was near the elevator so noise was a factor. One room was great, the other was disappointing.

The room was great however the service is HORRIBLE!! We booked and paid online. When we got to checkin they took our card for the $75 deposit, which no problem, that is normal. However we got to our room and found they charged our card for the deposit plus the entire total of our multiple day stay which we already had paid online! Its been over a week, we have called daily about being refunded. Every single person has told us "Oh yes, i see it was refunded today", we have no idea where our money is or IF we will ever get it back!! Front desk all need to be retrained!!!

We arrived and the staff seemed to have had a problem getting us a room key that worked after 4 attempts my wife and I gave up and demanded a refund and was told since we reserved the room on Expedia that we would have to get our money back from them still no contact has been made

Stayed here as I had a early morning flight and the hotel provided shuttle to the airport which was pretty helpful.

Overall summary-good for a quick stay only if you dont mibd the bad service 1. Night clerk was horrible. Couldn't even tell us where to be picked up at airport. We had to ask an airport employee. Then when we arrived he rushed us,didnt explain where to get elevator, and didn't really do any customary hotel greeting or explain anything about breakfast, check out time, etc. 2. Shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive and the step up is way high with no step to help. I almost fell getting out of shuttle at hotel. 3. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows 4. The room was clean and comfortable and great water pressure in shower. 5. I was going to complain to day manager but i heard another guest complaining and you could tell she really didn't care. The guest was complaining about the night shift desk staff and about the same issues. The staff person literally never took her eyes off her personal cell phone and just kept saying uh huh, ok. It will be ok ma'am and it is no worries. Really that was your best response?

I booked a night at four points and went I went to check in they told me their system was down and send me to a neighbor property, which was in very bad condition, old, and I was not going to stay there. I was not issued a refund even though I didn’t stayed and it was an inconvenience from their side.

Our breakfast did not show on our reservation and the reception checked into it and she remedied the situation.

Very nice room for price and service is always good. Multiple stays for treatment at MD Anderson and can get a good rest after driving 5 hours after work.

We stayed there at the beginning of our trip for one night before embarking on our cruise and then again, the night of the end of our cruise so we could fly out of Hobby back home. As remembered at the beginning of our cruise we noticed there was nothing within walking distance so we remembered at the end and bought food from the airport to bring to the room. We had an early flight this morning so the front desk clerk had called for the shuttle to pick us up around 530am and drop us at the airport which they did. Our room last night was better and bigger than the one the first night. Very pleased with the price and the amenities, just remember to have food with you when you get there. Uber and doordash are very expensive in Houston....

Hotel is in a good location. Like 5 min from airport. The rooms are great and it was on the Freeway so there were several food options .

We were in Houston for a short visit with family. One up near Spring and the other down near Missouri City so the Four Points by Sheraton was the perfect home base for us to split our travels. We here-purchased breakfast each morning and it was wonderfully prepared and served!
