So, I had to book this as it was so cheap and everything else was 4 times as much. I did not gave high expectations as in fairness it was excellent value. However, I had difficulty getting in my room due to the door code not working. The showers has no towels and the toilets had no seat. The rooms were hot and so I opened the window and the noise then came through from voices outside and motorbikes. In the end I slept. Which is what mattered as I had been cycling all day. By the way the breakfast option really is not worth it. Best find somewhere else to have breakfast. The only occasion that I would rebook in this type of hotel is if there was no where else to sleep at all. Better than a park bench

Such a bad experience after the much cheaper and way better F1 in Clairemont Ferrand (CFe), where I stayed twice. The positioning is altogether bad in a run down industrial neighbourhood with very few options to get some cooked food. It matches it's surroundings. Same architecture that the CFe site has with a central Stair with shower and toilet stalls around it on every floor. Floors go in straight directions from the core shaping a cross. Every room has one insulated window. This one was very old and worked very badly to keep out the noise from the road. The walls were quite thin and it was noisy. Two big stains on the run down carpet, the sheets were not cleaned well and the matrace rock hard. For that 37 Euros? Filthy showers, horrible night. Don't go there.
