Beds were amazingly comfortable (softer not firm). You can tell they’ve done some updates around the property and it looks nice. I’d recommend bath mats for the showers or you’ll ruin your new laminate flooring from shower puddles. Rooms were surprisingly quiet. AC kept the room cool and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants, most within walking distance. Parking is tight for bigger vehicles, but if you can snag a spot on the end of the row you’re good.

So there was no Internet available the clerk that check us in tried he could not get it going. The heating unit was poor and hardly warmed. And when asked about retrieving a deposit that we were unaware of until we had already checked in following morning the manager was short impolite and we were told no unlike previously the night before. Putting us in a tight budget for the remainder of our trip having to wait for the bank to release over the weekend

Newly remodeled and clean. Kurig coffee maker was easy to use and quick for 2 cups. Friendly staff. Easy access. Plenty of parking in the lot, just outside the room. Comfortable bed and good room temp on a cold winter night. Good WIFI.

We stayed at the Bel Air for a night while attending a concert at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater. The motel is in a location that is easy access to the interstate, it’s pet friendly, the staff was incredible to work with, and we love the retro vibe!

Perfectly fine for a place to sleep. The rooms were remodeled recently so they were fine. WiFi wasn’t working so the desk gave us the office WiFi. Only real complaint is while the bathroom was clean there was still hair left on the side of the tub and dirt. Check in was super easy and while I’ve seen other reviews about no one being available or cards being charged more than once we did not experience any of that. Good price and a decent nights sleep.

When we arrived, we couldn’t even check in and waited another hour. Then when we did check in the room wasn’t very clean. We didn’t have a blow dryer. We didn’t have enough towels. The Internet was out and there was nobody ever in the office to tell so we couldn’t fix it.

The young man at the desk was nice enough, but overwhelmed. I had reserved a king, but he said he had to give me two queens, which was not a big deal. However, I soon discovered that the heat in the room was not functional. I went back to the desk and he put me in a king (?). I dropped my stuff and had to scoot to my evening engagements. Upon returning, I realized the room was not made. No sheets/pillowcases. An un-emptied glass on the counter, etc. It was too late, to make a fuss, so I wrapped myself in the comforter and slept that way. Pretty lame.

The check in was friendly and easy. Our room was pretty good and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom and sink area hadnt been cleaned☹️ pee drips, hairball, wet towels, food in the sink.......I wiped it all down....but it was kinda disappointing that the room was checked out before it was done being cleaned.

This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever been. Run don't walk in a different hotel. There was blood on all three pillows. Blood! All 3. Blood on the headboard. Bugs. Stains on the sheets. We were moved to a new room. Again stains on the bed so we shared the one without stains. A towel and two hand towels. The towel was dirty. The soap was so old it had turned to powder. There was a homeless person sitting on a nightstand outside the first room with his clothes all around him. Having asked for a refund and not receiving one I will never understand. This was the most disgustingly filthy place I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was a very cute and nicely updated older hotel. Although sleep was hard to come by as there was a lot of party people in this area of town. The walls are thin and they kept we me awake. I stayed in the middle of the week. Super nice staff and a comfy bed.

The location here is great, easy walking to downtown and school. The check-in was easy, staff were attentive and friendly. The price is very reasonable, so that helps. The room is halfway updated, but as if for speed rather than function. There is a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and table with chairs, so the basics are covered. The walls are completely bare. The bathroom is the downfall, the giant door sticks, so difficult to open or close. The shower is a walk-in, but the drain is not at the low point, so you stand in your own puddle. The shower head is at a fixed angle that sprays water out of shower area, so you have to get bath mat just right. The sink is a floating sink, and already seems to be coming off wall. There is nowhere to put your stuff, no counter, shelf, and there is one tiny mirror. I am hoping it is a work in progress.

It was a hot summer day. I get that but a little wall unit that bareky works was not enough for a secind floor rooms. Room was cool and farly clean for an older style motor inn tyoe of place. Bed was comfortable but I was awake the entire night. I'm a but miffed that I paid for a good night of rest whike driving cross country and I got up and had to drive almost 600 miles on next to no sleep. It was way too hot in there.

Pretty basic stay. The room was clean but on the small side. There was no air conditioning which would have been nice. The location was close to the downtown park and places to eat. Overall you could tell it was an old place that they made attempts to update and many looked like DIY projects that definitely were not done by a professional. It was cute but nothing fancy.

We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in and nobody was in the office. There was a phone number to call that was sent to the Motel 6 down the road. The lady there said that she would send someone over but nobody came. We finally drove over to the Motel 6 where we found someone to come and let us in. The girl got us checked in and gave us keys that didn’t work. Luckily, we stopped her before she left and we finally got into our room at 6:30 PM. The room looked unfinished and dirty. They also had LED lighting outside our window with bad blinds that made it too bright to sleep well.

I booked the motel online as it was affordable and in a great location close to downtown and lots of the amenities. The staff there was exceptionally accommodating, particularly the new front desk, clerk Tim. I came into town with a small trailer because we are camping prior and he was more than willing to help us find parking for it at the backside of the hotel. He also changed from a single bedroom to a double bedroom cause I had new people coming. They are fresh coffee, and donuts in the morning and Tim was always friendly and helpful. I plan on staying at the Bel Air every time I go to Missoula from now on this review was not written with the help of AI And it’s real from the real jim P don’t tell too many people about the Bel-Air. It’s a gem.

This motel is in a great location to take in downtown Missoula. No need to drive once you are parked in their ample parking lot. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night sleep. The shower was also very good.

Nicely refurbished older motel in Historic Missoula, MT U district. Blocks from Historic Oxford Cafe. Very clean and bare bones. Hilton Garden and one other in worse part of town wanted $300+ for 1 guy, one night. This was $130.00, free parking, super clean.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Bel Aire. We arrived past check-in time and had no problems. The room was small but clean. The bed and pillows were very soft, what seemed to be all new linens throughout, and fun retro/rustic decor. Complimentary donuts, fruit, coffee and juice in the morning. The location was quiet & we had no worries about theft or safety while there. Overall a nice stay for the night!

Gent at the front counter was incredibly kind, quick and efficient. Price was a bit high because of an event nearby, but you are paying for the location and you can tell they are doing their best. Recent renovation. Not much circulation of air in the bathrooms but the rooms were nice and cool when entering. Nice little coffee area in the morning…

We often stay here when in Missoula for concerts due to location. My one complaint is no coffee in the room. You can get free cup (very small) of coffee in the office in the morning but I want coffee in my room. I will take that into consideration in the future.
