They charge $10 a day for parking!! No towels by the pool, which needs some repairs. Tiles were missing. Breakfast bar would have been fine if the workers could keep it filled up. Room was fine.

I picked this hotel because it was not the cheapest and had the higher ratings. However, despite stating that it had an airport shuttle service, it has limited hours and was not available on a weekend afternoon or early in the morning. I was reimbursed for one trip but not the second. Also, in a room with a king-sized bed there were outlets only on one side of the bed; not very convenient if two people are staying in the room. Otherwise, the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff were great. Don't count on the shuttle however.

Great place to stay! Great hot breakfast..along with fruits, cereals.. fratata, and bacon, waffles, sausage biscuit.. Check OUT is 12:: !!! Try the pool before you leave.

I didn't like checking in at 9:00 pm and finding out the shuttle service to the airport started at 7 am. I needed a shuttle due to having an early morning flight. Fortunately the manager is the one that checked me in and was gracious enough to get up early to take me to the airport after seeing the look of panic on my face. I was with my elderly in laws and did not want them having to drive me around looking for a hotel at that time of night that provided early shuttle service. They live a hour away from the airport which is the only reason I booked a hotel, so that they weren't driving me early in the morning. I was very upset and quite angry.

This place was in a good location to shops and food but the place is run down. The carpet is stained in the hallways and the room had several stains in the floor and the ceiling. The pullout is like sleeping on a bunch of springs no cushion.

Feel mislead from hotel.com review. I believe it was rated as excellent or near too. Place is nowhere near that considering the price. Needs a refurbishing. Stained carpet beside bed, build up in shower corners, peeling trim and long black hair in shower. Beds were just ok but not overly comfortable. Didn’t sleep well with feeling yucky. Front desk was nice and accommodating. If ever in the area again would definitely find different lodging.

Outrageously priced for a dirty hotel room in need of updates. My bath tub and air conditioner were filthy. We had to unplug the mini fridge because it kept making knocking sounds. Worse, we were woken up by doors slamming and people moving around the hallways for hours in the evening and morning. I don't know why, but the hallway sounds seemed amplified. This hotel should have cost less than half of what it did.

Location was convenient to downtown with just a quick drive. Lots of shopping with the outlets nearby and many food options within 2 miles. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Very happy with our stay!!

Our room was next to a major highway, and extremely noisy, we could not sleep all night. The room itself wasn’t bad, but the bathroom was very bad, wallpaper was coming off the walls, the shower water sprayed everywhere and we had to use all the towels to soak up the water after taking showers. Also, there was no conditioner in the bottle in the bathtub. The pressure from the showerhead made you feel like you were being pressure washed . When we checked out, the front desk employee asked if we had had a good stay, We stated no because of the road noise and that we did not sleep all night. The employee did not say one word to us after us telling her about the bad stay.

My group and I had to rent an Uber to get to the airport, when the receptionist told us the night before that there would be a shuttle for us in the morning. The whole purpose of renting that location was for the shuttle. Uber was $30 I am not impressed, and the people next door to us had their tv blaring at 2am.

The customer service here was excellent. Our flight was canceled so I ended up having to book last minute. This hotel provided a simple happy hour with wine and cheese which was great after a long day of work and the disappointment of the canceled flight. They arranged a drive back to the airport the next morning on a five AM Uber. Even made the group coffee way before they usually would.

We got in late at 2:30 AM, and there was no one in the lobby to open the door and let us in. We tried calling the hotel and the corporate HQ. Corporate sent a security guy to help us, but he couldn't get in either. A staff member finally arrived at 5:00 and checked us into a room. After that, the stay was ok, but what kind of hotel doesn't have a night person on duty?

Waked in the room and it had a funny smell, ac unit didn’t work properly, breakfast was horrible, box of tissues was empty, cheap brand of shampoo, contains and body wash, no lotion provided, but shuttle drivers were very nice and professional. Only good thing about this hotel was the airport shuttle and that is was next to the Crown Plaza that surprisingly has good food at decent prices and great bartender.

Clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff (and we interacted with many people over three days). Good price and easy commute to tourist sites downtown (15 minutes away). Minor downsides: Never got maid service during three-day stay. We didn't request it, but neither was it offered. Maids in the hallway just skipped us (no, the Do Not Disturb sign was not accidentally left out). The bathroom lacks free lotion; the bed had electrical outlets only on one side (which is why we always travel with an extension cord). The dresser is at floor level, weirdly impractical. But I'd certainly stay there again. My complaints are minor or manageable.

Overall good. But I needed help from the front desk to print a few pages of documents and was met with a less than helpful attitude. I was told by the desk person that “I have my own work to do and don’t have time for this” On another note the breakfast was horrible even for a hotel at this price point.

Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff provided exceptional service. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unusually well prepared and stocked (I’ve never seen so many oatmeal toppings! The biscuits were great, and there was even blueberry compote for the waffles!). The free shuttle to airport was quick, friendly and easy. The staff at this place made this stay stand out.
