When I arrived at 23:30, I was told my reservation could not be found. 20 minutes later, it could be found but it was “in the future”. After more querying, i was told that I was lucky and that they had one room left, but without AC (during a heatwave in Paris). When I said they this was not an option (I had paid for a room with AC, and had an important meeting scheduled for 9AM) I was told they would do a “gesture” and refund the full amount. I then had to find a new hotel, after midnight, on the outskirts of Paris. Reception staff was not helpful. Thanks for nothing, Marriott

My children and I got to Paris extremely late in the night after Air France canceled our flight earlier in the day. When looking for a hotel, I came across this hotel, the rate was alot cheper than the other hotels, and I figured Marriott is a trusted brand so I booked it. The hotel staff was very helpful, professional and nice. Most of all, I was pleased with the rooms, which were very big, clean and spacious. It was very nice coming to a clean hotel and a comfortable hotel room with three children after a long day in the airport. I booked for one room, for one adult and three children. Thus, I was beyond shocked when I was given two rooms adjourned to each other. I totally was not expecting that, especially for the rate I paid. Thank you Marriott!!
