We found cockroaches in our room. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. Guests in other room next door were loud with their music until 4am. No lamps in any of the guest room. No one available at front counter until morning for any of our concerns.

Room smelled like mildew carpet, cigarette smoke and feet. Couldn't open window to air it out because of no screen and bugs coming into room. Bought air freshener and soaked carpets carpet but only temporarily solved issue. Fire alarm goes off every night for 10-15 minutes. After evacuating the first night I realized they're was no fire, concern of fire and to expect it nightly. This place should be condemned until renovated and up to code.

Majority of the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk to and about the guests horribly and are NEVER at the front desk when they should be. The fire alarm goes off all the time and it is very unsafe to not know whether or not there is an actual fire or of the alarm is going off for no reason. I've been chased by unleashed dogs numerous times INSIDE the hotel. Our room was not up to standard (AC flooding the room, stove not working, hot water not working, fridge not working) and nothing was done until 3 days later, could not be moved to another room because they said the other rooms are worse .

Fire alarms and bugs all over the place. Served its purpose before I could move into my apartment tho.

The fire alarm went off at 6am and nobody seemed concerned. It smelled horrible, it was not cleaned well, bugs in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner.

The place was infested with cockroaches. The mattress was flat on one side. Two fire alarms went off and fire dept came. No one contacted us about if there was a fire. We left the place and went next door.

The room smelled like cigarettes and body odor. There was a pair of boxers behind the bathroom door, a sock on the shower rack, and when I open the blinds to open the window to try and air the room out there is an empty Red Bull can behind the blinds. Then the fire alarm went off at 12:50 am for 10 minutes and proceeded to have the alarm go off, randomly the rest of the night and morning. The only good news is since my room was next to the elevator that didn’t bother me as much as everything else.

Roaches in the hallway, roaches in the room. Completely disgusting

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were pills on the nightstand, inside drawers, and on the floor. Cigarette burns on the bed and bathroom. There were cockroaches all over the room, and the beds smelled awful, with nasty stained mattresses. Spills all over. The room was clearly never cleaned from the previous guest, and was very dirty. No one was at the desk, so we just left and got a different hotel. I want my money back. This hotel should be condemned.

Bugs and cockroaches everywhere

When he walked in, we immediately noticed that one of the beds hadn’t been made which meant our room hadn’t been clean. The toilet was disgusting. There were roaches crawling all over the place. When I went downstairs to get some bedding, so I could change the bed, there was no one on staff. Fortunately, there was a contractor there who allowed me in to get some bedding so my daughters and I could actually lay down on the bed. All in all it was nasty and disgusting. I will never stay in a WoodSpring suites hotel again. Personally, I’d like a refund but we did stay there. We really had no choice because we were there for a basketball tournament and it was going to take too many hours to drive home and come back.

Stains all over the floor in hallways and room. Smoke free room smelled like smoke. Roaches in the bathroom, what looked like urine all over the bathtub and walls. Hair in the bed. We walked right back out.

The beds need a lot of cleaning. The sheets are very old. There are cockroaches. The first floor smells strongly of roaches. The best thing you can do is clean thoroughly, change the sheets, and fumigate.

This hotel wasn't clean at all. Room was missing cabinet doors, stovetop didn't work refrigerator barley worked keeping our drinks warm the whole stay. Air conditioning unit was load and I had to clean the filter just to get the heater to work. Brought takeout food and started to see bugs,roaches and waterbugs. The bathroom was a mess towels sheets and pillow cases where off-white and needed to be thrown in the trash. T.V. is outdated and channels shows where interrupted constantly because the T.V. wasn't compatible with the cable package. Wifi was a hit and miss all through our stay.

Roaches, carpet was not dirty but filthy, covers smelled like cigarettes or tobacco. Thin thin comforter, room was ice cold

The room was not clean

The property was terribly dirty, stunk of smoke. No remote for the TV and no bedside table lamp. walls were dirty with running stains on all walls in the bedroom and bathroom and even some stains that we didn’t care to try and identify. We had to purchase bedding, and additional pillows because there were no additional pillows available except the crappy flat one on the bed. Honestly, it was more trouble to get money back from Expedia than try and change hotels. This hotel was simply disgusting. If I were Expedia I would remove it from any listing because it just gives Expedia a bad look.

Very minimal decor. Spacious room. The staff was the best, especially the manager she showed me 2 rooms, the first she thought I would objected to the second was spacious, was supposed to be more expensive but she gave it to me any way.

The room was good but the AC was not working

Room was bare bones. Basically bare mattresses and no wall decor. Carpet dirty and sticky. Killed several roaches in the bathroom.

whether this room was a non-refundable room, it should have had lights that worked. The room was just not very good! the only light that worked was the bathroom. when the next morning trying to check out, no one was at the desk at 7:30 am. left door keys and left the building. will not stay here again.

Not much better.Bed looked like an over sized army cot. We had a sheet for a bedspread. No coffee pot. No ironing board or iron. No hair dryer. No blanket. Some things you had to go and ask for and others you had to purchase. Both rooms were dirty.Will not recommend this place or ever go there again. They should have to give me back my money.

Check in process was a little longer then expected… check in begin at 3, I didn’t check in til after 4 due to hotel still cleaning my room and waiting on clean linens. However, the room was clean… smelled nice and comfortable so the extra wait wasn’t too bad.

We stopped to get rest for the night needless to say we got a room next to the elevator couldn’t sleep cause all you hear is the elevator up and down all night . Not to mention the bed was horrible felt like sleeping on metal and the bathroom was disgusting used bandaids stuck to the bathroom door.

Compared to other hotels we've stayed at in this area, for the price, this hotel was a let down. The rooms were sparse. The beds weren't much above a fold-out futon in a dorm room. And this was the upgraded room. The mattress would slide around the skeleton frame. No side table by bed. No lamps. No iron or ironing board. No small bottles of shampoo/conditioner. No facial tissues. A small hand soap provided for 4 night stay. NO ice machine on property. No ice trays for the freezer. Carpet in hallways smelled like mold. For the price, could not imagine us ever choosing to stay here again. On the positive, the staff were very nice.

I was disappointed in my stay. The hotel was very noisy from guests inside and outside the hotel and then there was a reoccurring knocking noise that kept waking me up throughout the night. The hotel is in a decent location with food and other things nearby, but I won't be giving them a second chance.

The staff were amazing! They were incredibly friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was nice. I will definitely be returning if I’m in the area mainly because of the staff!

It took over 30 minutes to find someone to check me in. The room smelled like smoke and the bathtub was not clean. Rates for the area are very good. We will probably not be staying here again.

Clean and great staff

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to stay here, from start to finish the service and condition of the hotel was deplorable. I was treated so rudely and treated then I wanted a moment to think about staying there, I was pushed out of the room by the front desk clerk and then when I decided, she told me the room was gone and not available, I didn’t even get a chance to stay here but from I did see, I wouldn’t recommend it. Shame on me for not doing the proper research. It was only given a 2.2 star rating

Key to room would not work. No one at reservation desk after 11 pm. Had to pay for another room at another hotel.

Stay was good. Check in was awesome. The gal behind the desk very courteous and friendly.

I started a case and I’m awaiting a refund. *I WAS TURNED AWAY AND DID NOT STAY THERE*. Lady working was stressed out. Housekeeping staff called in sick and no rooms were clean and ready. She told me to call Expedia for refund. I stayed elsewhere.

The location isn't that great. Not a lot of restaurants or gas stations around the area. The rooms were odd. Metal bed frames, no lamps, older tv, old carpet, no coffee pot. There was a refrigerator, stove (no oven) and microwave. Only one sheet on the beds to cover up with. No blankets so bring your own!! Halls were noisy and the whole place smelled like weed. A lot of dogs during our stay. There was a large hole cut out in the wall behind the room door for some reason. I killed a roach in the bathroom. 2 towels and 2 washcloths only. The girl at the front desk was nice during check in. I just wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

I didn’t end up staying there because it was so gross and there were multiple broken down and destroyed cars in the parking lot.

It's a basic budget room longer stay Motel. You get what you pay for. This was cheap and closest to jungle jim's event center. Showing up at 7:45pm for checking in, there was nobody at the desk. No lobby or public bathroom. Just a sign they were on break till 8:30pm. By 9pm got keys that didn't work. 2 tries later got working room key cards. The while big was minimal. Had working full size refrigerator, duel hot plate, and sink. Broken Microwave. AC work but cover was falling off. While the room sorta look clean. There was dust and yuck both floor in the bathroom walls and kitchen. No dishes or coffee maker. two small towels. No wash cloths. At least the two beds were clean, and fairly comfortable. No lamps, just over head lights, no radio or clock. Working TV bolted to broken dresser. While there no smoking signs all over. Smell of smokers outside and in halls. Thin walls above to either side. Also road noise from the city street. Area has various restaurants, which good. There several other budget places, which may have been nicer or just as bad. Area didn't look unsafe, but i felt better not leave anything in car while staying there. Staff was busy with other guest drama. Reported the broken stuff, got the impression it was planned to be fixed. Did see a cleaning staff working on other rooms, but also got impression they did minimum needed. Several guest has dogs, look like they were more long term renters and just travelers. Will stay elsewhere.

William was the best receptionist! Hotel was very clean and lots of dining options nearby.

We walked in and found people lying in the hallway, sitting outside of their rooms, they were clearly under the influence. Walking in the smell of marijuana was evident. The first room was obviously dirty, the second room when we opened the door had roaches in the sink and there was a person in the bathroom. We left immediately, it was filthy and unsafe.
