Room was really clean, beds were great! Breakfast is available on the weekends: juice bar, bagel eggo waffle toast fruit yogurt cereal milk and coffee. Parking is close to rooms 'Motel style' pet friendly and people friendly. A/C was cold in the room. Coffee maker is available in the room as well as iron and blow-dryer. Big TV. Wi-Fi is free.

The location was convenient to Colonial Williamsburg by car, and the price was less than all the other nearby hotels. We had some issues with our room. It was clean but very old. The internet did not work, but the front desk was ready with a fix to use an alternative network. There were a few flies and flying ants in it. There were constant loud noises coming from the room directly above us from 9 pm until after midnight like moving furniture, banging, and things dropping on the floor. I suspect the room was being remodeled. There was only one ice machine and it was broken. The pool was covered up. The grounds were a little shabby. The bed was comfortable, and the AC and all the lights worked fine.
