Guest House Ljubica

La habitación necesitaba una reforma. La limpieza estaba mal hecha. Polvo en los rincones debajo de los muebles. La ubicación era buena. Supermercado a 1min.

The location is pretty good—it is quite hilly but it’s short and there’s a small grocery store right nearby. The fridge was a nice amenity. It had everything we needed but you are getting what you pay for.

The images of the accommodations are misleading. You are not getting the view that is being advertised, however that was the least of our worries. Our room had a queen size bed and a twin, the twin seems to be used as a couch but it was covered by a filthy blanket with no sheets. The room is extremely outdated and hasn’t had a deep clean probably ever. The shower has hard water marks and debris on the walls. There is no body wash or shampoo or conditioner. The hot water is operated via switch which takes forever to heat up and has about 5 minutes of hot water. The towels were SO OLD. Somehow the bathroom had insects, we saw a millipede on one of the towels and ants on the floor. The fridge in the room did not work, the kettle had black mold. We found an old box of candy beside the couch clearly indicating the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The room beside us had their bathroom window into the hallway beside our entry door so we heard all the activity from the bathroom as well as all the smells. Out of our three nights we had wifi for one. When asking the host if she can fix the wifi she simply pointed to the router and said it’s out of her control.

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à celle figurant sur les photos. Un balcon avec vue figurait sur les photos et la chambre qui nous a été donnée ne disposait pas de balcon. L’hôte m’a indiqué disposer de 5 chambres, mais toutes ne disposent pas de balcon, c’est totalement trompeur et anormal. Les portes de la paroi de douche sont pleines de traces de calcaire, elles n’ont pas dû être nettoyées depuis TRES longtemps. Sur 3 douches prises, 2 l’ont été sans eau chaude. Le lieu est à 20-25min à pied de la vieille ville, c’est bien là son seul avantage.

Less than 20 mins walk to old town. Room and bathroom good but slightly lumpy bed.
