We were directed to this property after specifically asking about the pool. Upon arrival the pool was absolutely filthy full of bugs and algae. The room tv doesn’t work and after contacting the front desk we were told to click a button that wasn’t there then hung up on. I asked for a manager phone number and was denied.

the reason I wanted to stay here was for the pool. I booked a nonrefundable room not knowing the pool was closed. If all services aren't available the customer should be advised before spending money to stay. so i did not stay here and lost my money because what i needed was not available and it was not advertised on the expedia website

I loved the property. My low rating was due to driving that far based off of them advertising they had an ev charger. When we arrived the ev charger didn’t work, and from what I was told never has.

Our stay was 10/10! Ms. Jacqueline at the front desk was AMAZING! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm, clean and provides towels and space for us to be able to spread out and have fun! The breakfast had many choices and the older lady who worked in the breakfast area was super sweet. Will definitely make this our go to anytime we need in that area.

Amanda at the front desk is amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay as comfortable as if we were at home. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and had a great atmosphere that was family friendly. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. The price was not outrageous either. All around i give them 5 stars!!! Thanks for making our stay so great!

The property was very clean. Beautiful decor soon as you walk in. Our suites was nice. Very clean with extra sleeping space & bedding. Free breakfast was provided and you can’t beat free. My only issue was that the pool needed cleaning. It was very cloudy water so much that you saw it soon as you walked up to it & you couldn’t see going under the water either! Other than that it’s worth it to stay at this location!

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh, room was updated and very clean. Our room's toilet wasn't working when we arrived, and they moved us immediately to another room. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of this hotel. Location was very close to the highway and easily accessible. The area felt safe and quiet. A wonderful stopping point for us!

Rooms were nice and clean. Construction around and near property was awful, and we left the property early in the morning and returned after several hours and our room had not been touched so we had to sit in the lobby for a while waiting for maid service. I wasn't at all pleased with this. Also the receptionist wasn't very pleasant.

We came for an overnight stay for a football game. The hotel is in a nice area, with the outlet mall and good food options close by. It’s clean and the rooms are nice. The bathroom is very nice and clean. We got a king suite and it was great for our family. They provided a crib for our baby, which was great. The front desk were so helpful, they provided waters and soap for me to wash my baby bottles.

Very clean but the bed was broken and uneven. We also received additional charges after we left… We didn’t even shower here just checked in at 11pm, slept until 7:30 and checked out right after. Unlikely to go back, too many other options nearby.

The bed was really comfortable. The bow ties on the toilet paper rolls were the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Way better than the towel animals on cruise ships! It was a very nice touch. The room was modern up to date not run down at all. I would definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel is excellent quality. Checking in and out was seamless. I appreciated the welcome text message before I arrived. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was easy. There was no smell of mold or must. The shower water temperature was consistent. Spacious bathroom. Great lighting. Full size Dove brand products for hair and body and handwashing — including lotion. No charge. We stayed in a suite and appreciated the amenities, microwave, iron and board, wet bar, small fridge and free WiFi. We did not stay for breakfast. Last thing I’ll say is the bed was incredibly comfortable and those pillows were amazing! This will be our place to stay whenever we visit Baton Rouge.

Front Desk Clerks were professional and accommodating We had Mass services that we were to attend, and as we checked and realized traffic was going to make us late for our 11:00 AM check out - we were given 30 minutes - so we rushed back, gathered our luggage and were at the Front Desk promptly at 11:30 to return Room Key and assure the fact that we were cleared out to surrender our Room- Thank you, Holiday Inn, for hiring REAL PEOPLE to Take Care of your paying guests.

My reservation was canceled by the hotel because my address is within 30 miles of the facility. The person canceling my reservation didn’t bother to ask, but would have learned I was making the reservation for visiting family from out of town and not for myself. I guess my money isn’t worth the same because my address is too close to the hotel and they would rather have a vacancy than a “local”…. Unbelievably bad business and poor treatment of a member of their IHG program. Being an IHG member I expected more consideration.

This was our second recent stay at this hotel. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. We stayed on two different floors and both were very, very clean and updated. We were very thankful for the comfortable stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

It was a great stay. The room was very clean and very nice. the only problem we had was the check-in. No one was at the desk for a while when we got there and we had to wait about 20 minutes before someone came to the desk. Other than that our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very great day. We were in town for a family funeral. We were greeted with Smiles and welcomes upon entering the property. We found the property to be clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and field once it got low up on checkout we were thanked for staying & were told to come back again

I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn in quite some time, but I highly recommend. Beautiful property with comfortable beds and great breakfast included: pancakes, biscuits, bacon, hasbrowns, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more!

Just an all around nice hotel with an exceptional staff that went out of their way to correct a mistake that wasn't even theirs. Breakfast was above average for this type hotel as well.
